主管部門：生產(chǎn)部質(zhì)量管理體系程序文件:發(fā)放范圍：公司各部門版本A修訂0Page1of6Objectiveistoensuredesignoutputequalsdesigninput,toensureAICQ’sdesignprojectsconformtocustomers’requirements,andensuredesignprocessisincontrol.ope適用于本公司產(chǎn)品設計/開發(fā)的策劃、輸入、輸出、評審、驗證及確認。ThisisapplicabletoAICQproductdesign/developmentplanning,input,output,audit,verification,andconfirmation.3.1總經(jīng)理負責審批新產(chǎn)品設計/開發(fā)立項申請。并任命橫向協(xié)調(diào)項目經(jīng)理。appointinghorizontalcoordinationProjectManager.3.2技術(shù)工程部經(jīng)理負責執(zhí)行新產(chǎn)品的設計工作并負責對設計過程進行控制。EngineeringManagerisresponsibleforimplementingnewproductdesignanddesignprocesscontrol.3.3設計小組負責DesignProjectTeamresponsiblefor:a.制訂和確定新產(chǎn)品設計、開發(fā)活動進度計劃并具體實施。mulatinganddeterminingnewproductdesigndevelopmentscheduleandimplementingplan.b.開發(fā)和評審設計失效模式及后果分析。DevelopingandauditingDesignFailureModeandEffectAnalysis(DFMEA).c.制定措施優(yōu)先減少風險大的潛在失效模式。FormulatingactionstoprioritizeavoidanceofpotentialfailuremodewithhighriskidentifiedinDFMEA.d.制訂與評審樣件控制計劃。Formulatingandauditingsamplepartcontrolplan.e.確定關(guān)鍵特性和特殊特性。Determiningcriticalandspecialcharacteristics.f.進行設計驗證、設計評審和設計確認。Implementingdesignverification,designauditanddesignconfirmation.g.工程圖樣、工程規(guī)范、材料規(guī)范。Engineeringsampledrawing,engineeringspecifications,andmaterialspecifications.44工作程序WorkProcedures4.1當有新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或產(chǎn)品改型任務時，橫向協(xié)調(diào)小組按《產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量先期策劃管理程序》完成項目前期作。由項目經(jīng)理任命設計開發(fā)小組成員，并任命設計小組組長。也可由項目經(jīng)理擔任設計小組組長。ionaboutprojectplans,thenitcomestostageofproductdesignanddevelopment,duringwhichengineeringmanagerisresponsiblefordesignanddevelopment.Designanddevelopmentteam版本A修訂0Page2of64.2新產(chǎn)品的設計與開發(fā)一般可分為設計策劃階段、設計開發(fā)階段、樣件試制階段和設計確認(定型鑒定)階段。產(chǎn)品的改進設計,視需要對上述階段和各階段工作任務進行調(diào)整。Newproductdesignanddevelopmentarenormallydividedintostagesofdesignplanning,totheabove-mentionedstagesandjobsandtasks.4.3產(chǎn)品設計和開發(fā)的策劃Productdesignanddevelopmentplanning4.3.1設計小組組長負責制訂《產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計劃》，報項目經(jīng)理批準。產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時間應先于顧客提出開發(fā)計劃應包括開發(fā)階段工作任務、責任人員、進度要求等內(nèi)容。Designteamleaderisresponsibleforworkingoutproductdevelopmentplanandsubmittingtoprojectmanagerforapproval.ProductdevelopmenttimingshouldAPQPTimingresponsiblepeopleandtimingrequirementsetc.atthedevelopmentstage.theapplication,whichwillbeimplementedafterbeingapprovedofaccordingtoregulationsin.3.3產(chǎn)品設計和開發(fā)活動應由具備實現(xiàn)設計要求資格的人員擔任.Productdesignanddevelopmentactivitiesaretobeinthechargeofpeoplewhoarequalifiedforrealizingdesignrequirements.4.3.4技術(shù)部門在設計過程中適當運用下列適用的技能：sa.幾何尺寸和公差(GD&T)；GeometricDimensionandTolerance(GD&T)b.制造設計(DFM)/裝配設計(DFA)；DesignforManufacture(DFM)/DesignforAssembly(DFA)c.價值工程(VE)；ValueEngineering(VE)d.試驗設計(DOE)；DesignofExperiments(DOE)e.失效模式及后果分析(DFMEA/PFMEA等)FailureModeandEffectAnalysis(DFMEA/PFMEA，etc.)f.計算機輔助設計(CAD)/計算輔助工程(CAE)；ComputerAidedDesign(CAD)/ComputerAidedEngineering(CAE)4.4組織和技術(shù)接口Organizational&TechnicalInterfaces4.4.1設計小組在編制產(chǎn)品開發(fā)方案及計劃時，應明確規(guī)定參與設計各過程的各部門/人員在組織上和和技術(shù)上的接口。mshallclearlyspecifyorganizationalandtechnicalliaisonforparticipatingdepartmentsandpeopleindesignprocess.版本A修訂0Page3of6將必要的設計信息形成文件，予以及時傳送并定期評審。