2.SAFETYINFORMATION注意事項(xiàng)

（1）Ensurethatesc叩eroutes（doors,stairs,etc.）aneaccessibleatalltimesandarenot

obstructedbyhoses,tools,etc.

隨時(shí)保證逃生路線能夠使用（門，梯子等），不被管線、工具所阻擋。

（2）Specialattentionmustbepaidwhileliftingthedrillpipefinmdiecatwalkontotherigfloor

withtheairtu脖erandlowering

dietravellingblockatthesametime.

當(dāng)用氣司跤車把鉆桿從貓道吊到鉆臺(tái)并同時(shí)下放游車時(shí)，要特別注意C

（3）Nobodyisallowedtostandbetweenthesinglebeingbroughtin/laiddownandthejointin

therotarytable.NobodyisallowedtostandwiththeirbacktotheV-door,duringthese

activities.

嚴(yán)禁站在正在提升或月掉的鉆桿和鉆盤內(nèi)單根之間,嚴(yán)禁背對(duì)井架大門。

(4)TheFloonnenguidingthesingleacrosstherigfloormustkeepfeetwellclearofthepinend

ofthesingle.Winchoperatorsmustnotlowersinglesuntiltheyarecompletelysurethatfeet

arewellclearofthepinend.

鉆臺(tái)上的鉆工必須注意使雙腳離開單根公接頭的下方,氣動(dòng)絞車操作者必須確

認(rèn)鉆工雙腳遠(yuǎn)離公扣下放后再下放單根。

(5)Keepfeetwellclearofthedrillpipepinendwhenthedriftisstillinthepipeandthepipeis

vertical.

當(dāng)通徑規(guī)還在鉆桿內(nèi)而且鉆桿處于垂直位置時(shí)，保持雙腳遠(yuǎn)離鉆桿公扣下方。

3.STANDARDOPERATIONALCONSIDERATIONS(DOSANDDONTS)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

操作注意事項(xiàng)

(1)ThisoperationrequiresaToolboxTalk,coveringequipmentuseandpositioningofpersonnel.

這項(xiàng)操作要求召開工作前安全會(huì)，會(huì)議內(nèi)容包括使用的設(shè)備和人員的位置。

(2)Ensurethatallhoisting/liftingequipment,wiresandliftingcapsareinasafeconditionand

conformswiththecurrentGWEX2colourcodingandhavevalidinspectioncertificates.

確保提升設(shè)備,鋼絲繩和提絲工作狀態(tài)良好,符合當(dāng)前GWDC的顏色識(shí)別編號(hào)和

有效的檢驗(yàn)證書。

(3)Theail-winchOperatorshallensurethatthewinchwireismovingfreelyinthederrick

(possiblyguidedbypulleys)toavoidanydamagetothesteelstructure,especiallythe

fingerboard.

氣動(dòng)絞車操作者要確認(rèn)氣動(dòng)絞車鋼絲繩和井架不干涉(能夠用滑輪導(dǎo)向)，以避免

損傷井架的鋼結(jié)構(gòu),特別是指梁。

(4)Ensurethatthecoirectgradeofpipeisbeingpickedup.

確認(rèn)吊起的鉆桿級(jí)別是正確的。

(5)Wheninstallingtheliftingcap,ensureitistight一定要旋緊提升提絲。

(6)Beforeandafteroperation,countthedrillpipe(DP)onthepiperacktoverifyUillyfigures.

操作前后，數(shù)一下鉆桿架上的鉆桿數(shù)量,和鉆桿記錄表核實(shí)。

(7)AnydamagedDPistobepaintedred(highlightingthedamage)andreportedtothe

Toolpusherforchangeofinventorystatusandtransportbacktobase/warehouse.

任何損傷的鉆桿要噴上紅漆,并報(bào)告帶班隊(duì)長變換鉆具庫存記錄,運(yùn)回基地或

庫房

(8)Whensinglingin,ensurepipetallyisupdatedasDPisbeingpickedup.Numberasper

GWDCDPnumberingsystem.

當(dāng)逐根下入鉆具單根時(shí),鉆桿記錄表要更新,并樹居GWDC的程序進(jìn)行編號(hào)。

(9)Ifpipeis5"indiameterorgreater,tailthepipeusingaropeasitclearstiletopoftheV-door

andenterstherigfloor.Theuseofaropetotailinpipeofasmallerdiameterisatthe

Toolpushersdiscretion.

