Poll ution ofwater must gra bthe source,wa stewater is primarilythe source ofbackw ardproducti oncapa city, increasethe inte nsityof第四章 CFG 樁復合地基設計4.1 特點和適用范圍CFG 樁為樁體中摻加適量石屑、粉煤灰和水泥加水拌和,制成一種粘結強度較高的樁體,與樁間土和褥墊層一起構成CFG 樁
11、復合地基。樁,樁間土與基礎之間必須設置一定厚度的褥墊層,即褥墊層是高粘結強度樁復合地基的一部 分。CFG 樁屬高粘結強度樁,與素鹼樁的區別僅在于樁體材料的構成不同,在其受力和變形特性方面無什么區別。復合地基性狀和設計計算,對其它高粘結強度樁復合地基都適用。CFG 樁可適用于條形基礎、獨立基礎,也可用于筏基和箱形基礎。就土性而言,CFG 樁可用于填土、飽和及非飽和粘性土,既可用于擠密效果好的土,又可用于4.2 CFG 樁及其復合地基知識概述CF(GCFG(CemenFlying ash Gravel pile)樁是在碎石樁樁體中摻加適量的粉煤灰、 石屑或砂、水泥及特種添加劑加水拌合,用各種成樁機
12、械制成的一種高黏結強度樁體的簡稱。就其功能原理來講屬于地基處理范疇,樁身可在全長范圍內受力,和樁基相比,由于CFG4可以摻人工業廢料粉煤灰、不配筋以及充分發 揮樁問土的承載能力,工程造價一般為樁基的1/31/2。CFGS施工速度很快, 一臺設備1015 d可處理1 000 m地基。目前已應用于公路建設的軟基處理、橋 涵臺背處理和結構物基底處理工程等項目中。CFG4復合地基CFG4復合地基由CFGS、樁間土及褥墊層三部分才成。其構造示意圖如圖 4-1所示。圖 4-1 CFG 樁復合地基示意圖其加固機理總體來說就是:褥墊層受上部基礎荷載作用產生變形后以一定的比例將荷載分攤給樁及樁間土,使二者共同受

23、 CFG樁避免產生刺入破壞的可能。圖4-1CFG樁復合地基示意圖4.3 CFG樁復合地基加固機理4.3.1 CFG樁加固機理CFG4加固地基的機理主要表現在樁體置換和樁間土擠密兩方面:樁體置換作用水泥經水解和水化反應以及與粉煤灰的凝硬反應后生成穩定 的結晶化合物,這些化合物填充了碎石和石屑的空隙,將這些骨料黏結在一起, 因而提高了樁體的抗剪強度和變形模量,使 CFG4起到了樁體的作用,承擔大部 分上部荷載。對樁間土擠密作用CFGS在處理砂性土、粉土和塑性指數較低的黏性土地基 時,采用振動沉管等排土、擠密施工工藝,提高了樁間土的強度,并通過提高樁 側法向應力增加了樁體側壁摩阻力, 使單樁承載力也

44、橡皮土。4.4施工準備4.4.1 技術準備會同有關單位搞好現場交接工作,詳細復核有關控制點,布設現場臨時用電線路、臨時用水線路和其它的臨時設施。熟悉和審查施工圖紙:組織工程技術人員認真學習施工圖紙,了解設計意圖,全面熟悉和掌握施工圖紙的全部內容,提出便于施工的合理化建議。編制施工組織設計:闡明施工工藝和主要項目的施工方法,勞動力組織和工程進度、質量和安全的保證措施,收集已施工的各種經驗性的資料,針對本工程的特點和難點,編制切實可行的施工方案。技術交底:在工程開工前,工程技術負責人分別組織參加施工的人員進行技術交底,應結合具體操作部位、關鍵部位和施工難點的質量要求,操作要點及注意事項進行交底。技
