PURPOSE 4.5.目的In order to better promote CIP development in company, to define and regulate the certifying method, condition and related procedure for Lean Six Sigma GB/BB certificate.為了更好的推廣持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目在公司的發(fā)展,定義、規(guī)范公司對(duì)精益六西格瑪綠帶、黑帶的認(rèn)證辦法

2、、條件及相關(guān)的流程。2. SCOPE范圍3. RESPONSIBILITY 責(zé)任 3.1 CIP department(持續(xù)改善部):3.1.1 To define the certifying method, condition, and related procedure.制定公司精益六西格瑪綠帶、黑帶認(rèn)證的辦法、條件及相關(guān)流程。3.1.2 Select the eligible persons and send to CIP Steering Group for approval.負(fù)責(zé)選定符合認(rèn)證條件的候選人,并提交給公司改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)。3.1.3 Responsible for c

3、ertificate design and release.負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)的證書(shū)的設(shè)計(jì)及發(fā)放。3.2 Training department(培訓(xùn)部):3.2.1 Organize related quality tools training according to requirement of CIP department.按持續(xù)改善部的要求負(fù)責(zé)組織相關(guān)的品質(zhì)工具培訓(xùn)。3.2.2 Responsible for making related certificates. 負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)證書(shū)的制作。4 Certification Condition 認(rèn)證條件Staffs who want to get t

4、he certification must meet the following 2 conditions:要取得公司認(rèn)證必須符合下列兩個(gè)條件:4.1 Lean Six Sigma quality tools know-how 精益六西格瑪品質(zhì)工具知識(shí):Know how to apply Lean quality tools (required by Lean Six Sigma) in actual practice and its methodology (DMAIC/DFSS) to improve process/product, and design quality, and red

5、uce waste.There are following 2 ways that company acknowledges the staff who has been qualified in mastering Lean Six Sigma knowledge 要求掌握精益六西格瑪工具在實(shí)際工作中的運(yùn)用以及其方法論去改善工序、產(chǎn)品和設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,減少浪費(fèi).公司認(rèn)可以下兩種方式證明被認(rèn)證人員掌握了相關(guān)精益六西格瑪知識(shí).4.1.1 The candidate who attended Lean Six Sigma training organized by CIP department, and

6、 passed the examinations which equivalent to Lean GB/BB examination.參加過(guò)由持續(xù)改善部門組織的精益六西格瑪培訓(xùn),并通過(guò)相關(guān)的相當(dāng)于精益GB/BB難度的考試.4.1.2 The candidate who has got related credentials to prove that he or she mastered the Lean Six Sigma knowledge from his or her previous company, or already certified by external profess

7、ional consulting company including China Quality Association or ASQ (American Society Quality Association). 具有相關(guān)的證書(shū)證明其在以前工作的公司中已掌握了相關(guān)的精益六西格瑪知識(shí),或具有外部專業(yè)咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)包括中國(guó)質(zhì)量協(xié)會(huì)或美國(guó)質(zhì)量協(xié)會(huì)的認(rèn)證證書(shū).4.2 CIP project CIP 項(xiàng)目:Must lead to complete more than one or two CIP projects successfully as CIP department agreed:必須主導(dǎo)并成功完

8、成超過(guò)1個(gè)或2個(gè)在CIP部門備案的CIP 項(xiàng)目.GB certificate: 1 project ; BB certificate : 2 projects at least綠帶: 1 個(gè)項(xiàng)目 ; 黑帶: 至少2 個(gè)項(xiàng)目5 Certification Procedure 認(rèn)證流程5.1 In the end of each year, CIP department selects those who are complied with the certification conditions and reports to Company CIP Steering Group for appr

9、oval.每年終,CIP 部門根據(jù)認(rèn)證條件選擇出符合認(rèn)證的人員,并送交給持續(xù)改善推進(jìn)委員會(huì).5.2 All members of CIP Steering Group review & approve those candidates at CIP Steering Group monthly meeting held by CIP department. 持續(xù)改善委員會(huì)成員在由CIP組織的月會(huì)上評(píng)審并批準(zhǔn)符合認(rèn)證的名單.5.3 CIP department fills in / number the certificates based on the approval list, a

10、nd hand them in to General Manger for signature.CIP 部門根據(jù)批準(zhǔn)的人員名單填好認(rèn)證證書(shū)及編號(hào),最后送交給公司總經(jīng)理簽名.5.4 CIP department arranges suitable date & place to release those certificates.由CIP部門安排合適的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)進(jìn)行證書(shū)發(fā)放.6 Certification Flow Chart:Fill in Certificates填寫(xiě)認(rèn)證證書(shū)Review & approve評(píng)審&批準(zhǔn)CIP project leaders項(xiàng)目主導(dǎo)人Archi
