3、的報價和廣告資料。9廣告及費用乙方負(fù)擔(dān)本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)在新加坡銷售代理商品做廣告宣傳的一切費用，并向甲方提交所用于廣告的聲像資料，供甲方事先核準(zhǔn)。10傭金對乙方直接獲取并經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)接受的訂單，甲方按凈發(fā)票售價向乙方支付 5的傭金。 傭金在甲方收到每筆訂單的全部貨款后才會支付。11政府部門間的交易在甲、乙雙方政府部門之間達(dá)成的交易不受本協(xié)議條款的限制，此類交易的金額也不應(yīng)計入第五條規(guī)定的最低業(yè)務(wù)量。12工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，為銷售有關(guān)洗衣機，乙方可以使用甲方擁有的商標(biāo)，并承認(rèn)使用于或包含于 _中的任何專利商標(biāo)、版權(quán)或其他工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)為甲方獨家擁有。 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)侵權(quán)，乙方應(yīng)立即通知甲方并協(xié)助甲方采取措

4、施保護(hù)甲方權(quán)益。13協(xié)議有效期本協(xié)議經(jīng)有關(guān)雙方如期簽署后生效，有效期為_年，從_年 _月 _日至 _年_月 _日。除非作出相反通知，本協(xié)議期滿后將延長_個月。14協(xié)議的終止在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，如果一方被發(fā)現(xiàn)違背協(xié)議條款，另一方有權(quán)終止協(xié)議。15不可抗力由于水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、地震、干旱、戰(zhàn)爭或協(xié)議一方無法預(yù)見、控制、避免和克服的其他事件導(dǎo)致不能或暫時不能全部或部分履行本協(xié)議，該方不負(fù)責(zé)任。但是，受不可抗力事件影響的一方須盡快將發(fā)生的事件通知另一方，并在不可抗力事件發(fā)生 15 天內(nèi)將有關(guān)機構(gòu)出具的不可抗力事件的證明寄交對方。16仲裁因履行本協(xié)議所發(fā)生的一切爭議應(yīng)通過友好協(xié)商解決。如協(xié)商不能解決爭議，則應(yīng)將

12、 by this agreement， local market tendency and the buyer''s comments on quality ， packing ， price ， etc. of the goods supplied by Party A under this agreement. Party B shall also supply party A with quotations and advertising materials on similar products of other suppliers.9、Advertising and

13、ExpensesParty A shall bear all expenses for advertising andpublicity in connection with the commodity in question in Singaporewithin the validity of this agreement， and shall submit to Party Aall audio and video materials intended for advertising for priorapproval.10、CommissionParty A shall pay Part

14、y B a commission of 5% on the netinvoiced selling price on all orders directly obtained by Party B andaccepted by party A. No commission shall be paid until Party Areceives the full payment for each order.11、Transactions Between Governmental BodiesTransactions concluded between govenmental bodies of

15、Party A and Party B shall not be restricted by the terms andconditions of this agreement， nor shall the amount of suchtransactions be counted as part of the turnover stipulated in Article5.12、Industrial Property RightsParty B may use the trade-marks owned by Party A for thesale of the _ covered here
