Therefore, the first requirement we should meet to isto mast good teaching methods.Introduction Today I willshare four kinds of teaching approaches with you. T
2、hey are: PPP,CLT and TBLT.PPPCLTTBLTPMEPPP Presentation: The teacher explains the new grammar structure which is presented, often by means of a conversation or short text. Practice: A typical PPP lesson would start by thr teacher introducing a new language item in a context followed by some controll
3、ed practice, such as drilling, repetition, dialogue reading, etc. Production: Students practice using the new structure in a more meaningful way, such as a role play, a drama, an interview, etc.CLT Communicative Language Teaching(CLT) is a method to develop students communicative competence, which i
4、nclouds both the knowledge about the language and the knoeledge about hoe to use the language appropriately in communicative situations.three prinsiples raised by Richard and Rodgers:1)Communication principle: Activities that involve real communication promote learning.2)Task principle: Activities i
5、n which language is used for carrying out meaningful tasks promote learning.3)Meaningfulness principle: language that is meaningful to the learner supports the learning process.TBLTTask-Based Language Teaching(TBLT)focuses on the construction,sequencing, and evaluation of particular goalrelated acti
