車輛制動裝置VehicleBrakingDevice任務六120型控制閥MISSION6120CONTROLVALVE主講人李西安ZHENGZHOURAILWAYVOCATIONAL&TECHNICALCOLLEGESpeakerLiXi’an主閥由作用部、減速部、局減閥、加速緩解閥和緊急二段閥等五部分組成Themainvalveconsistsofanoperatingpart,adeceleratingpart,alocalreducingvalve,anacceleratingreleasingvalve,andanemergencysecondaryvalve主閥是控制閥的心臟部分,它根據制動管不同的壓力變化,控制制動機實現充氣、緩解、制動、保壓等作用。Themainvalveistheheartpartofthecontrolvalve,whichcontrolsthebraketoachieveinflation,relief,braking,pressurepreservationandotherfunctionsaccordingtothedifferentpressurechangesofthebraketube.作用部Operatingsection1主活塞是一個組合件,將主活塞12、O形密封圈19、主活塞膜板(φ126S形橡膠膜板)14、主活塞壓扳13等零件套裝在主活塞桿11的上端,并在端頭的外螺紋上擰緊主活塞壓扳螺母18,將上述零件壓緊。Themainpistonisaassembly,themainpiston12,O-ring19,themainpistonfilmplate(φ126S-shapedrubberfilmplate)14,themainpistonpressureplate13andotherpartsaresetontheupperendofthemainpistonrod11,andtightenthemainpistonpressurenut18ontheexternalthreadoftheendhead,andpresstheaboveparts.主活塞上側通制動管,下側滑閥室通副風缸,作用部就是利用主活塞上、下兩側即制動管與副風缸的壓力差,使主活塞帶動節制閥和滑閥上下移動,形成各個不同的作用位置。Theuppersideofthemainpistonisthroughthebraketube,andthelowersideoftheslidevalvechamberisthroughtheauxiliaryaircylinder.Theoperatingsectionistousethepressuredifferencebetweentheupperandlowersidesofthemainpiston,thatis,thebraketubeandtheauxiliaryaircylinder,sothatthemainpistondrivesthecontrolvalveandtheslidevalvetomoveupanddowntoformdifferentactivepositions.作用部的構造由主活塞12、節制閥彈簧24、節制閥23、滑閥簧21、滑閥10、滑閥銷25、滑閥座20(即滑閥套)、穩定裝置等零部件組成。Thestructureoftheoperatingsectioniscomposedofmainpiston12,controlvalvespring24,controlvalve23,slidevalvespring21,slidevalve10,slidevalvepin25,slidevalveseat20(thatis,slidevalvesleeve),stabilitydeviceandotherparts.作用部Operatingsection1節制閥是一個氣路開關,嵌裝在主活塞桿中部的小凹槽內,由節制閥彈簧壓緊在滑閥背面(節制閥座),節制閥隨主活塞一同移動,分別連通或切斷滑閥背面上各相關通路,配合滑閥與滑閥座所連通的氣路,實現分配閥相應的作用性能。Thecontrolvalveisagasswitch,embeddedinthesmallgrooveinthemiddleofthemainpistonrod,thecontrolvalvespringispressedonthebackoftheslidevalve(controlseat),thecontrolvalvemoveswiththemainpiston,respectivelyconnectedorcutofftherelevantpathonthebackoftheslidevalve,withtheslidevalveandtheslidevalveseatconnectedbythegaspath,toachievethecorrespondingperformanceofthedistributionvalve.滑閥也是一個氣路開關,嵌裝在主活塞桿的上、下兩肩之間,沿主活塞桿的軸向與主活塞桿的兩肩有6mm間隙(滑閥游間),即主活塞與滑閥可相對移動6mm?;y彈簧用銷子與滑閥固定在一起,將滑閥壓緊在滑閥座上。Theslidevalveisalsoagaspathswitch,embeddedinthemainpistonrodbetweentheupperandlowershoulders,alongtheaxialdirectionofthemainpistonrodandthetwoshouldersofthemainpistonrodhavea6mmgap(slidevalvetravel),thatis,themainpistonandtheslidevalvecanmoverelativeto6mm.Thespoolspringisfixedtogetherwiththespoolwithapin,andthespoolispressedtothespoolseat.作用部Operatingsection1作用部Operatingsection1由穩定桿26、穩定彈簧27、穩定彈簧座30、擋圈31等零部件組成,它們依次安裝在主活塞桿尾部筒形套筒內。Thestabilizingdeviceiscomposedofstabilizerrod26,stabilizerspring27,stabilizerspringseat30,stopring31andotherparts,whicharesuccessivelyinstalledinthebarrelsleeveattheendofthemainpistonrod.在穩定彈簧的作用下,穩定桿的頭部與滑閥下端面相接觸,由于穩定彈簧有一定的預壓力,主活塞在向上移動時,必須克服穩定彈簧的阻力,穩定部在一定程度上阻礙了主活塞的上移,使作用部具有一定穩定性,防止了列車在運行中因列車管輕微漏泄或壓力波動而引起的意外自然制動。Undertheactionofthestablespring,theheadofthestabilizerrodisincontactwiththelowerendoftheslidevalve.Becausethestablespringhasacertainpre-pressure,theresistanceofthestablespringmustbeovercomewhenthemainpistonmovesupward.Thestablepartobstructstheupwardmovementofthemainpistontoacertainextent,sothattheoperatingsectionhascertainstability.Thetrainispreventedfromaccidentalnaturalbrakingcausedbyslightleakageorpressurefluctuationofthetraintubeduringoperation.