1、獎(jiǎng) 懲Rewards and Punishments11.1.獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)11.1 Rewards11.1.1.員工獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)共 分為 :貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)、記大功、記功、嘉獎(jiǎng)、表揚(yáng)五種。11.1.1 Rewards for employees include Contribution Award, Record of Great Merit, Record of Merit, Praise and Compliment.11.1.2.員工具有下列行為之一者,應(yīng)予晉級(jí)、發(fā)給貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)、記大功記功:11.1.2 Promotion, Contribution Award, Record of Great Merit and

2、Record of Merit will be awarded to the employees who:11.1.2.1 對(duì)于生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和管理制度建議改進(jìn),經(jīng)采納實(shí)行有效者;11.1.2.1 Give effective advices for improvement of production technology and management systems, which have been accepted;11.1.2.2.才能卓越,成績優(yōu)異堪任現(xiàn)職以上者;11.1.2.2 Be brilliant and competent, perform outstandingly in wor

3、k and are competent to hold a post higher than now;11.1.2.3.對(duì)于侵害公司權(quán)益事情,能事先舉報(bào)或制止,使公司減免損失者。11.1.2.3 Be able to report or to stop in advance the actions that do harmful to interests of the Company, so that the Company will reduce or even avoid losses;11.1.2.4.敢于和壞人壞事做斗爭,事跡突出者;11.1.2.4 Dare to fight aga

4、inst the evildoers and wrongdoings with salient features;11.1.2.5.遇有非常事故能隨機(jī)應(yīng)變,措施適當(dāng),減少公司損失者;11.1.2.5 Be instinctive in any emergencies and immediately take proper action to reduce loss of the Company;11.1.2.6.研究發(fā)明或改善生產(chǎn)設(shè)備具特殊功效者;11.1.2.6 Research or improve equipment with special functions;11.1.2.7.在每次

5、文體活動(dòng)和技能競(jìng)賽中,成績斐然者;11.1.2.7 Make elegant achievements in all recreational and sports activities and competitions of skills;11.1.2.8.在年終被 評(píng)選為優(yōu)秀員工的。11.1.2.8 Be appraised and elected as Excellent Employee at the end of the year.11.1.3.員工具有下列行為之一者,應(yīng)予記功、嘉獎(jiǎng)、表揚(yáng):11.1.3 Record of Merit, Praise and Compliment w

6、ill be awarded to the employees who:11.1.3.1.拾到現(xiàn)金 10 比爾以上或拾到物品價(jià)值10 比爾以上;11.1.3.1 Pick up cashes more than 10 Birrs, or objects with value of more than 10 Birrs;11.1.3.2.技術(shù)超群,工作認(rèn)真,克盡職守者;11.1.3.2 Be vastly skillful, hard-working and dedicated;11.1.3.3.工作方法得當(dāng),致使工作有優(yōu)良成績者;11.1.3.3 Make excellent achievem

7、ents in work with proper working methods;11.1.3.4.預(yù)防安全隱患之發(fā)生;11.1.3.4 Take precautions against potential safety hazards;11.1.3.5.節(jié)省財(cái)物或?qū)U料進(jìn)行合理利用有一定成績者;11.1.3.5 Perform well in saving properties or in rationally using the wastes;11.1.3.6.改善工作方法,提高工作效率者;11.1.3.6 Increase working efficiency by improving

8、working methods;11.1.3.7.調(diào)解員工之間糾紛或改善員工之不良風(fēng)氣者;11.1.3.7 Mediate disputes among employees or correct the unsound ways and customs among employees;11.1.3.8.防止意外事件之發(fā)生,確保公司人員及財(cái)產(chǎn)安全者;11.1.3.8 Prevent potential fortuitous events to ensure safety of personnel and property of the Company;11.1.3.9.檢舉員工的不良行為,減少或

9、防止公司損失,經(jīng)查證屬實(shí)者。11.1.3.9 Inform against bad behaviors of employees, which are confirmed true upon investigation, so as to reduce or prevent loss of the Company.11.2.懲誡11.2 Punishments11.2.1.對(duì)違規(guī)違紀(jì)行為實(shí)行紀(jì)律處分,并根據(jù)違規(guī)違紀(jì)行為性質(zhì)之嚴(yán)重程度將紀(jì)律處分分為警告、申誡、記過、記大過、記大過兩次、留廠察看、降職、辭退八類。11.2.1 Any violators will be subject to eig

