Execution of work基本服務The Lighting Designer agrees to provide the following services for this project in connection with the above Scope of Work:照明設計師對本案之工作范圍提供如下之服務：Design coordination meetings設計協調會議1. The Lighting Designer agrees to meet with the Client, Architect, LandscapeArchitect, Interior De

6、signer, Graphic Designer, Electrical Engineer and the Owners representatives with the Client present, on aspects of the design to complete the Lighting Design照明設計師同意與建筑師、景觀建筑師、電氣工程師、及甲方代表碰面并進行與照明設計有關之 會議。2. The Lighting Designer agrees to be present at a reasonable number of meetings called by the C

7、lient, provided reasonable notice is given and conflicts due to prior commitments can be avoided照明設計師同意岀席由建筑師或甲方代表召開之合理次數的會議，并應事先通知以避免爭議。Responsibilities & Obligations責任和義務1. All lighting design by AILD must comply or does not contradict with local code andregulations. AILD燈光設計需符合或不抵觸國內相關規范2. AILD m

AILD必須針對其設計內容提供甲方必要設計圖紙文件，協助取得相關執照或許可證的審核。階段 I -SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE方案設計階段 - 于甲方提供完整設計數據后（包括定案的建筑設計平立面及效果圖） 完成工作時間： 兩周，交付設計成果份數：兩份 A3 文本、一份電子版1. Meet all parties for design intent.與各方開會并討論設計意圖2. Conceptual lighting studies & analysis.照明概念研究及分析3.

10、Preliminary lighting layouts plus elevations, sections.初步照明布置 （ 包含相關剖立面及節點研究 ）4. Illustrate lighting proposal including lighting effects and mounting details.照明效果及與結構及建筑的關系5. Budget study. 依此概念提供燈具的預算6. Preliminary power estimate and lighting system requirement.依此概念提供燈具的電力要求及控制系統要求階段 II -DESIGN DEVE

11、LOPMENT PHASE擴初設計階段 - 于甲方提供定案的設計擴初圖紙后 完成工作時間： 五周，交付設計成果份數：兩份 A3 文本、一份電子版1. Revised lighting layouts in accordance with project process 依照項目發展的情形，更新 或修正相關的設計圖面，來說明變更之處。2. Provide lighting layout提供照明配置圖3. Provide luminaire schedule and estimate power load提供燈具表及電量估算表4. Proved cost estimate 提供燈具估算表階段 II

12、I -TENDER DOCUMENTATION PHASE施工圖設計階段 - 于甲方提供定案的設計施工圖紙后完成工作時間： 五周，交付設計成果份數：兩份 A3 文本、一份電子版依照項目發展的情形，更新1. Revised lighting layouts in accordance with project process 或修正相關的設計圖面，來說明變更之處。2. Provide updated luminaire schedule更新燈具表3. Provide luminaire mounting details提供安裝節點5. Completion of documentation pa

13、ckage for tendering purposes 完成招標文件 （ 包括燈具 描述、廠牌型號、光源類型、瓦特數、表面處理、安裝位置、數量及廠商聯系數據。此份文件可 以由主要顧問整合放入建筑師或電氣工程師之招標文件內。 ）6. Prepare control schedule and diagram提供燈具控制表及回路圖，以解釋特定照明控制區域要求。階段 IV -TENDER EVALUATION AND CO-ORDINATION / CONSTRUCTIONADMINISTRATION招標及施工階段 - 配合甲方招標時間及施工進度完成此階段工作1. Assess tenderers

14、and selection of manufacturers協助業主評選燈具廠商2. Review and comment tender documents審核投標書3. Review lighting shop drawings, fixture samples and control systems with Architectsand Electrical Engineers 審核施工制造圖、燈具樣本及控制設備。建筑師及電機技師也需檢 視由照明設計師所規范之施工制造圖及燈具。4. Issue tender review reports & recommendations.提交評估報告及建

15、議5. Conduct shop & site / field inspection as required在甲方要求下至現場視察燈具的安裝情形。照明設計師之現場視察與承包商之現場監工不同。6. Prepare field reports for rectifications.準備施工現場審核報告階段 V -FINAL TESTING & COMMISSIONING驗收階段 - 配合甲方招標時間及施工進度完成此階段工作1. Field inspection for luminaires installation檢查現場燈具安裝2. Make site visits to evaluate an

