Now,Ihaveanewmorninghabit.Ithasn’tchangedmyroutineonebit,butithaschangedthewayIlookattheworld.

Creatinganewhabitisn’taboutperfection–it’saboutgettingwhatyouwantbycreatingachangeinyourbehaviorandthinking.

Sonow,whileI’mmakingmycoffeeinthemorning,I’malsoappreciatingwhatIhave.

It’squick,fulfilling(令人滿足的)andamuchbetterwaytostartmydaythanlookingatmyphoneorcomputer.

Andbecauseofthis,myattitudeisbetter,asI’vealreadybegunmymorningonapositivenoteratherthanaproblematicone.