10、ht disciplinary actions over disciplinary offenses, which, in terms of severity of consequences, include Warning, Admonishment, Record of Demerit, Record of Major Demerit, Double Records of Major Demerits, Stand Down from Factory, Demotion and dismissal.11.2.2.對(duì)員工予以留廠察看處分的,留廠察看期限為三個(gè)月,留廠察看期間,根據(jù)其表現(xiàn)的優(yōu)劣

11、予以撤銷留廠察看或辭退處分。11.2.2 Employees subject to Stand Down from Factory will be given three months to stay in the factory but under surveillance. In the three months, his/her performance will dominate the determination to cancel the punishment or to fire the employee.11.2.3.員工具有下列行為之一者,屬于嚴(yán)重違反公司規(guī)章制度的行為,不預(yù)先

12、通知,予以立即辭退處分,解除勞動(dòng)合同:11.2.3 The followings state behaviors that severely go against rules and regulations of the Company. Immediate dismissal and termination of labor contract without any advance notice will be given to the employees who11.2.3.1.利用公司或法定代表人名義在外招搖撞騙;11.2.3.1 Swindle and bluff in society

13、 in the name of the Company or Legal Representative;11.2.3.2.盜竊同事或公司財(cái)物( 含細(xì)小非貴重物品 )經(jīng)查証屬實(shí)者,予以辭退;構(gòu)成治安案件的移送警察局處理構(gòu)成犯罪的,移送司法機(jī)關(guān)追究刑事責(zé)任;11.2.3.2 Steal properties (including tiny non-valuable items) of the Company and colleagues. The violator will be dismissed if the violation has been confirmed under investi

14、gation, will be referred to the Police Station in case of public securities; or even will be prosecuted by Juridical Authorities for crime liability;11.2.3.3.攜帶槍支、彈藥或駑、匕首、三棱刀、彈簧刀(跳刀)等刀具進(jìn)入廠區(qū);11.2.3.3 Carry guns, ammunitions or crossbows, daggers, three-square tools and flick knives in the factory;11.

15、2.3.4.公款公物挪作私用或提供給第三人形成不當(dāng)?shù)美枰赞o退構(gòu)成犯罪的移送司法機(jī)關(guān)追究刑事責(zé)任11.2.3.4 Have appropriate public funds for personal use, or for providing the third person to benefit. The violator will be dismissed, or even be referred to the Juridical Authorities for prosecution for crime liability;11.2.3.5.利用職務(wù)之便收受賄賂、回扣及手續(xù)費(fèi),予以辭退構(gòu)

16、成犯罪的,移送司法機(jī)關(guān)追究刑事責(zé)任;11.2.3.5 Accept bribes, brokerages and commission by taking advantage of their positions. The violator will be dismissed, even be referred to the Juridical Authorities for prosecution for crime liability;11.2.3.6.利用公司場(chǎng)地、相關(guān)設(shè)施等資源從事盈利活動(dòng);11.2.3.6 Engage in profitable business by using

17、resources of the Company, including places, facilities etc;11.2.3.7.偽造、變?cè)臁⒋鄹摹⑺簹Ч救魏螆?bào)告、合同、記錄、公告等文件者11.2.3.7 Counterfeit, alter, distort or tear up any documents of the Company, including reports, contracts, records and announcements;11.2.3.8.故意毀損公司財(cái)物,價(jià)值250 比爾以上(含250 比爾),除照價(jià)賠償外并解除勞動(dòng)合同11.2.3.8 Delibera

18、tely damage any property with value of not less than 250 Birrs (including) of the Company. The violator shall compensate in accordance with fixed price and will be subject to termination of labor contract;11.2.3.9.散布謠言破壞生產(chǎn)、生活秩序;11.2.3.9 Affect regular production and life by spreading rumors;11.2.3.1

