THDSStrongHeat,RadicalHeatForecastingProcedure對強熱、激熱報警信息，鐵路局集團公司紅外線調度員立即進行分析和確認，經確認的強熱、激熱信息使用語音記錄裝置良好的電話按標準用語通知列車調度員，明確處置要求，同時列車調度員在行調復示終端上點擊確認，并按處置要求及時進行相應的行車調度指揮。Strongheat,radicalheatalarminformation,theRailwayBureauGroupCompanyinfrareddispatcherimmediatelyanalyzeandconfirm,confirmedstrongheat,radicalheatinformationusingvoicerecordingdevicegoodtelephoneinaccordancewiththestandardterminologytonotifythetraindispatcher,cleardisposalrequirements,whilethetraindispatcherinthelinedispatchingre-demonstrationoftheterminalclicktoconfirmandaccordingtotherequirementsofthedisposalofthecorrespondinglineschedulingcommandinatimelymanner.紅外線調度員電話通知列車調度員后，填寫《鐵路貨車運行安全監控系統攔停通知卡》，由列車調度員簽字確認。同時，及時將熱軸報警后的處置情況通知鐵路局集團公司車輛調度員。鐵路局集團公司車輛調度員及時安排車輛段按規定處理熱軸鐵路貨車。Aftertheinfrareddispatchernotifiesthetraindispatcherbyphone,hefillsinthe"RailwayWagonOperationSafetyMonitoringSystemStoppingNotificationCard",whichissignedbythetraindispatcher.Atthesametime,thedispositionofthehotaxlealarmafterthetimelynotificationoftheRailwayBureauGroupCompanyvehicledispatcher.ThevehicledispatcheroftheRailwayBureauGroupCompanypromptlyarrangesthevehiclesectiontodealwiththehot-axlerailroadwagonaccordingtotheregulations.報警信息中列車車次和鐵路貨車車號不清的，由鐵路局集團公司紅外線調度員聯系列車調度員確認車次和車號等信息。Ifthetrainnumberandrailroadwagonnumberinthealarminformationisunclear,theinfrareddispatcheroftherailroadbureaugroupcompanywillcontactthetraindispatchertoconfirmtheinformationsuchasthetrainnumberandwagonnumber.（1）（2）（3）鄭州鐵路職業技術學院一、車輛軸溫智能探測系統（THDS)1.THDS強熱、激熱預報程序對鐵路局集團公司紅外線調度員預報的強熱報警的列車，列車調度員立即安排列車在前方站停車并通知機車乘務員；機車乘務員根據通知在前方站停車。列車到達前方站后，停車車站有列檢作業場的，由列檢人員檢查、處理；無列檢作業場的，由車站安排將該車從列車中摘下，按規定通知車輛部門派員前往檢查處理。FortrainswithstrongheatalarmsforecastedbytheinfrareddispatcheroftheRailwayBureauGroupCompany,thetraindispatcherimmediatelyarrangesforthetraintostopattheforwardstationandnotifiesthelocomotivecrew;thelocomotivecrewstopsthetrainattheforwardstationaccordingtothenotification.Afterthetrainarrivesattheforwardstation,ifthereisatraininspectionsiteatthestoppingstation,thetraininspectorwillcheckanddealwiththetrain;ifthereisnotraininspectionsite,thestationwillarrangetoremovethetrainfromthetrain,andnotifytherollingstockdepartmentinaccordancewiththeregulationstosendstafftocheckanddealwiththetrain.對鐵路局集團公司紅外線調度員預報的激熱報警的列車，列車調度員立即安排就地停車；機車乘務員接到就地停車的口頭通知后，立即停車。Fortrainsforecastedbytheinfrareddispatcherofarailroadgroupcompanyashavinganagitatedheatalarm,thetraindispatcherimmediatelyarrangesforanin-placestop;thelocomotivecrewreceivesverbalnotificationofthein-placestopandimmediatelystopsthetrain.THDS強熱、激熱預報程序
