1、譯林英語6B Unit 2 Good habits (story time)first period 課例連云港市贛榆區城南中心小學李利霞Teaching contents:(story time) first periodAnalysis of the contents and the students:本文圍繞Good habits 這一話題展示兩個學生的生活習慣,讓學生通過實際人物的習慣學習相關詞匯及句型。六年級譯林英語是新教材,學生之前的知識儲備不夠扎實,一定要做好課前準備,為新授課做好充分的準備。學生開口能力差,盡量降低口語表達的難度,激發其上進心;為他們創設更多真實的口語交際情景,
2、讓學生在學中感受英語的樂趣。Teaching aims and objectives:1 .知識目標:(1) .能正確理解、朗讀課文并可以根據提示復述課文內容。(2) .能聽懂、 會說、 會讀、 會寫單詞:habit,never,late,finish,tidy,fast. 句型: He/Shegets up/goes to school early in the morning.He/She never goes to bedlate.2 .能力目標:能在現實生活中比較自如地運用本單元的句型和日常交際用語。3 .情感目標:能分清好壞習慣,并知道以好的習慣來要求自己,讓自己擁有更多好的習慣。F
3、ocus of the lesson:1 .能正確理解、朗讀課文并可以根據提示復述課文內容。2 .能聽懂、會說、 會讀、 會寫單詞:habit,never,late,finish,tidy,fast. 句型: He/She gets up/goes to school early in the morning.He/She never goes to bed late.Teaching difficulty:1 .能嘗試根據所學短語和句型來描述自己的習慣。2 .能初步根據提示寫出自己的好習慣。Teaching aids: PPT, pictures, word cards,envelopesT
4、eaching methods: group work, task-based method,create real situation.設計理念:英語新課標中提到:英語課程要面向全體學生,注重素質教育。以學生為主體,讓學生成為課堂的 “主人” 是我這一節課設計的主要著眼點,我們要關注每個學生的情感,激發他們學習英語的興趣,我就盡量降低口語表達的難度,盡量讓學生們都參與進來,讓他們在更真實的情景中表達出內心的想法。我應用多種教學方法,層層深入,讓學生能自然的進入學習情境。讓學困生也可以有表達空間,幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心,更重要的是讓學生能分清好壞習慣,讓自己擁有更多好的習慣。Teac
5、hing procedures:Step 1 Warm-up1 .Let s listen to a song.Use the part in 4B Unit 3(My day)song time: When do you get up?【設計意圖】:以舊知來帶新知,讓學生通過聽自己熟悉的歌曲來自然的過渡到問答環節。2 .Free talk【設計意圖】:通過聽歌老師就可以用Free talk的形式來呈現新詞:early-late;good-bad 從而流暢得揭示出本課的標題:Good habits,同時讓學生回顧一般 現在時中第三人稱單數形式的用法。T: When does Peter get
6、 up?S1:He gets up at six thirty.T: Does he get up early?S1: Yes, he does.T: That s a good habit. When does Peter go to school?S1: He goes to school at seven thirty.T: Does he go to school early?S1: Yes, he does.T: That s a good habit, too. Is it a good habit to go to bed late?S1: No, it isn t.T: Yes
7、, it s a bad habit to go to bed late. So what are we talking about?Ss: Good habits.T:Yes. Let s learn more good habits in Unit 2.( 帶讀標題)Step 2 presentationI.Show four pictures.【設計意圖】:展示四幅圖片,讓學生看圖片思考,老師相應引導,在情景中教授新詞:tidy-messy; putin order;fast-slowly.學生可以很好的通過問答來理解新授詞。T:Look at picture1. I never walk fast after dinner.2.Listen to my chant carefully.【設計意圖】:讓學生初步感知課文中的知識點。教授新詞:never; keep.clean and tidy; finish work before dinner. 通過 chant 的形式既活躍了課堂氣氛, 又 是學生耳目一新,為下一步做好準備。Chant:I have some good habits.I get up early, never go to bed late.I keep my room clean and tidy.I