穩定裝置Thestabilizingdevice作用部Operatingsection1l3-減速充氣孔,孔徑為φ1.9mm,與滑閥背面上的副風缸充氣孔f1連通,減速充氣時連通滑閥座上的制動管充氣孔l1,制動管向副風缸充氣。l3-Decelerationaerationhole,diameterdiameter1.9mm,isconnectedwiththeauxiliaryaircylinderaerationholef1onthebackoftheslidevalve,duringdecelerationaeration,itisconnectedwiththebraketubeaerationholel1ontheslidevalveseat,andthebraketubeaeratestothesecondaryaircylinder.l4——充氣孔,孔徑為φ2mm,與滑閥背面上的副風缸充氣fi連通,充氣時連通滑閥座上的制動管充氣孔l1,制動管向副風缸充氣。l4-Aerationhole,diameterdiameter2mm,connectedwiththeauxiliaryaircylinderaerationfionthebackoftheslidevalve,duringaeration,thebraketubeaerationholel1ontheslidevalveseatisconnected,andthebraketubeisaeratedtothesecondaryaircylinder.f1——滑閥背面的副風缸充氣孔。-Auxiliaryaircylinderfillingholeonthebackoftheslidevalve.l6-局減聯絡槽,制動作用開始時,連通第一階段局減通路,將制動管壓縮空氣引入局減室,產生第一階段局減作用。l6-Officereductionchannel.Whenbrakingactionbegins,thefirststagereductionchannelisconnected,andthecompressedairofthebraketubeisintroducedintotheofficereductionchambertoproducethefirststagereductioneffect.(1)節制閥Controlvalve(2)滑閥Slidevalve作用部Operatingsection1l5——局減孔,上下貫通。一段局減和二段局減時,與滑閥座上的制動管局減孔l2連通,將列車管壓力空氣引入局減室或局減閥,形成第一或第二階段局減通路。l5-Localholereduction,upperandlowerthrough.Inthefirstandsecondstage,thebrakepipereliefholel2ontheslidevalveseatisconnected,andthetrainpipepressureairisintroducedintothereliefchamberorthereliefvalvetoformthefirstorsecondstagereliefpassage.f2——加速緩解風缸充氣孔,上下貫通,充氣時連通滑閥座上的加速緩解風缸孔,副風缸向加速緩解風缸充氣。通過滑閥體內的通路與滑閥底面f4槽相通。f2-Theaccelerationreliefaircylinderfillingholeisconnectedtotheaccelerationreliefaircylinderholeontheslidevalveseat,andtheauxiliaryaircylinderisinflatedtotheaccelerationreliefaircylinder.通過滑閥體內的通路與滑閥底面f4槽相通。Throughthepathintheslidevalvebody,itiscommunicatedwiththef4grooveonthebottomsurfaceoftheslidevalve.L7——局減閥入孔,與l5孔暗通。二段局減時,與滑閥座上的l8連通,將制動管壓縮空氣引向局減閥,并經緩解閥、緊急二段閥充入制動缸(當局減閥開啟時),以產生第二階段局減作用。L7--Localreductionvalveinlethole,steadilyconnectswithl5hole.Whenthesecondstageisreduced,thecompressedairofthebraketubeisconnectedwithl8ontheslidevalveseat,andthecompressedairofthebraketubeisdirectedtothelocalreducingvalve,andthecompressedairischargedintothebrakecylinderthroughthereliefvalveandtheemergencysecondstagevalve(whenthelocalreducingvalveisopened)toproducethesecondstagereducingeffect.作用部Operatingsection1f3——制動孔,上下貫通孔。制動時,與滑閥座上的z1連通,將副風缸壓縮空氣經緩解閥、緊急二段閥送向制動缸,產生制動作用。

f3--Brakehole,topandbottomthroughhole.Whenbraking,itcommunicateswithz1ontheslidevalveseat,andsendsthecompressedairofthesecondaryaircylindertothebrakecylinderthroughthereliefvalveandtheemergencytwo-stagevalvetoproducebrakingeffect.Z2——緩解聯絡槽,緩解時,連通滑閥座制動缸孔z1與滑閥座緩解孔z3,將制動缸壓力空氣送到加速緩解活塞外側,并經縮孔堵Ⅱ排人大氣,產生緩解作用。Z2--Relievethecontactslot.Whenrelieving,connectthespoolseatbrakecylinderholez1andspoolseatreliefholez3,sendthebrakecylinderpressureairtotheoutsideoftheacceleratingreliefpiston,andexhausttheatmospherethroughtheshrinkageholeplugIItoproducearelievingeffect.f4——眼淚孔(“呼吸孔”),孔徑φ0.2mm,在滑閥體內與f2孔相通,為適應機車壓力保持操縱而設,制動保壓時副風缸壓力空氣經此小孔與滑閥座上的制動管充氣孔ll相連通。f4--Thetearhole("breathinghole"),withadiameterof0.2mm,isconnectedwiththef2holeinthespoolbodytoadapttothepressuremaintenanceoperationofthelocomotive.Duringthebrakingpressuremaintenance,theauxiliaryaircylinderpressureairisconnectedwiththebraketubefillingholell,ontheslidevalveseatthroughthissmallhole..zu——阻力調整槽。z