19、0.寫恐嚇信或者其它方法威脅他人人身安全的;11.2.3.10 Poses threat to personal safety of other person by writing threatening letter or with other methods;11.2.3.11.公然侮辱他人或捏造事實(shí)誹謗他人的;11.2.3.11 Brazenly insult or defame other persons by fabricated information;11.2.3.12.在廠內(nèi)或廠外打架斗毆者,予以辭退并送交警察局處理;11.2.3.12 Fight against others

20、 inside or outside the factory. Violators will be dismissed and referred to the Police Station;11.2.3.13.酒醉后行為不檢,擾亂工作、生活秩序;11.2.3.13 Disorderly misconduct and affect regular work and life when being drunk;11.2.3.14.應(yīng)聘時(shí)提供虛假或偽造的學(xué)歷証明、工作經(jīng)歷、身份証明及婚姻證明等証照的11.2.3.14 Provide false or counterfeited academic c

21、ertification, employment histories, identity certificate and proof of marriage for employment;11.2.3.15.應(yīng)聘前患有精神病、傳染病及其它嚴(yán)重影響工作的疾病而在應(yīng)聘時(shí)未聲明的11.2.3.15 Suffer from mental disorder, infectious diseases and other diseases that severely affect works before employment, but fail to state when employing;11.2.3

22、.16.應(yīng)聘前曾被追究刑事責(zé)任而在應(yīng)聘時(shí)未聲明的11.2.3.16 When being employed, the employee fails to declare that he/she used to be criminally responsible before employment;11.2.3.17.應(yīng)聘前有吸毒等劣跡而在應(yīng)聘時(shí)未聲明的11.2.3.17 When being employed, fail to declare that he/she used to be involved in drug taking or other illegal actions befo

23、re the employment;11.2.3.18.非火災(zāi)等特殊情形或工作需要,進(jìn)入異性宿舍予以辭退構(gòu)成犯罪的,移送司法機(jī)關(guān)追究刑事責(zé)任;11.2.3.18 Enter into dormitory of the opposite sex not for work need or not under special circumstances such as fire disaster; the violator will be dismissed, or will be referred to Judicial Authorities for pursuing criminal liab

24、ilities;11.2.3.19.廠証借與廠外人員使用或擅自把廠外人員帶進(jìn)廠內(nèi);11.2.3.19 Borrow his/her factory badge to other persons or take other unconcerned persons into the factory without permission;11.2.3.20.擅自制作廠証;11.2.3.20 Make the factory badge without permission;11.2.3.21.詐騙、哄搶、搶奪、敲詐勒索公司或同事財(cái)物予以辭退構(gòu)成犯罪的移送司法機(jī)關(guān)追究刑事責(zé)任;11.2.3.21 Sw

25、indle, loot, seize or racketeer properties of the Company or of colleagues. The violator will be referred to Judicial Authorities for pursuing criminal liability if offence is constituted;11.2.3.22.虛報(bào)病假、事假進(jìn)行兼職;11.2.3.22 Make a false report of sick leave and private leave for part-time job;11.2.3.23.

26、在廠內(nèi)賭博或亂搞男女關(guān)系;11.2.3.23 Gamble or have unjustifiable relationship between man and woman;11.2.3.24.不服從管理人員的合理管理;11.2.3.24 Refuse to follow reasonable management by managers;11.2.3.25.擅自攜帶違禁物品或妨害公共安全物品進(jìn)入廠內(nèi);11.2.3.25 Enter into the factory with contrabands or other articles that pose threat to public se

27、curity without permission;11.2.3.26.故意泄露公司技術(shù)、營業(yè)上的機(jī)密,予以辭退構(gòu)成犯罪的,移送司法機(jī)關(guān)追究刑事責(zé)任、民事賠償責(zé)任;11.2.3.26 Deliberately disclose confidential the information on technology or business of the Company; the violator will be dismissed, or referred to Judicial Authorities for pursuing criminal or civil compensation lia

