11、s,a nd eve n leadt o traffic acci dents.Accordi ngtostatisticsfrom related departments,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校園文化建設(shè)初探省教育廳職成處左其琨校園文化建設(shè)是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校工作的重要組成部分,是形成中職學(xué)校辦學(xué)實力和競爭力的重要因素,是辦出職業(yè)教育特色、提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵問題之一。研究并努力抓好校園文化建設(shè)是中職學(xué)校改革與發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略課題。一、什么是校園文化文化即為文明,有廣義的文化概念,亦有狹義的文化概念。所謂廣義的文化概念就是人類社會所創(chuàng)造的一切。包括物質(zhì)的、精神的、制度的、理論的東西等等。狹義的文化概念即為

12、語言、文學(xué)和藝術(shù)。由此,不難理解校園文化是什么。(一)校園文化的界定校園文化亦有廣狹之分。所謂廣義的校園文化,包括校舍建設(shè)、教學(xué)設(shè)施、專業(yè)設(shè)置、技術(shù)特征、課程設(shè)置、制度、管理、教學(xué)傳統(tǒng)、校風(fēng)、校紀(jì)等等。亦有狹義的校園文化指正規(guī)課程之外的一切有利于學(xué)生身心健康的活動,諸如學(xué)術(shù)講座、理論報告、社團(tuán)活動、文藝表演、體育比賽、校風(fēng)校紀(jì)、優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)等等。也可以從另外一個角度看校園文化,這就是有形的校園文化與無形的校園文化。有形的校園文化,要通過一定的載體表現(xiàn)出來。學(xué)校校園里的圖書館、實驗樓、實訓(xùn)樓、各種各樣的實習(xí)場地、實習(xí)工廠、實習(xí)車間、教學(xué)車間等,都是一定的載體。再有學(xué)生社團(tuán),他們是一種自治組織,有章程

13、、有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、有社員、有活動,比如攝影小組、體操隊等。所謂無形的的校園文化,可以認(rèn)為是無載體的,是抽象的。如校風(fēng)、教學(xué)、學(xué)風(fēng)、學(xué)校的好傳統(tǒng)、思維習(xí)慣、學(xué)術(shù)氛圍、專業(yè)氛圍、企業(yè)氛圍等。講到北大,大家就知道“思想自由、兼容并包”;提到清華,大家都知道“自強(qiáng)不息,厚德載物”的校園文化特色。(二)校園文化的特征校園文化是如同任何一種形式的文化一樣,有它自己的特征。學(xué)校是文化組織、教育組織、傳承組織,在這里生活的人們主要是教師、學(xué)生、實習(xí)工廠的師傅和技術(shù)人員與給教師、學(xué)生服務(wù)的人員(包括學(xué)校的領(lǐng)導(dǎo))。因此,校園文化有它獨(dú)有的特征:第一,互動性。校園文化是學(xué)校教師與學(xué)生共同創(chuàng)造的。這里教師的作用、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的作

14、用, 特別是教師的作用是關(guān)鍵。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的辦學(xué)理念、辦學(xué)意識和行為對師生員工的影響不可低估, 對校園文化建設(shè)的作用是巨大的。一個好校長就是一所好學(xué)校。一個好校長對學(xué)校的工作氛圍、學(xué)術(shù)氛圍都有很重要的影響。學(xué)生和老師,老師和校長之間是互動的,是相互促進(jìn)的。第二,滲透性。即所謂的“潤物細(xì)無聲”。校園文化,象和煦的春風(fēng)一樣,飄散在校園的各個角落,滲透在教師、學(xué)生、員工的觀念、言行、舉止之中,滲透在他們的教學(xué)、科研、讀書、做事的態(tài)度和情感中。我們很多校長來自于普通中學(xué),對此可能有更深刻的認(rèn)識。第三, 傳承性。校風(fēng)、教風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)、 學(xué)術(shù)傳統(tǒng)、技術(shù)傳統(tǒng)、思維方式的形成,不是一代人,而是幾代人或數(shù)代人自覺不自覺地

