1、國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易專業(yè)課程簡介 1.國際貿(mào)易國際貿(mào)易本課程主要講授國際貿(mào)易理論和實務(wù)兩個部分。國際貿(mào)易理論部分包括的主要內(nèi)容有:國際貿(mào)易理論、國際貿(mào)易政策、國際貿(mào)易措施、公平貿(mào)易制度、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化、國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易、國際技術(shù)貿(mào)易等。國際貿(mào)易實務(wù)部分包括的主要內(nèi)容有:(1)國際貨物銷售合同主要條款的內(nèi)容:國際貿(mào)易商品、國際貿(mào)易術(shù)語與價格、國際貨物運輸、國際貨物保險、國際貿(mào)易結(jié)算、商品檢驗、索賠仲裁不可抗力等。(2)進出口貿(mào)易的基本程序:交易磋商的一般程序、交易合同的簽訂、進出口合同的履行程序等。International TradeThis course contains two parts: int

It introduces the economic problems faced by developing countries, and provides exp

The course uses classical economic theories to analyze and compare various economic growth models and development strategies, to study the transformation of social economic structures and institutions, to reveal the internal and extern
7、al factors affecting economic growth, and to discuss the development paths, experiences and performances of developing countries. Development Economics belongs to the field of applied economics and is designed for undergraduate students in their third year who have already encountered classical econ
8、omic theories. The course helps students to improve their abilities to apply theories to real scenarios, to improve their knowledge of national development conditions, and to master the relevant analysis methods for studying social problems. The key part of the course is theoretical analysis of the
9、factors hindering economic development in poor countries and the hard part is to identify which of many factors are the most important in this process. To facilitate student understanding, many illustrative cases relating to Chinese economic development will be studied in class. 3.國際貿(mào)易實務(wù)國際貿(mào)易實務(wù)本課程是一門
10、研究國際貨物買賣的有關(guān)理論與實際業(yè)務(wù)的課程。主要講授國際貨物買賣合同、國際貨物買賣合同的磋商、訂立和履行的基本環(huán)節(jié)以及相關(guān)的國際慣例和法律規(guī)則。合同部分主要介紹商品的品質(zhì)、數(shù)量、包裝;貿(mào)易術(shù)語及買賣合同中的價格條款;交付貨物的時間和地點;國際貨物運輸;國際貨物運輸保險、支付工具與貨款的結(jié)算方式;貨物的檢驗;索賠仲裁不可抗力等內(nèi)容。合同履行的基本環(huán)節(jié)包括備貨、開立信用證、制單結(jié)匯、索賠等內(nèi)容。通過學習本課程學生們將會掌握國際貨物貿(mào)易的基本業(yè)務(wù)知識和做法,能夠簽訂進出口合同。International Trade PracticesThis course studies the theories
11、and practice of international trade. The content includes sales contracts, and the practice, customs and laws related to sales contract negotiation, making, and performance. The course introduces the basic terms of sales contracts, including commodity quality, quantity, and packaging; trade terms an
12、d price terms in sales contracts; time and location of delivery; shipment; insurance and payment; inspection; settlement; arbitration; and so on. Regarding contract performance, it covers stocking up, issuing credit, settlement systems, damage claims and so on. After the course, the students will ha

The underlying purpose of including law in the curriculum is for students to develop an understanding of the legal environment in which international business activities take
35、 place, and to become better prepared in identifying and confronting the legal risks that might arise from business practices. Aiming at enhancing the legal cognizance of students in the area of their major, this course sets out to introduce the basic concepts and principles of commercial law that g
36、enerally apply to a broad range of international commercial transactions, including agency, sales of goods, carriage and finance, and technology licensing. International conventions and treaties of great relevance will be studied, while other legal sources will also be looked into on a comparative b

41、making up the international trade and economics major. It is divided into three sections: General Introduction, WTO Agreements, and Implementation, which together cover the following specific topics: origin of the WTO; the theoretical basis of its establishment; various WTO Agreements; the Dispute S
42、ettlement Mechanism; the Trade Policy Monitoring Mechanism; and the institutional structure of the WTO. Students majoring in international trade and economics are required to grasp the basics of this course and, in doing so, reach a good understanding of the disputes arising from international trade

In addition, this course sets out to help students understand the international rules regulating international trade and gain insight into international trade transactions, as well as the process of national trade policy-making. The course puts a particular emphasis on teaching studen

The objective is for the students to get in touch with current affairs and topical issues in the global economy (including national economies), to understand the making of macroeconomic policies and how they affect economies
56、, to gain familiarity with the experiences of, and problems facing, successful corporations in their operations, and eventually to broaden their knowledge and understanding of financial and economic phenomena in the real world. Students are expected to practice basic theoretical analysis of the subj
57、ects covered in the readings. Also, it is hoped that reading English articles will improve the students English reading and writing skills. The articles will be selected by the lecturer mainly from BBC/The Economist/The Financial Times or other English business media, on a weekly basis. The selected
58、 articles will be: 1. Relevant the articles ought to be closely related to the major of international trade and economics; 2. Up-to-date the articles are expected to bring in ongoing trends and topics as news to the class; 3. Diverse the coverage of the articles will be as broad as possible to inclu
59、de many major international business activities, including international finance, international business, law, accounting and marketing; 4. Suitable in length and difficulty - articles written for a popular audience will always be preferred. Classes will be organized mainly around reading the articles intensively together, while picking up the relevant terms in economics and business, gaining insights in