28、bilities if offence is constituted;11.2.3.27.違反技術(shù)操作規(guī)程和安全規(guī)則或違紀(jì)違章指揮造成事故;11.2.3.27 Cause accident because of failure in following technical specifications and safety rules, or due to improper command;11.2.3.28.違反消防安全規(guī)定,造成火災(zāi),對(duì)直接責(zé)任人予以辭退構(gòu)成犯罪的,移送司法機(jī)關(guān)追究刑事責(zé)任;11.2.3.28 Cause fire disaster because of failure i

29、n following provisions on fire fighting; the directly responsible individual will be dismissed, or referred to Judicial Authorities for criminal liabilities;11.2.3.29.隨意改變流程作業(yè)或擅自變更工作方法11.2.3.29 Alter operational process or operational methods without permission;11.2.3.30.引誘部屬或同事離職,影響公司利益;11.2.3.30 A

30、ffect interests of the Company by enticing subordinates or colleagues away from the Company;11.2.3.31.參與或教唆他人罷工或怠工或聚從要挾者;11.2.3.31 Be a part of, or instigate other persons to strike or slow down or gathering hold-up;11.2.3.32.在工作場(chǎng)所內(nèi)制造私人物件或指使他人制造私人物件11.2.3.32 Make personal items or instigate others t

31、o make personal items for you at workplace;11.2.3.33.在廠內(nèi)發(fā)生糾紛,應(yīng)報(bào)告單位主管或管理部進(jìn)行處理在廠外發(fā)生糾紛,應(yīng)報(bào)告公安部門等相關(guān)部門處理。未按規(guī)定程序處理而找廠外人員采取非法方式處理;11.2.3.33 Gather non-employed persons to illegally or improperly settle any dispute in the factory which should has been reported to the head of section or to Management Departme

32、nt, or any dispute out of the factory which should have been referred to police.11.2.3.34.偽造、變?cè)旎虮I用公司印章;11.2.3.34 Counterfeit, alter or embezzle seals or stamps of the Company;11.2.3.35.未經(jīng)批示擅自使用公司印章;11.2.3.35 Use seals or stamps of the Company without approval;11.2.3.36.偽造帳目,虛報(bào)費(fèi)用;11.2.3.36 Make false

33、 accounting and false reporting of expenses;11.2.3.37.對(duì)檢舉人、檢查人、證人、管理人員及其近親屬打擊報(bào)復(fù);11.2.3.37 Attack and retaliate offence-reporter, inspector, witness, managers and their close relatives;11.2.3.38.連續(xù) 12 個(gè)月違反公司行政管理行為給予紀(jì)律處分,累計(jì)記大過三次以上(含三次)者(二次警告合為申誡一次;二次申誡合為記過一次;二次記過合為記大過一次。;11.2.3.38 Have been given accu

34、mulatively not less than 3 records of major demerits due to continual braches of administrative control of the Company for 12 months (note: two warnings are regarded as one admonishment; two admonishments are regarded as one record of demerit; two records of demerits are regarded as one record of ma

35、jor demerit)11.2.3.39.在不勝任原崗位工作的情況下,應(yīng)服從部門、崗位的調(diào)動(dòng)。不服從調(diào)動(dòng)者;11.2.3.39 Refuse to follow work transfer. The employee shall follow post or department transfer if the person is not qualified to the previous post and work;11.2.3.40.伙同或教唆他人打架斗毆11.2.3.40 Gang up with or instigate other persons to fight;11.2.3.4

36、1.吸食毒品或有其它不良嗜好11.2.3.41 Drug up or have other bad habits;11.2.3.42.在職期間,被行政拘留或刑事拘留或勞動(dòng)教養(yǎng)11.2.3.42 Suffer from administrative or criminal detention, or reeducation through labor during their incumbencies;11.2.3.43.在職期間,被追究刑事責(zé)任;11.2.3.43 Be pursued for criminal liabilities during their incumbencies;11.

