2、等。在我國一般直徑在（5-9）毫米共八種規格的成卷供應的熱軋圓鋼稱為線材。線材因以盤卷交又叫盤條。線材一般用普通碳素鋼和優質碳素鋼制成。按照鋼材分配目錄和用途不同，線材包括普通低碳鋼熱軋圓盤條、優質碳素鋼盤條、碳素焊條盤條、調質螺紋盤條、制鋼絲繩用盤條、琴鋼絲用盤條以及不銹鋼盤條等。（1）普通低碳鋼熱軋圓盤條（GB701-65），普通低碳鋼熱軋圓盤條由低碳普通碳素結構鋼或屈服點較低的碳素結構鋼軋制而成，是線材品種中用量最大、使用最廣泛的盤條，故又稱普通線材，簡稱普線。主要用途：普線主要用于建筑鋼筋混凝土結構作配筋用，也可冷拔拉制成鋼絲，作捆扎等用。 （2） 普通低碳鋼無扭控冷、熱軋盤

3、條（ZBH4403-88），無扭控冷、熱軋盤條由無扭高速線材軋機軋制后采取控制冷卻制成，材質與普線相同，但無扭控冷、熱軋盤條具有尺寸精度高、表面質量好、較高的力學性能等優點。主要用途：無扭控冷、熱軋盤條尺寸精度分A、B、C 三級。A、B、C級精度適用于拉絲、建筑、包裝和焊條等用途，B、C級精度適用于加工成螺栓、螺絲和螺母等。            （3）優質碳素鋼盤條（GB4354-84），優質碳素鋼盤條是用優質碳素結構鋼軋制而成。是線材品種中用量較大的品種之一。&

4、#160;    主要用途：優質碳素鋼盤條主要用于加工制造碳素彈簧鋼絲、油淬火回火碳素彈簧鋼絲、預應力鋼絲、高強度優質碳素結構鋼絲、鍍鋅鋼絲、鍍鋅絞線鋼絲繩等。  （4）優質碳素鋼無扭控冷、熱軋盤條（ZBH44002-88），優質碳素鋼無扭控冷、熱軋盤條由無扭高速線材軋機軋制而成， 軋制后采取控制冷卻處理。與優質碳素鋼盤條相比，具有尺寸精度高、表面質量好，有較高的力學性能。 主要用途：主要用途與優質碳素鋼盤條相同。常用于制造碳素彈簧鋼絲、油淬火回火碳彈簧鋼絲、預應力鋼絲、優質碳素結構鋼絲，鍍鋅鋼絲等。 &

5、#160;（5）制繩鋼絲用無扭控冷、熱軋盤條（ZBH44004-88），制繩鋼絲用無扭控冷熱軋盤和用優質碳素結構鋼，在無扭線材軋機上軋制，軋制后控制冷卻而制成。這樣軋成的盤條，尺寸精度高，表面質量好，力學性能優越。 主要用途：主要用于拉制制繩鋼絲和鋼絞線鋼絲。  （6）碳素焊條鋼盤條（GB3429-82），碳素焊條鋼盤條由低碳優質碳素結構鋼熱軋制成。 主要用途：主要用于制造手工電弧焊焊芯。   （7）合金結構鋼熱軋盤條（GB3077-82），合金結構鋼熱軋盤條由合金結構鋼作材質軋制而成。合金結構鋼共有26個鋼組、78個鋼牌號

6、。各生產廠依據需方要求及不同用途選用各牌號進行生產。 主要用途：合金結構熱軋盤條主要用于拉制鋼絲、金屬制品和結構件。  （8）碳素工具鋼熱軋盤條（GB1298-86），碳素工具鋼由優質或高級優質高碳鋼軋制而成。加工性能與耐磨性能好，價格便宜。     主要用途：主要用于拉制鋼比與制造工具等。  （9）彈簧鋼熱軋盤條（GB1222-84），彈簧鋼是用于制造彈簧或其他彈性元件的鋼種。彈簧和彈性元件主要利用其彈性變性吸收與儲存能量，達到緩和震動、沖擊或使機件完成某些動作為目的。由于它是在沖擊、震動或長

7、期均勻的周期交變應力條件下工作，因此要求彈簧鋼具有高的屈服強度，尤其要有較高的屈強比（屈服強度與抗拉強度之比）和彈性高的疲勞強度、較高的耐高溫和耐腐蝕等性能。彈簧鋼還應有良好的表面質量。彈簧鋼有碳素彈簧鋼和合金彈簧鋼兩類共17個牌號。主要用途：彈簧鋼熱軋盤條主要用于生產各種用途的螺旋彈簧。   （10）焊接用不銹鋼盤條（GB4241-84），焊接用不銹鋼盤條與一般不銹鋼盤條在化學成分上有所不同。為了保證其優良的焊接性能，提高焊縫質量，焊接用不銹鋼盤條在成分上的顯著特點是含碳量低、磷、硫等有毒雜質少、鎳、鉻含量較高。    &

8、#160;主要用途：主要用于制造電焊條鋼芯和焊絲。縱觀我國線材發展的歷史，可以說有了突飛猛進的發展特別是近幾十年來，我國線材行業持續高速發展，以每年凈增產200多萬噸高速度增長，其產量從1987年的693萬噸，增加到1999年的2608萬噸。增長2.8倍；同期高速線材產量從32萬噸增加到1218萬噸，增長37倍；線材自給率達到99%以上；在品種質量方面也有很大提高，目前完全可以按國際先進技術指標進行生產。多數線品種與質量能夠滿足線材制品企業使用要求。所有這些都說明：我國已經成為世界最大的線材生產國，為世界同行所矚目。但是也應看到，我國雖然是世界線材生產大國，但還不能說是線材生產強國；目前我國還

9、有部分線材品種仍然依靠進口維持生產。如鋼簾線、高應力彈簧鋼、不銹鋼、冷墩鋼等線材。在重要用途線材實物質量方面，仍與世界先進工業國家仍有較大差距。此次設計從分析我國國內線材生產的現狀與當前我國線材應用的走勢出發，先是根據建廠的可行性研究確立了建廠依據與產品大綱，然后確立了生產工藝制度與流程，工藝制度包括主要設備與輔助設備的選取、孔型的設計、年產量的計算以及力能參數計算與強度的校核。工藝流程為連鑄冷胚料、運輸輥道（檢查、踢廢上料運送稱重）、加熱爐加熱、高壓水除磷、 運輸輥道、粗軋機、飛剪、中軋機、預精軋、中間冷箱、飛剪、精軋、減定徑、控冷在線測徑、夾送輥吐絲機、斯太爾摩冷卻線、集卷掛卷檢查、P/F

10、線運輸、打捆、稱重、卸卷、入庫。整條生產線經過合理計算，所有的設備運用合理恰當。同時此次設計考慮到工藝的先進性，工藝平面布置和產品結構的合理性，經濟的可行性等因素，以達到高質量，高自動化，低耗，低成本，高靈活性的目的和獲得好的投資收益率和投入生產率。縱觀工藝效果，此次設計在某些反面彌補了我國線材生產的不足，但在一定程度上仍有許多不完善，需要改進的地方。 Design of high speed wire rod plant of 800 thousand tons annual output High speed wire rod is one of the most important pr
