賽科安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化一級(jí)企業(yè)達(dá)標(biāo)預(yù)評(píng)審報(bào)告SECCOSafetyStandardizationLevelAPre-reviewReport2013-3-20背景Background2004年,安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是國(guó)務(wù)院在《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)安全生產(chǎn)工作的決定》中提出全面開(kāi)展企業(yè)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作。In2004,safetystandardizationwasfirstlyraisedbyStateCouncilwithgovernmentdocument2008年,國(guó)家安監(jiān)總局制定了《危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品從業(yè)單位安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化通用規(guī)范》In2008,theSAWSformulatedtheGeneralNormsforSafetyStandardizationofHazardousChemicalEnterprises2012年2月,賽科通過(guò)了安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化二級(jí)企業(yè)InFeb2012,SECCOpassedtheaudittobeaSafetyStandardizationlevel2enterprise背景Background2012年8月,化學(xué)工業(yè)區(qū)、市安監(jiān)局向國(guó)家安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督總局推薦賽科和其它兩家成為上海首批危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化一級(jí)候選企業(yè)。InAug2012,SCIPandShanghaiSAWSrecommendedSECCOand2othercompaniestotheSAWSforSECCOtobeoneofthefirstgroupcandidatehazardouschemicalenterprisesforSafetyStandardizationLevelAEnterprise.2012年11月,國(guó)家安全生產(chǎn)總局委派專(zhuān)家組到賽科等全國(guó)首批候選企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)估,推薦賽科公司為首批有資格申請(qǐng)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化一級(jí)的企業(yè)。InNov2012,theSAWSappointedanexpertteamtoSECCOandothercandidateenterprisesforsurvey,throughassessment,SECCOwasrecommendedasoneofthefirstgroupwhohavethequalificationstoapplyforSafetyStandardizationlevelAEnterprise.2013年2月,國(guó)家安監(jiān)局對(duì)賽科進(jìn)行預(yù)評(píng)審。InFeb,2013,SAWSdidthepre-viewforSECCO.安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化A級(jí)要素
