3、寫推薦函時,依個人特質、明確事跡或成就來表現自己,而不是許多模糊、空洞美麗的詞句、且以誠信為原則,稍微夸大并無所謂,但嚴禁說謊及欺騙。推薦信的基本構成要素除信頭(學校信紙的信頭或推薦人住址、發信日期、收信人姓名、地址、稱呼、信尾謙稱、親筆簽名、推薦人姓名、職務等必要部份外,本文內容應包含下列各項:被推薦者全名:不可全文中都只寫Mr. Huang 或Miss Wu,需明確寫出被推薦者的全名至少一次。英文名字拼法需與其他文件相同。認識期間:何時開始認識?或認識多久?認識程度:偶爾見面或密切接觸,例如教過一年或擔任過導師。與申請人之關系:師生關系,工作主管等。學業成績:討論申請人的擅長與不擅長的學習
