1、柏格氏平衡量表之信度及同時(shí)效度檢定黃小玲1 謝清麟2 林伯欣3 楊怡君4 黃恢濤5摘要 本研究的主要目的是檢定柏格氏平衡量表應(yīng)用於腦中風(fēng)病人之信度及同時(shí)效度。受試者是41位腦中風(fēng)病人，分別接受柏格氏平衡量表及動(dòng)作評(píng)估量表中的行走能力的評(píng)估。 觀察者在一位施測(cè)者評(píng)估柏格氏平衡量表時(shí)同時(shí)計(jì)分，另一施測(cè)者則在一星期內(nèi)對(duì)相同受試者評(píng)估柏格氏平衡量表來(lái)求取施測(cè)者間信度;至於施測(cè)者內(nèi)信度，則由同一施測(cè)者在一星期內(nèi)對(duì)受試者評(píng)估兩次而得。 柏格氏平衡量表的總分與動(dòng)作評(píng)估量表中的行走能力之間的高相關(guān)性(rs=.81)驗(yàn)證柏格氏平衡量表具有高度同時(shí)效度。主要施測(cè)者與觀察者之間的一致性相當(dāng)高(ICC=.99)，而不

Forty-one subjects were tested on the Berg Balance Scale and the walking part of the Motor Assessment Scale (MAS). To assess the inter-rater reliability, an observer was asked to score

4、 with the evaluator simultaneously, and the second evaluator was asked to administer the Berg Balance Scale within the following week. For intra-rater reliability analysis, patients were reassessed by the independent rater within one week. The high correlations obtained between the total score on th

5、e Berg Balance Scale and the score for the walking part of the MAS (rs=.81) provide support for the concurrent validity of the Berg Balance Scale. The agreement between independent evaluator and the observer was excellent (ICC = .99), and that between raters was moderate (ICC=. 70).