37、2.3.44.拒絕在公司培訓(xùn)記錄、會(huì)議紀(jì)要、勞動(dòng)合同等需要由勞動(dòng)者簽收的文件上簽名的,視為不服從公司正常管理,予以解除勞動(dòng)合同;11.2.3.44 Refuse to sign their names on documents of the Company that needs signing-off by laborers such as Training Records, Minutes of Meeting, Labor Contracts. Such violators will be regarded as the one non-compliant with regular man

38、agement of the Company, and will be subject to termination of the labor contract;11.2.3.45.利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)表對(duì)公司不利的言論;11.2.3.45 Post comments and/or statements unfavorable to the Company through Internet;11.2.3.46.將公司的任何資料(含計(jì)算機(jī)資料)泄露給任何宣傳媒介或他人者;11.2.3.46 Disclose any information (including computer data) of the

39、Company to any media or other persons;11.2.3.47.擾亂公司重要會(huì)議,給管理造成困擾的;11.2.3.47 Disturb important meeting of the Company and make the management troubles;11.2.3.48.派發(fā)、散布、張貼對(duì)公司不滿、不利的傳單或言論或標(biāo)語或非法刊物;11.2.3.48 Distribute, spread, post leaflets or comments, or slogans or illegal publications dissatisfying wit

40、h or unfavorable to the Company;11.2.3.49.擅自進(jìn)入其他部門車間或辦公區(qū)域,并大聲喧嘩或吵鬧;11.2.3.49 Rush into workshops or working areas of other department without permission and make noise or wrangle;11.2.3.50.向廠區(qū)內(nèi)投擲雜物,不聽制止的;11.2.3.50 Throw cats and dogs into the factory and refuse to be stopped;11.2.3.51.拒絕接受公司安排的身體檢查的

41、;11.2.3.51 Refuse physical examinations organized by the Company;11.2.3.52.在廠內(nèi)吸煙的;11.2.3.52 Smoke in the factory;11.2.3.53.違反國家政策、法律、法規(guī)。11.2.3.53 Go against national policies, laws and regulations.11.2.4. 對(duì)員工予以留廠察看處分的,應(yīng)參照本辦法11.2.3.的規(guī)定依情節(jié)之輕重酌情予以處分。11.2.4 Stand down from Factory shall be appropriately

42、 given to the employees depending on seriousness of the case pursuant to regulations of 11.2.3 herein.11.2.5.干部有下列行為之一者,予以降職處分:11.2.5 The leader will be demoted if he/she:11.2.5.1.生產(chǎn)管理過程中與員工發(fā)生激烈沖突,有推、踢等粗暴行為,情節(jié)輕微者;情節(jié)嚴(yán)重者按本辦法第十七條規(guī)定處理;11.2.5.1 Severely clashing with employees in the process of productio

43、n management, and being found to push or kick the employee, but not very serious. However, severe cases will be handled pursuant to provision 17 herein;11.2.5.2.生產(chǎn)過程中,未看資料作業(yè)造成質(zhì)量事故;11.2.5.2 Cause quality accident in the process of production because of failure to operate without following instruction

44、s;11.2.5.3.未經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)的產(chǎn)品或已經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)的不合格品,擅自放行;11.2.5.3 Release non-inspected products or non-conforming products without permission;11.2.5.4.各級(jí)干部對(duì)在管理過程中存在之問題隱瞞不報(bào);11.2.5.4 Conceal and fail to report the problems found in process of management;11.2.5.5.行為不檢,道德敗壞,未夠上辭退;11.2.5.5 Misconduct, morally corrupt, but do

45、not meet conditions for dismissal;11.2.5.6.質(zhì)量觀念不強(qiáng),造成重大質(zhì)量事故;11.2.5.6 Cause major quality accident due to slight awareness of quality;11.2.5.7.不能勝 任現(xiàn)職工作。11.2.5.7 Unqualified for present post.11.2.6.員工具有下列行為之一者,予以記大過兩次處分:11.2.6 Double records of major demerits will be given to employee who:11.2.6.1.離職人

46、員以各種理由拒不交還廠証11.2.6.1 Refuse to give factory badge back for various reasons;11.2.6.2.擅自接配電線及裝接電器11.2.6.2 Connect wires and mounts electrical appliances without permission;11.2.6.3.違反交通安全規(guī)定;11.2.6.3 Going against provisions on traffic safety;11.2.6.4.故意 毀損公司財(cái)物,價(jià)值250 比爾以下,除照價(jià)賠償外并記大過兩次11.2.6.4 Deliberat

