3、d party B agree to the under mentioned terms and conditions stipulated below:為確保正常生產(chǎn)，減少故障次數(shù)和保持設(shè)備完好狀態(tài)，甲方委托乙方對(duì)此齒輪測(cè)量中心進(jìn)行常規(guī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。甲乙雙方同意以下條款。1.Regular Maenance 常規(guī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)1.1The machine should be in normal condition before the above mentioned service isperformed by party B. Party A will check the relevant func

4、tions both before and after theservice is done. The certified mastrovided by customer.在乙方進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)之前，設(shè)備應(yīng)基本正常運(yùn)行。在服務(wù)前后甲乙雙方將對(duì)設(shè)備相關(guān)功能進(jìn)行檢查?？蛻糇孕袦?zhǔn)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)齒輪。The content of the maenance program on the captioned machine is as per appendix 1保養(yǎng)程序的內(nèi)容及驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告清樣見(jiàn)附錄 1。1.21.3The regular maenanervice will be carried out every yea

The each cost for suchregular maenance per machine will be 29,250RMB (including 17% VAT).本常規(guī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)應(yīng)每年一次。每臺(tái)設(shè)備的每次保養(yǎng)費(fèi)用為人民幣 29,250.00 元(含 17%增值稅)。In case of the service mistake caused by Party B during the maenance period, Party B should be responsible for any machine malfunction made due to A.M reason

6、.若在維護(hù)保養(yǎng)期間由于乙方過(guò)錯(cuò)而引起設(shè)備故障，乙方應(yīng)對(duì)此負(fù)責(zé)。Cost on required replacement parts for regular maenance is not included and will be quoted to Party A by Party B and ordered upon the receipt of its / their full value.以上常規(guī)保養(yǎng)不包括所須更換備件之費(fèi)用。其費(fèi)用將由乙方向甲方另行報(bào)價(jià)。乙方自收到甲方貨款后開(kāi)始訂貨。1.41.51.6Party B service engineer will start the job
