c)Preparationofacomprehensivereportonthefindingsandrecommendations;

2.DeliveryofServices

PartyAshalldelivertheinformationconsultationservicestoPartyBwithin[DurationofService]fromtheeffectivedateofthisContract.

3.FeesandPayment

ThefeesfortheinformationconsultationservicesprovidedbyPartyAtoPartyBshallbeasfollows:

4.Confidentiality

BothpartiesagreetokeeptheinformationobtainedduringtheperformanceofthisContractstrictlyconfidentialandnotdiscloseittoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.

5.TermandTermination

ThisContractshallbeeffectiveuponthedateofexecutionbybothpartiesandshallremainineffectforaperiodof[DurationofContract].EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupon[ReasonforTermination]byproviding[NoticePeriod]writtennoticetotheotherparty.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