直徑是或大于5〃的鉆桿,從坡道見到鉆臺(tái)上時(shí)，要拴牽引罷電;直徑5〃以下的鉆

桿,由帶班隊(duì)長決定是否拴尾繩O

(10)Whensinglingout,ensurepipetallyisadjustedtoreflectthepipebeinglaiddown.

當(dāng)逐根掉單根時(shí),確認(rèn)鉆桿記錄表經(jīng)過調(diào)整并反映出被甩的鉆桿

4.INSTRUCTIONS

4.1SinglingIn吊拉

(1)Verifythesizeandcurrentcolourcodingofthelifting即.

核實(shí)提絲的大〃闞顏色編碼。

(2)Cleanandexaminethethreadsandshouldersonboxandpinends,andinformtheDrillerof

anydamage.

清洗和檢3僉公、母扣的絲扣、臺(tái)肩，發(fā)現(xiàn)損傷報(bào)告同鉆

(3)Verifythegradeofthedrillpipe,measurelength,recondandinformtheDriller.

3僉證鉆桿的等級(jí)，測量長度,記錄并報(bào)告司鉆

(4)Removetheprotectorfromtheboxend,applydope(threadcompound),andinstallthedrift

andliftingcap,ensuringtheliftingcapistight.

卸掉母扣護(hù)絲,抹上絲扣油,裝上通徑規(guī)和提絲，確保h緊提絲。

(5)Attachtheairtuggertotheliftingcapandliftthepipeoffthecatwalk.

掛上提絲把鉆桿吊離貓道。

(6)TailthedrillpipewitharopeasitswingsthroughtheV-door.

因?yàn)殂@桿經(jīng)過井架大門坡道時(shí)來回?cái)[動(dòng),要在鉆桿上拴上雇霆

(7)Removethepinprotectorandretrievethedrift,keepingfeetwellclear.

卸掉公扣護(hù)絲，取出通徑規(guī)，保持腳下利索。

(8)Lowerthedrillpipejointintothemousehole,andremoveairtuggerandliftingcap.

下放單根a小鼠洞，摘掉氣動(dòng)絞車和提絲。

(9)Iftherigisequippedwithatopdrive,theDrilleractivatesthelinktilttowardsthejointinthe

mouseholeandtheRoonnenlatchtheelevators.

如果鉆機(jī)配備了頂驅(qū),司鉆打前伸按鈕使吊卡靠近小鼠洞中的單根,針工扣上吊

卡。

42SinglingOut甩掉單根

(1)AftertheconnectionhasbeenbrokenouttheFloormenpullthesingleoverthemousehole.

卸開扣后,鉆工把單根J隹向〃'鼠洞。

(2)TheFloormendopethepinandinstallapinthreadprotector.

鉆工給公扣抹上絲扣油,戴上護(hù)絲

(3)Ifatopdiiveisused,afterthesinglehasbeenbrokenout,theDrillerusesthelinktilttomove

thesingletowardsandintothemousehole.

如果配備了頂3僅,卸開扣后，司鉆打前伸按鈕，并把單根J隹向、放入小鼠洞。

(4)Theelevatorsareopenedwhenthejointstandsupandthenareheldbackfromswinging

acrosstherigfloor.

下放吊卡,胸艮接頭離開吊卡時(shí)，打開吊卡并后擺。

(5)TheFloormendopetheboxandinstalltheliftingcap,attachtheairtuggerandliftthejoint

clearofthemousehole.

鉆工給母扣抹上絲扣油,帶上護(hù)絲,掛上氣動(dòng)絞車把單根提離小鼠洞。

(6)Tail/pushpipeoutoftheV-doorkeepingfeetwellclear.Winchoperatormustensurethat

thelastjointlaiddownisnolongeronthecatwalkandthatthecatwalkiscleai-ofpersonnel

beforeslowlyloweringthepipeoutoftheV-door.

保持腳下利落，把鉆桿推出或用繩子牽引出大門坡道。氣動(dòng)絞車操作者在慢放

鉆桿出大門坡道前，要確認(rèn)貓道上沒有鉆具人員。

Note:Whenrunninginorlayingdownalargeamountofdrillpipe,specialattentionmustbe

paidwhileworkingaroundthemousehole.TheMouseholeshallbecoveredatalltimes

whennotinuse.

注意：當(dāng)?shù)趵蛩Φ舸罅裤@桿時(shí),在小鼠洞周圍工作時(shí)要特別注意,小鼠洞不用時(shí)

要一直蓋著。

(7)Removetheliftingcap,installtheboxprotectorandrollthejointontothepiperack.

