24、 becomes effective, unless otherwise agreed by the parties and a written agreement or otherwise agreed in the contract or the legal provisions hereof;本合同生效后，除雙方另行商定并達成書面協議或本合同另有約定或法律規定的原因外，任何一方不得單方解除本合同；2 .The changes of this contract shall be madein writing by the parties unless otherwise agreed by

25、 both parties.本合同的變更，除雙方另有約定外，均需雙方共同協商同意并以書面方式做出；3 . Any matters not covered herein shall be agreed upon by the parties through consultation and agreement. The supplementary agreement is an effective part of this contract and has the same legal effect as this contract. If the agreement of the supple

26、mentary agreement is inconsistent with this contract, the supplementary agreement shall prevail.本合同未盡事宜，由雙方另行協商并達成一致后，可以簽訂補充協議。補充協議是本合同的有效組成部分，與本合同具有同等法律效力。如補充協議的約定與本合同不一致的，則以補充協議為準。Terms of statement七、聲明條款1 .Party a and party b have read all the terms of this contract andhave fully understood and u