16、d direct final adjustments 在現場評估并指導燈具的最終 調試3. Supervise the setting-up & commissioning of lighting scheme對照明場景及燈具提出最終意見 .4. Inspect and prepare outstanding details list (lists for rectifications or at variance出席現場最后評估及調整with contract documents) 提供現場審核報告 ( 紀錄現場與設計不符之處，并協助甲方及建筑 師解決方法 )5. Attend field

17、inspection and final site adjustmentD. 額外服務以下是不包括在上述基本服務的工作范圍例子，將以額外服務計費，開始工作前需先得到甲方之書面 同意，額外服務將以項次G.費用之工時表費率收費。：1. 因為業主要求變更室內設計公司，致使照明設計需要變更時，將以額外服務計費。2. 經由業主核可之照明設計，若業主要求其它可行照明方案或工作范圍時，將計以額外服務收費。3. 因業主要求制作照明模型，實驗室測試或是收集研究數據所花之時間將以額外服務計費。4. 因業主要求，設計師加速材料運送所產生之時間費用將以額外服務收費。E. Work not included非服務項目T

18、he followings are not part of this proposal下列為非服務范圍：1. 申請政府執照或許可證的取得，包括合同備案、消防報審等2. The Lighting Designer shall not be responsible for any work not included in this Proposal and shall only be responsible for negligence solely resulting from its efforts.乙方不對非本合同范圍工作負責。F. 費用Basic scope of work 基本服務范圍1

20、equire Client 后方可付款prior approval.以上各階段工作完成后，均需要甲方確認合格Except for down payment, the payment schedule for each area will be billed inaccordance with project phases respectfully.除簽約金外，其他付款階段按所屬各區域不同進度分別付款.G. Additional Services額夕卜服務費用：Work on any items not covered in this Proposal will be charged on a

ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES變更及額外服務1. The Client is responsible for prompt and com

23、plete administrative coordination of thework of all consultants and project participants. The Lighting Designer shall be provided with all relevant project documentation in a timely manner and all information that influences the lighting design work, including but not limited to meeting minutes, dra

24、wings and sketches, technical coordination of architectural and engineering drawings, schedules, decisions, criticisms, specifications, budgets, and changes. Should the Client not properly and promptly coordinate the work or distribute necessary information as needed and available, resulting in dela

25、y or changes in the lighting design work, the Lighting Designer shall be relieved of any obligation tomeet project schedules and overtime or additional work resulting from such delays willbe considered Additional Services.甲方負責協調、管理所有顧問方及項目其它單位。所有與乙方有關的項目文件及影響乙方工作的信息 都應及時提供給乙方，包括但不限于如下內容：會議紀要、圖紙及草圖、建

26、筑技術協調的相關文件如 工程圖紙、表格、決定、評判、規范、預算及變更。所有因甲方的不當管理，信息傳遞不暢等原因引起的工程延誤或設計變更，乙方沒有義務按照時間進度完成工作2. The Lighting Designer agrees to alter Conceptual Design and Schematic Studies, asnecessary, for areas described under the Scope of Work at no additional fee. Commencement of work by the Lighting Designer on the Co

27、ntract Documents Phase, as authorized by t he Client, shall constitute the Client s approval of previous phases ofwork by the Lighting Designer.對于設計范圍內的照明設計概念及方案變更，乙方將不另收費。對于招標圖階段的工作，乙方將在甲 方確認前一階段工作并獲得甲方認可后進行。3. Upon approval by the Client of the proposed Lighting Design, any alterations to theLig h

28、ting Design or to the Scope of Work necessitated by the Client s requirementsshall be billed as Additional Services.所有經由甲方確認的照明設計，如出現設計變更將記以額外收費。4. The Lighting Designer agrees to secure written permission from the Client prior to performing additional work billable as an Additional Service. Additio

29、nal Services shall be billed at the hourly timecard rates set forth in Section E.所有額外服務，都需在得到甲方書面確認后執行。所有額外服務將按照條款G所列費用按小時收費。J. Termination 終止合約This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon five (5) calendar days of receipt of written notice. Work products and materials prepared as part of t

30、his Agreement, including but not limited to drawings, specifications, details, research materials, budgets, etc., shall be property of Client once services are paid for, and shall be forwarded to the Client, if requested in writing, within five (5) working days after receipt of payment.此份合約如需終止需雙方協商同意。此份合約所準備之所有數據，包括圖文件，規范，細部大樣，研 究數據，預算書等，一旦服務已付費，所由權與知識產權均歸業主所有。在收到付款后的五個工作天內，應將所有數據轉交給業主。In