15、締造的,而且代代相傳,相沿成習(xí),似乎有一種遺傳因子。任何一種校園文化,一經(jīng)形成之后,必然傳承下去,不因時代、社會制度不同而消失,當(dāng)然會有所損益。但卻是持續(xù)的、永生的。比如,文革前很多名牌學(xué)校(包括許多中專學(xué)校)都有許多保持有學(xué)校特色的地方,后來受到文革的沖擊,很多內(nèi)容有損失,但它的文化精神沒有被去除,文化的實質(zhì)仍不會改變。(三)校園文化的功能he operatingcost softaxis fortrthe8200/.Is afundamentalprinciples:first,underthe exservantsre sponsibleforauthorizedpublic serva

29、 offtheirindividualcasci plinereg ulations,and eve n leadto traffic acci dents.Accordipacitie spartments,校園文化的功能,不是直接可以觸摸得到的。然而生活在校園之中的人時時、處處可以感受得到。首先是促進(jìn)師生員工科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)和思想素質(zhì)的不斷提升。素質(zhì)的提升,不完全來自課堂,課堂之外的活動,包括必要的社會實踐、社會調(diào)查、社會公益活動,包括職業(yè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生去工廠實踐實習(xí),都是提升素質(zhì)的重要渠道。其次是塑造良好的情操。學(xué)生自己組織的社團(tuán)活動,諸如體育競技比賽、登山、 游泳對訓(xùn)練體能、增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)的好處自不

30、待言,其中對培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊精神、合作意識、堅韌不拔的意志力、拼搏精神、是不可或缺的手段與方式。這一點(diǎn)在職業(yè)學(xué)校尤其突出。工廠企業(yè)特別重視 “團(tuán)隊精神” 。一次,我在蕪湖參加一個教育界與企業(yè)家座談會,日本企業(yè)家就談到一個流水線上有100 多個工序,任何一個工序出問題,都會影響到整個產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,因此要求每個環(huán)節(jié)都是嚴(yán)格的,不能出差錯的,這樣才能保證整個產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。這就要求員工要有團(tuán)隊精神,配合協(xié)作。日本企業(yè)里工具的擺放有企業(yè)的嚴(yán)格要求,必須按要求的位置、方向擺放,從哪里拿, 還要放回到原位,不能有差錯。這就是訓(xùn)練有素的企業(yè)文化。通過體育訓(xùn)練進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊精神的訓(xùn)練,如小組登山。一個隊員也不能掉隊,否則,會影響

31、整個隊的成績。再次,通過各種各樣的文藝、體育、軍訓(xùn)、理論探討,技術(shù)比賽,形成一種生機(jī)勃勃,積極向上的文化氛圍。學(xué)生們置身于這種環(huán)境之中,受這種文化精神的熏陶,耳濡目染、潛移默化、 久而久之,就會成為一個有知識、有教養(yǎng)、有進(jìn)取精神,有良好氣質(zhì)、奮發(fā)向上的人。(四)校園文化建設(shè)的意義學(xué)校是培養(yǎng)人才的地方,校園是人才成長的環(huán)境與場所。學(xué)生的身心狀況如何,體質(zhì)、知識、專業(yè)、技能、智慧、能力如何,不僅關(guān)系到個人,而且關(guān)系到國家、民族的未來。校園文化建設(shè),涉及學(xué)校的整體品味和在社會上的聲望。說到這個,大家都很有體會。我們的職業(yè)學(xué)校,老百姓不認(rèn)我們,我們招生難,辦學(xué)難。不僅老百姓不認(rèn),甚至地方政府也不認(rèn)我們

