6、orm of receiving move ticket. 3.2mrb 倉庫：指倉庫中指定的擺放不良品的區域/ 位置。 mrb store means the rejected area assigned by store. 4.0職責 responsibility: 4.0iqc 負責物料的檢驗與測試。iqc is responsible for the inspection and test of all in-coming material and parts. 4.1采購部負責將來料之不合格情況通報供應商或分包商并辦理不合格物料的退貨。purchasing is responsibl

7、e for informing non-conforming material to vendors / sub-contractors. 5.0程序 procedure: 5.1作來料檢驗的物料，需登記于iqc 來料檢查清單 iiqc001 中。incoming inspection material need list in iiqc001 5.2檢驗 inspection: 5.2.1貨倉收到來料時，需首先核對有無p.o，無 p.o 之來料一律不能入倉，iqc 也不作來料檢驗(不需求本公司發出“ purchase.order ” 的客供物料除外 )，然后核對名稱、規格、數量，如有不符，需

13、ut incoming inspection in accordance with siqc001. 5.2.4對于噴油油墨， iqc 依據油墨來料檢驗指導書iqc006 進行來料檢驗。to printing ink, iqc carry out incoming inspection in accordance with iqc006. 5.2.5對于燙金紙， iqc 依據燙金紙來料檢驗指引iqc008 進行來料檢驗。 to hot stamping paper, iqc carry out incoming inspection in accordance with iqc008. 5.2

14、.6對于包裝材料， iqc 依據包材來料檢驗指引spk003 進行來料檢驗。 to packing material , iqc carry out incoming inspection in accordance with spk003 5.2.7對于其它來料， iqc 科制定相對應之來料檢查指導票(針對外包裝檢驗，iqc 每批來料抽檢5箱，如有一箱不符，則判定整批不合格)。并依據其作來料檢驗。to others incoming material ,iqc section prepare relevant incoming inspection instruction which iqc

28、;緊急放行 concession& urgently releasing 5.3.1對于生產急需而來不及檢驗或工程打樣無樣板的來料，相關部門需填寫來料免檢& 緊急放行申請表 qf-qc-043 一 式 4份交 iqc 確認，并標明放行根源。incoming material of urgent need &engineer building me&qe and having no enough time for incoming inspection, related dept. need fill in qf-qc-043(total 4 sheets) su
