1、數(shù)字化制造技術(shù)課程設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)題目“滑油泵蓋”零件建模與加工仿真 一、設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)(1)分析滑油泵蓋的二維圖紙及相關(guān)技術(shù)要求,根據(jù)圖紙繪制三維模型。(2)加工此零件為大批大量生產(chǎn),考慮綜合因素設(shè)計(jì)零件技術(shù)機(jī)械加工工藝 規(guī)程。(3)利用軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)控加工及仿真2、 零件分析與建模 根據(jù)圖紙要求建立模型如圖1、2所示:圖1 零件某一單向視圖圖2 零件的正二等測(cè)視圖3、 機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)3.1 零件的工藝分析 本零件為滑油泵蓋,其主要作用是封閉滑油泵使其滑油泵傳遞動(dòng)力,使其工作.所以對(duì)密封性能要求較高。從模型上分析可以看出本零件主要是以孔系加工以及平面加工為主,因此決定在銑床和鉆床上進(jìn)行加工操作。毛坯采

2、用鑄造留出加工余量為3mm.,從而在毛坯中銑各端面和分別鉆出螺栓孔和螺紋孔,毛坯如下圖所示: 圖3 泵蓋毛坯圖圖4 泵蓋毛坯圖本零件需要加工的工序是分別左端12個(gè)30的孔端面和銑右端面,鉆2個(gè)12的螺紋孔,2個(gè)10.5的通孔,12個(gè)17的螺栓通孔、用銑刀加工出85和95腔孔、鉆出2個(gè)17和2個(gè)40的錐形孔,用銑刀加工M10孔端面,鉆8.5孔,加工出M10螺栓孔,由于85孔和95孔比較大,故在鑄造中鑄出80孔。3.2 基準(zhǔn)的選擇定位的選擇是工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)中重要的工作之一。定位選擇得正確與合理,可以使加工質(zhì)量得到保證,生產(chǎn)率得宜提高。1、粗基準(zhǔn)的選擇:因?yàn)楸蒙w箱體類零件,執(zhí)照“保證不加工表面與加工表

3、面相互精度原則”的粗基準(zhǔn)選擇原則(即當(dāng)零件有不加工表面時(shí),應(yīng)以這些不加工表面作為粗基準(zhǔn);若零件有若干個(gè)不加工表面時(shí)則應(yīng)與這些加工表面要求相對(duì)精度較高的不加工表面作為粗基準(zhǔn)),所以對(duì)于本零件可以先以左端面部分作為粗基準(zhǔn)。2、精基準(zhǔn)的選擇:精基準(zhǔn)的選擇應(yīng)主要考慮基準(zhǔn)重合問(wèn)題。當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)與工序基準(zhǔn)不重合時(shí),應(yīng)改進(jìn)行尺寸計(jì)算。應(yīng)選擇右端面為本零件的精基準(zhǔn)3.3 零件表面加工方法選擇及余量的確定 本零件的加工面有內(nèi)孔、端面、鉆孔等,材料為HT200.其加工方法選擇如下:各加工面的加工方法加工表面刀具余量加工方法右端面100銑刀3/0.5粗銑/精銑左端面30銑刀1精銑17孔17鉆刀實(shí)心鉆10.5孔10.5

4、鉆刀實(shí)心鉆12螺紋孔12螺紋鉆刀實(shí)心鉆、攻絲17錐形孔17鉆刀(錐度為120)實(shí)心鉆40錐形孔40鉆刀(錐度為120)實(shí)心鉆8515銑刀2.5精銑9525T型銑刀2.5精銑M10端面30銑刀2精銑8.5孔8.5鉆刀實(shí)心鉆M10螺紋孔10螺紋鉆刀1.5鉆、攻絲3.4 制定工藝路線 制定工藝路線應(yīng)該使零件的加工精度(尺寸精度、形狀精度、位置精度)和表面質(zhì)量等技術(shù)要求能得到合理的保證。在生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng)已經(jīng)確為中批生產(chǎn)的條件下,可以考慮采用通用機(jī)床配以專用夾具,并盡量使工序集中來(lái)提高生產(chǎn)率。還有,應(yīng)當(dāng)考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)效果,以便降低生產(chǎn)成本。 工序順序的安排機(jī)械加工工序遵循“先基準(zhǔn)后其他”原則,“先粗后精”原則,“先

5、主后次”原則,先加工主要表面,后加工次要表面,遵循“先面后孔”因此工序安排如下:工序1:粗銑-半精銑泵蓋右端面工序2:精銑泵蓋右端面工序3:精銑左端面工序4:鉆12個(gè)17孔工序5:鉆2個(gè)10.5孔工序6:絲錐功2個(gè)M12的螺紋孔工序7:鉆17錐形孔工序8:鉆40錐形孔工序9:銑2個(gè)85孔工序10:銑2個(gè)95孔工序11:銑M10端面工序12:鉆8.5孔工序13:絲錐功M10的螺紋孔工序14:去毛刺、清洗。工序 15:終檢。3.5 確定裝夾方案和選擇夾具 由于該滑油泵蓋零件形狀比較規(guī)則,所以在銑床和鉆床上只要用常規(guī)的定位夾緊件即可以保證其定位精度的要求。4、 UG的數(shù)控仿真加工 圖4.1 粗銑右端