12、 Story time中將會涉及到王兵和劉濤的哪些習慣。目的是讓學生主動思考,小組參與 討論,合作學習,推進下一步的學習。T: You know a lot about my habits. Look, here comes Wang Bing and LiuTao. What habits do they have?Watch the cartoon of “Good habits ” , try to discuss in groups: What habits do Wang Bing and Liu Tao have?2 .Listen and underline.【設計意圖】:(快讀
13、-劃)學生聽錄音,劃出文中有關王兵以及劉濤習慣的短語,對照檢查上一步的討論預測,對于自己自我預測部分進行確認與補充, 加深其理 解記憶。最后以詞句接龍的形式讓學生說出王兵和劉濤的習慣, 激發學生的積極 參與度。T: First, what habits does Wang Bing have? Please say one by one.S: He brushes his teeth in the morning and before bedtime.T: Here “bedtime means he brushes teeth S: He brushes teeth before he go
14、es to bed.T: Good explanation.T:How about Liu Tao s habits?S:He listens to his teachers at school. He .T: We know Liu Tao often does his homework late at night and goes to bed late, so he often feels in the morning.S: So he often feels sleepy in the morning.T:We should finish our homework early and

It s goodhabits.Teach: bedtime; sleepy3.Read and match.【設計意圖】:(跳讀-找)通過跳讀找出書后P18 的練習 Read and match 的答案, 讓學生自我補充選項中沒有出現的習慣。讓學生自我發現,更深刻理解課文,分辨哪些是好習慣,哪些是壞習慣,最后讓學生自己將這些習慣分類,以列表的形式出現,學生將詞條貼于黑板上的表格中,為Retell the story 做準備。Read the text and try to finish the exercise on page 18.T:Can you fi
16、nd more habits in the text? Please skip the story time anddiscuss in group.Then say the answer.S:Wang Bing brushes his teeth in the morning and before bedtime.T: Good. They have a lot of habits here. But what are the good habits?And what are the bad habits?Talk about in groups. Put the word cards on
17、the blackboard.Students divide good habits from bad habits. Ask some students to stick the word cards on the blackboard.T:We know Liu Tao has three good habits, and two bad habits. He wants to do better. Can you help him to change the bad habits? Can you give him some advice?S:He should do his homew
18、ork early and go to bed early.Step 4 Reading time1 .Listen and repeat.【設計意圖】:(細讀-品)學生跟讀錄音,練習語音、語調,標出升降調以及重音,讓學生細細品讀課文,體會文中的好壞習慣。Students listen to the tape and repeat after it.T: Lets read the test please. Look at the signs here.(注意讀音的降調符號,提示學生在肯定句和感嘆句要用降調來讀)2 .Let s read.【設計意圖】:學生小組內讀,組內選擇一起讀、每個學生讀
19、一句、或者分角色扮演讀。讓學生有意識、有目的的讀。T: Choose one to read in four. Here are the tips.(1) Read it together.(2) Each student reads a sentence.(3) Read in roles.Step 5 Retell the storyT: Time to retell the story. First, let s retell it together.T: You can choose one student to describe. Please pay attention to th
20、e pronunciation and intonation. You can use the chart on the blackboard. Ask some groups to retell it.【設計意圖】:讓學生感受學習的成就感,讓他們展示自己的學習成果,充分印證學生渴望被賞識的心理,這是學生自我展示部分,留給學生自己去發揮。Step 6 Practicea. Talk about your own habitsT: Now let s talk about some habits. What good habits do you know?Let s discuss in gro

22、本課應用到真實情境中,讓學生思考自己的好壞習慣,深刻反思自身的壞習慣,同學之間互相討論、提意見,將展示環節交給學生。學生在學習之余,享受學習成果的樂趣。Homework:1 .Listen and read the story time for five times and retell the story.2 .Copy the new words or phrases.3 .Make a poster(海報) of the good habits or bad habits of yourselves.【設計意圖】:鞏固拓展是作業的目的,讓學生在復習的基礎之上,將聽、說、讀、寫融合在一起,