contract/agreement,specifyorganizationalandtechnicalliaison,anddocumentnecessarydesigninformation,passthemtimelyandauditregularly.4.5設計輸入的確定和評審DesignInputValidationandReview4.5.1設計人員負責收集和匯總設計輸入文件和資料,并形成《設計開發(fā)任務書》。設計輸入資料包括Designersareresponsibleforcollectingdesigninputdocumentsanddata,andworkingoutdesign&developmenttaskstatement.Designinputdataincludethefollowingcontents:a)顧客提供的圖紙、技術(shù)規(guī)范、樣件等；Customer-providedrawing,technicalspecifications,samplesetc.b)設計目標、可靠性和質(zhì)量目標；Designtarget,reliabilityandqualitytarget;c)初始材料清單InitialBOM;d)特殊產(chǎn)品和過程特性的初始清單Initiallistofspecialproductandprocesscharacteristics;e)初始過程流程圖Initialprocessflowchart;f業(yè)要求；Relevantlaws,rules,regulationsandtraderequirements;g)原有類似設計項目中的適用資料。Applicabledataoforiginalsimilarprojects;4.5.2設計小組組長組織相關(guān)人員對《設計開發(fā)任務書》的適宜性進行評審；對不完整的、含糊andkeeptheresultinproductdesigninputreport.4.6設計階段DesignStage4.6.1顧客沒有書面放棄對使用計算機輔助系統(tǒng)的要求時，公司應配置適當?shù)馁Y源及設施以進行計相應的技術(shù)指導。Whencustomersdon’traisewrittenstatementsayingtheywanttogiveupusingyshouldprovidenecessaryresourcesandfacilitieswithcustomers.Ifoutsideorganizationsareentrustedtodesign,engineeringdepartmentmustsupplyrelevanttechnicalinstructions.小組按照《FMEA指導書》評審和更新設計失效模式和后果分析。DFMEAteam,andworkoutteammemberlist,ofwhichtheprojectmanagermustapprove.版本A修訂0Page4of6modeandresultanalysis.4.6.3橫向協(xié)調(diào)小組應使用《設計FMEA檢查表》評審公司制訂的DFMEA，顧客提供的DFMEA或設計協(xié)作者提供的DFMEA。hecompany,providedthecustomersandthedeigncooperators.4.6.4依據(jù)《產(chǎn)品設計開發(fā)計劃》和設計任務書的要求，貫徹簡化、優(yōu)化、創(chuàng)新和減少浪費的原則，并使用試驗、生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的反饋信息，組織和實施產(chǎn)品設計，形成設計輸出文件。implementingtheprincipleofsimplification,optimizing,creativenessanddecreasingwasteandusingthefeedbackfromtestandproductionsite.4.6.5若設計外包，則工程技術(shù)部必須將相關(guān)的設計輸入資料和《設計任務書》轉(zhuǎn)交給設計外包方。并要求設計外包方進行DFMEA，設計外包方設計完畢后，將相關(guān)資料轉(zhuǎn)交工程技術(shù)部。由設passtherelevantdatatoengineeringdepartment.Thedesignteamleaderisresponsiblefororganizingpeopletoconductdesignreviewaccordingto4.8.esignOutputDesignOutputincludesthefollowingdata:g4.7.2根據(jù)相關(guān)行業(yè)標準和設計要求制訂產(chǎn)品標準；toworkoutproductstandardaccordingtorelevanttradestandardanddesignrequirements;4.7.5材料清單BOM4.8設計評審DesignAudit4.7.3設計試驗和驗證計劃(DVP)；Designteatandvalidationplan;4.8.1設計評審應在設計輸出文件發(fā)放前進行，在重大設計更改時也須進行設計評審。therearegreatdesignchanges,designauditmustbemadeaswell.4.8.2設計評審的內(nèi)容：Contentsofdesignaudit:a)設計輸出是否滿足設計輸入的要求；whetherdesignoutputmeetstherequirementsofdesigninput;b)滿足顧客要求的程度及與產(chǎn)品標準的符合性；thedegreehowitsatisfiescustomers’requirementsandhowitcomplieswithproductstandard;c)設計的合理性、工藝性、安全性和可靠性；rationality,technics,safetyandreliabilityofdesign;d)設計的經(jīng)濟性，包括價格、成本(材料、工時和管理費等項目)；版本A修訂0Page5of6overheadsetc.);e)新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料、新結(jié)構(gòu)采用的必要性和可能性；newstructure;f)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)水平與同類產(chǎn)品性能的對比；benchmarkintermsofproducttechnologyandfunction;h)是否符合有關(guān)法令、法規(guī)、相關(guān)標準與慣例；whetheritaccordswithrelevantlaws,rules,regulations,standardandcommonpractice;thedegreeofhowprodcutsarestandarized;4.8.2設計評審的組織Designauditorganizing設計評審由工程技術(shù)部經(jīng)理組織，參加設計評審的成員應由不直接承擔設計責任人和參與設計的相關(guān)部門的有豐富實踐經(jīng)驗的人員組成，責任人可列席。Engineeringmanagerisresponsiblefororganizingdesignauditwithinvolvementofefromrelevantdepartments.Allresponsiblepersonscanparticipateinit.4.8.4設計評審報告書DesignAuditReport修訂完善產(chǎn)品設計輸出文件并發(fā)放設計輸出文件，轉(zhuǎn)入樣件試制階段。