卸掉提絲,帶上母扣護(hù)絲，把鉆桿滾到管排架上。

43SpecialConsiderations特殊事項(xiàng)

(1)Whenbreakingoutsingles,anyproblemconnectionmustbemarked,recordedintheTally

BookandreportedtotheToolpusher.

當(dāng)卸扣時(shí)，有問題時(shí)$頭要?jiǎng)澤嫌浱?hào)，記錄在鉆具記錄本上,并向帶班隊(duì)長匯報(bào)。

(2)DonotblocktheviewoftheDiillcrortheCraneOperator.要擋住司鉆和吊車同機(jī)的視

線。

(3)Agreaterdegreeofcareandattentionisrequiredtoensurethesafetyofnewpersonnel

workingontherigduringthisoperation.

此類操作期間,密切關(guān)注井隊(duì)新工人的安全。

(4)Duringdriftingofthediillcollarsensurethatthedriftdoesnotdropoutoftheendofthejoint

andcausepersonalinjury.

通徑鉆鋌期間,要確保通徑規(guī)不要從接頭端掉出來，以免造成人員受傷。

(5)Alwaysusetaglinetoguidethedrillcollar.用牽引繩來控制鉆鋌。

(6)Ensurethatallequipmentandslingsareingoodconditionwithcurrcntcolourcode.

操作規(guī)程

(1)Beforestartingthejob,holdaToolboxTalkwiththecrewandtheCraneOperator,todiscuss

equipment,proceduresandsafety.

開始工作前,召開安全會(huì),井隊(duì)人員及吊車司機(jī)討論設(shè)備、操作規(guī)程和安全事

項(xiàng)。

(2)Priortopickingupanydrillcollar(DC),cleanandinspectallliftingsubpins.Damaged

liftingsubswillbemarkedandsetaside.NotifytheDrillerandtheToolpusher.

起吊鉆鋌前,清潔和檢查提升短節(jié)公扣,絲扣損傷的提升短節(jié)要標(biāo)上記號(hào)并停用,

通知司鉆和帶班隊(duì)長。

(3)Checktheconditionofthewinchlineandslingsforwearandcolourcodeidentification.

Reportanydamageorequipmentwithwrongcolourcode.

檢查氣動(dòng)絞車?yán)K索和吊索的麼損情況及顏色編碼,及時(shí)報(bào)告受損及顏色編碼錯(cuò)

誤的設(shè)備。

(4)Whenlifting9"collarsorlargerwiththeelevators,usethewinchtorestrainthemovementof

theDC.

當(dāng)用吊卡吊拉9〃以上的鉆鋌時(shí)，用氣動(dòng)絞車來控制鉆鋌的擺動(dòng)。

(5)Afterlatchingelevatorsalwayscheckandensurethesafetylatchisengaged.寸口上吊卡后,

要檢查和確認(rèn)安全^肖。

(6)PriortopickingupaDCjoint,visuallyinspectthepinandboxthreads,theshouldersand

fhces.Anyproblemsanddamageobservedonthreadsorshouldersmustberecordedin

thepipetallybookandreportedtotheToolpusher

吊鉆鋌前，目測檢查公田扣、臺(tái)肩和表面。觀察到絲扣和臺(tái)肩有任何問題和損

傷,必須記錄在鉆具本上并報(bào)告給帶班隊(duì)長。

(7)MeasureandrecordDCfeatures,outsidediameter(OD),insidediameter(ID),length,

threadtype,serialnumberandfishingneckinthepipetallybook.

測量、記錄鉆鋌特征數(shù)據(jù),內(nèi)外徑，長度，絲扣類型，系列號(hào),打撈頸尺寸。

(8)PriortomakingupaliftingsubtoaDC,dopethepinofthesubandtheboxoftheDCwith

properdope(threadcompound).

連接提出豆節(jié)到鉆鋌前，兩者相連的公、母扣涂上適當(dāng)?shù)慕z扣油。

(9)AftermakinguptheliftingsubtotheDCintheV-doorormousehole,tightenthesubwitha

baroracheaterbar.

