6、等級結(jié)構(gòu)是參考2013年北京地區(qū)薪酬管理白皮書并結(jié)合公司實際情況制定的;該體系劃分成五個等級,分別是一般員工、初級、中級(主管級)、高級(經(jīng)理級)、資深(總監(jiān)副總級); 基本工資、崗位工資及績效工資按照所占應(yīng)計薪資的比例進(jìn)行設(shè)定計算的,應(yīng)計薪資不包括公司的各類補(bǔ)貼;一般員工到中級是按照6:3:1的比例;高級是按照5:3:2的比例;高級是4:3:3的比例; 試用期及實習(xí)生薪資按照應(yīng)計薪資的70%進(jìn)行計算; 補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn):餐費補(bǔ)貼是20元/天,交通是100元/月,通訊補(bǔ)貼最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)100元/月,中級最高是300元/月,高級及資深最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是500元/月,每月出勤達(dá)到當(dāng)月工作日的50%發(fā)放當(dāng)月全額補(bǔ)貼; 公