ignAuditReport.Designteam,accordingtoauditresult,reviseandimproveproductdesignoutputdocumentsandreleasethem,thenitcomestostageofprototypetrialmaking.4.9樣件制造和設計驗證階段prototypetrialmakinganddesignvalidation4.9.1顧客要求有樣件支持時，由橫向協(xié)調(diào)小組負責制訂全面的樣件控制計劃，并盡可能使用與正式生產(chǎn)過程中相同的供應商、工裝和工藝過程；Whencustomersneedsamplesupport,thecoordinationteamisresponsibleforformulatingcomprehensivesamplecontrolplan,andtrytousethesamesuppliers,toolingandprocessasbeingusedinformalproductionprocess;purchase:4.9.3制造、采購、質(zhì)量部門相互配合完成新原材料的供貨和驗收；supply,inspectionandacceptance;4.9.4由制造部組織樣件制造；Manufacturedepartmentisresponsibleforarrangingprototypemanufacturing;4.9.5由質(zhì)量部和制造部共同組織樣件檢驗；Manufactureandqualitydepartmentsjointlyarrangeprototypeinspectionandacceptance:版本A修訂0Page6of6DesignteamisresponsibleforconductingproducttestandvalidationaccordingtoDesignValidationPlan,andmonitoringalltestactivitiestoensurepunctuallycompletingbasedontestplan.Forthetestswhichareentrustedtooutsideorganization,engineeringdepartmentistooffertechnicalcoordination.Alltestresultsaretobemadeintestreport.10樣件提交PrototypeDelivery4.10.1試用：樣件及其相關(guān)記錄由市場銷售部送交顧客，由顧客按照其程序試用。Try-out:prototypeandtherelevantrecordsaredeliveredtocustomersbysalesdepartment,andareusedbycustomersaccordingtheirprocedure.4.10.2反饋：顧客試用后反饋試用報告。Feed-back:try-outreportwillbegivenbackfromcustomersaftertry-out.4.10.3評定：橫向協(xié)調(diào)小組對顧客反饋的試用報告進行評審，報告樣件對顧客要求的適應程度。Assessment:coordinationteamistoassessthetry-outreportandreporthowtheprototypeappliestocustomers’requirements.4.10.4改進：橫向協(xié)調(diào)小組根據(jù)評審意見，給出改進意見。improvement.4.11設計確認DesignConfirmation根據(jù)型試試驗和道路試驗的結(jié)果進行設計確認。Deignconfirmationismadeaccordingresultsofmodeltestandroadtest.a)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)要求和質(zhì)量特性是否達到“設計任務書”規(guī)定的要求；erequirementsstipulatedbyDesignTaskStatement;b)產(chǎn)品圖樣和技術(shù)文件的是否完整；Whetherproductdrawingandtechnicaldocumentsarecomplete;c)產(chǎn)品加工及裝配工藝是否合理。Whetherproductprocessingandprocessprocedurearereasonable.4.11.2按照顧客項目時間要求由橫向協(xié)調(diào)項目經(jīng)理或總經(jīng)理組織。Manageraretomakearrangement.4.11.3確認記錄RecordConfirmation應由項目經(jīng)理負責將確認意見進行整理，相成《設計確認報告》，設計確認報告必須包括設計mustincludedesignfailure;預防措施。Projectteamshall,accordingtoCorrectiveandPreventiveMeasuresControlProcedure,andpreventivemeasures.4.11.3.設計確認文件由工程技術(shù)部歸檔保存。Engineeringdepartmentistofiletheconfirmeddesigndocuments;版本A修訂0Page7of64.11.4依據(jù)確認結(jié)論，由項目小組視情況選擇以下處理方式之一后執(zhí)行。Accordingtoconfirmedconclusion,projectteamshall,basedonactualsituation,chooseonethefollowingwaysandthencarryitout.完成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，轉(zhuǎn)入并實施《產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量先期策劃控制程序》下一階段工作。Procedure.重新組織產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程，按照結(jié)論進行相應設計工作。Rearrangeproductdevelopmentprocess,andconductrelevantdesignaccordingtheconclusion.4.12設計更改管理Designchangemanagementa)設計缺陷影響產(chǎn)品功能或互換性；Designfailureaffectsproductfunctionorexchangeability;Standardorspecificationschange;c)設計評審、設計驗證和設計確認發(fā)現(xiàn)的不符合項；Customerorsupplierschangetheirrequirements;sareimproved12.2設計更改由設計人員填寫《產(chǎn)品更改單》，申請單中須注明對顧客裝配過程及顧客使用的影響，經(jīng)工程技術(shù)部經(jīng)理審核、總經(jīng)理批準后實施。設計更改如果是重大變更，還需進行設