在坡道上或小鼠洞內(nèi),將提升短節(jié)連接到鉆鋌上后,用撬杠或加長撬杠上緊。

(10)Ensurethatallthreadedconnectionsarecleaned,properlydopedandthreadprotectors

installed.EnsurethatthepinprotectorODisnotlargo-thanthediillcollarOD

確保所有的連接絲扣清潔,涂上合適的絲扣油,帶上護(hù)絲。確保公扣護(hù)絲外

徑不大于鉆鋌外徑。

(11)AllDCconnectionsaretobe“walkedin“withchaintongs.Rigtongswillbeusedforfinal

makeuptorquebeforeruninthehole.

所有的鉆鋌絲扣用鏈鉗引扣或磨扣,入井前用大鉗緊扣。

(12)Neverrotatetherotaiytabletospininoroutadrillcollarjoint.不要用鉆母卜、卸鉆鋌

扣。

(13)Ensurethattheboxendprotectorisinstalledwhentheliftingsubisremoved.

卸下提升短節(jié)時(shí),要帶上母扣護(hù)絲

4.1.1RunningInDCwiththeAirTu^er用氣車提拉鉆鋌

(1)TheDiillerensuresthattheairtuggercapacityiswithintheWorkingWeightLimitofthedrill

同鉆要確保吊起的鉆鋌重量不超過氣動(dòng)絞車的工作負(fù)荷。

(2)AFlooimaninsertstheDCdriftintotheboxendofthedrillcollaronthecatwalk,dopesthe

boxandinstallsaprotectorwithaliftingeyeoraliftingsubwi由thecorrectthread.

鉆工ffi通徑規(guī)放進(jìn)貓道上鉆鋌的母扣端，母扣內(nèi)抹上絲扣油并安裝帶有提升孔的

提絲或提升短接(扣型要正確)O

(3)TheHoormenattachandsecuretheairtuggerlinetotheshacklefittedintotheholeofthe

liftingsuborcap.

鉆工ffi氣/車的吊繩連上提用豆節(jié)或提絲上的卸扣內(nèi)。

(4)AFloonnanattachesthecatwalkwinchtothelifteyeonthepinprotector.

鉆工ffi貓道除的氣動(dòng)絞車連到公扣護(hù)絲的提升環(huán)內(nèi)。

(5)TheAirtuggerOperatorengagestheairtuggerandcarefullyraisesthedrillcollarupand

thiwghtheV-doorastheCatwalkwinchOperatorsnubsthedrillcollai;

使用貓道氣動(dòng)絞車的牽引下,鉆臺(tái)上氣派交車操作者操作氣動(dòng)絞車〃叱的提升鉆

鋌經(jīng)過井架大門口。

(6)Oncethedrillcollarisoverthemousehole,aFlooimanremovesthecatwalkwinchfromthe

eyeof由epinprotector.

一旦鉆鋌到達(dá)小鼠洞上方，摘掉貓道的氣動(dòng)絞車。

(7)TheairtuggerOperatorlowersthedrillcollarintothemousehole.

使用氣施交車《顫鉆鋌曲J'鼠洞。

(8)TheFloormenremovetheairtuggerlineandtheliftingeyefromthediillcollarandinsertthe

liftingsub.

從鉆鋌上摘掉氣動(dòng)絞車?yán)K和提絲，并裝上提升短節(jié)。

(9)Usingabaroracheaterbarthroughtheholeoftheliftingsub,theFloormenscrewthelifting

subintothedrillcollarandtighten.

經(jīng)過提升短節(jié)上的提升孔,鉆工們用撬杠或加長撬杠將扣上緊。

4.12LayingDownDCwithAirTugger用氣^^^車甩鉆鋌

(1)TheDrillerensuresthattheairtuggercapacityiswithintheWorkingWeightLimitofthedrill

collartobepickedup.

司鉆要確保吊起的鉆鋌重量不超過氣動(dòng)絞車的額定工作負(fù)荷。

(2)BreakouttheDCconnection,installapinprotectorwithaliftingeye,andputDCinthe

mousehole.

卸開鉆鋌，安裝一帶吊裝孔的公扣提絲,并把鉆鋌放進(jìn)小鼠洞

(3)AFloonnanscrewstheliftingcaporsubintotheboxendofthedrillcollarandattachesthe

airtuggerlinetotheshackleinsertedintheholeofcaporsub.

鉆工把提絲旋進(jìn)鉆鋌母扣內(nèi)并用卸扣把氣動(dòng)絞車?yán)K和提絲上的吊裝孔相連。

鉆工ffi通徑規(guī)放進(jìn)貓道上鉆鋌的母扣端,母扣內(nèi)抹上絲扣油并安裝上護(hù)絲。