47、ely damage properties of the Company with value of less than 250 Birrs. The damager shall also compensate according to fixed price.11.2.6.5.隨地吐痰或亂扔垃圾;11.2.6.5 Spit or litters everywhere;11.2.6.6.在墻壁上亂涂亂畫或用腳踢、踏墻壁;11.2.6.6 Draw graffiti on walls or kicks or threads on walls;11.2.6.7.倒水 下樓的;11.2.6.7 Po

48、ur water from upstairs to downstairs;11.2.6.8.疏忽 檢查或管理不善,致公司遭受損失;11.2.6.8 Cause loss of the Company due to careless inspection or improper management;11.2.6.9.公司 人員借自己身份證給他人到公司應(yīng)聘;11.2.6.9 Borrowing his / her identity card to others for employment in the Company;11.2.6.10.從廠內(nèi)拋遞物品到廠外,雙方接受相同處分11.2.6.10

49、 Throw articles out from the factory. Both thrower and receiver will be equally punished;11.2.6.11.帶煙進(jìn)入廠內(nèi)。11.2.6.11 Be in possession of cigarettes in the factory;11.2.7.員工具有下列行為之一者,予以記大過處分:11.2.7 Record of demerit will be given to the employee who:11.2.7.1.未經(jīng) 主管同意 ,擅自調(diào)換工作崗位;11.2.7.1 Change positions

50、 without approval from the head of the section;11.2.7.2.托人 打卡或代人打卡;11.2.7.2 Ask others to punch card for him/her, or punches card for others;11.2.7.3.不服從干 部安排,經(jīng)批評(píng)教育有改正;11.2.7.3 Refuse to follow instructions of the leader, but corrects wrongdoings after being criticized;11.2.7.4.用公司電話處理私事11.2.7.4 Han

51、dle with private affairs using telephone of the Company;11.2.7.5.佩戴 他人廠証進(jìn)入廠區(qū);11.2.7.5 Enter into the factory wearing otherge;s factory bad11.2.7.6.遇突發(fā)事件 故意逃避;11.2.7.6 Intentionally evades when emergency occurs;11.2.7.7.違背正確工作指令以致影響工作或生產(chǎn);11.2.7.7 Affect work or production due to breach of correct wor

52、k instructions;11.2.7.8.擅自操作機(jī)器、車輛、儀器及具有技術(shù)性的工具,未造成事故;11.2.7.8 Operate machines, vehicles, instruments and other technical tools, but no accident occurs;11.2.7.9.對(duì)管理 人員 的調(diào)查取証,提供虛假証明的;11.2.7.9 Provide false evidences for investigation and evidence collection of managers;11.2.7.10.亂扔成品鞋或半成品11.2.7.10 Lea

53、ve finished or semi-finished shoes about;11.2.7.11.在公司圍墻旁邊道路吸煙,不服從糾正的;11.2.7.11 Use cigarettes on the road around wall of the Company and refuses to be stopped;11.2.7.12.遺失經(jīng)管之物品、文件;11.2.7.12 Lose handled objects and documents;11.2.7.13.未經(jīng)主管批準(zhǔn),擅離工作崗位;11.2.7.13 Leave from working post without approval

54、 from the Head of the Section11.2.7.14.仿效他人簽核任何資料;11.2.7.14 Sign off any document by imitating handwritings of others;11.2.7.15.上班時(shí)間睡覺;11.2.7.15 Sleep when working;11.2.7.16.曠工超過一天以上(不含一天)且在三天以內(nèi)(不含三天);11.2.7.16 Be absent from work more than one day(not including one day) but less than three days(not

55、 including three days);11.2.7.17.使用計(jì)算機(jī)、手機(jī)等電子產(chǎn)品玩游戲、聊天、看小說等其他與工作無關(guān)的事11.2.7.17 Do anything that is not in connection with work, such as play games, chat, read novels with computer or on mobile phone;11.2.7.18.在餐廳或集會(huì)時(shí)或本部門工作場(chǎng)所與人爭吵;11.2.7.18 Wrangle with other persons in the canteen, in meetings, or at wo