32、。這是什么原因呢?這個學(xué)校的整體品味不能吸引人,在社會上的聲望不是很好。我去看了一些學(xué)校,破破爛爛的,一點(diǎn)專業(yè)設(shè)備也不沒有,家長怎么能放心把孩子送到這個學(xué)校去呢?當(dāng)然這也不能全怪校長,如國家的投入不夠等各種各樣原因造成的,但也不是說跟我們完全毫無關(guān)系。我們也有辦得非常好的學(xué)校,招生火爆,學(xué)校都已裝不下。有位校長向我反映,它只有20 多畝地,卻招生近2000 人,在校生已達(dá)5000 人。我問他為什么招生這么火爆。他說學(xué)校所有的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)畢業(yè)出去之后都能夠有一門技術(shù),就業(yè)很好,教師百分之九十以上是專業(yè)教師,社會聲望好,深得學(xué)生家長的信任。這就是具有專業(yè)特色的校園文化帶來的優(yōu)勢。校園文化建設(shè),涉及全體

33、學(xué)生的素質(zhì)、精神風(fēng)貌等問題,涉及培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的大問題。所以必須重視校園的文化建設(shè),用心建設(shè)校園文化。二、中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校園文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀分析總體上看,近年來,我省中職學(xué)校校園文化建設(shè)取得了長足進(jìn)步。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師重視;校園環(huán)境、條件得到了較大改善;校園文化活動很有成效,有聲有色;較重視制度建設(shè),加強(qiáng)了校園管理,學(xué)生管理,教師管理。但還存在不少問題,歸納起來主要有以下幾點(diǎn):1 、不少學(xué)校尚未提到議事日程。這些學(xué)校的校長還在愁招生,愁就業(yè),愁建設(shè),還無暇顧及校園文化建設(shè)。2、淺表理解校園文化。認(rèn)為校園文化就是開展文體活動。比如各班級的拔河比賽、籃球比賽、硬筆書法賽、文藝活動等。3、

48、alca- 一 - > I -.I . _ - _ _ Itions,and eve n leadto traffic acci dents.Accordipacitie spartments,式、內(nèi)容,所有學(xué)校的師生在談及自己學(xué)校的特點(diǎn)時都是如數(shù)家珍:有科技節(jié)、體育節(jié)、校園文化藝術(shù)節(jié),有運(yùn)動會、讀書活動、書畫比賽、校園歌手大賽、迎新文藝演出等活動。學(xué)校整體環(huán)境也與普通中學(xué)大同小異,校園、 教室里遍布科學(xué)家的名人名言。置身于這些學(xué)校無法感受到職業(yè)學(xué)校的氣息,從校園文化建設(shè)的角度也很難找到職業(yè)學(xué)校的特征。(2)缺乏系統(tǒng)性。不少學(xué)校把校園文化建設(shè)局限在學(xué)生管理和思想教育層面上,不少教師和學(xué)生

49、認(rèn)為校園文化就是學(xué)生的課外文化娛樂活動,重視校園文化建設(shè)就是多開第二課堂。因此,絕大多數(shù)的學(xué)校校園文化建設(shè)完全依賴學(xué)生工作處(政教處)和團(tuán)委。盡管很多學(xué)校制度建設(shè)和學(xué)生管理很到位,成效也很明顯,不少學(xué)校在概括本校校園文化建設(shè)的成績時也對此津津樂道,但校園文化建設(shè)中的其它層面則不盡如人意。(3)缺乏時代性。不少學(xué)校開展校園文化建設(shè)囿于傳統(tǒng)老框框,不能根據(jù)當(dāng)今信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化社會的特征和學(xué)校思維活躍、接受新事物能力強(qiáng)的實際來改變校園文化建設(shè)形式、創(chuàng)新思路,將“超級女生”、 “上網(wǎng)”等所謂的流行文化視為洪水猛獸,一味地進(jìn)行堅決堵?lián)簦皇怯心康牡匾龑?dǎo),不少學(xué)生對學(xué)校校園文化建設(shè)的建議是“希望學(xué)校與時俱
