1、畢業設計(論文)材料之二(2)本科畢業設計(論文)開題報告題目: 基于單片機的無線溫度 檢測系統設計課 題 類 型: 設計R 實驗研究 論文 學 生 姓 名: cc學 號: 3100203236專 業 班 級: 電科102學 院: 電氣工程學院 指 導 教 師: vv開 題 時 間: 20140315 2014年 3月10日一、課題研究內容及意義(價值)隨著微電子技術和數字信號處理技術的發展,數據采集系統得到了廣泛的應用。在工業生產和控制中,應用數據系統可以采集工業現場的溫度、濕度、電壓、電流、壓力、流量等諸多工藝參數,在將這些模擬信號轉變成數字量并進行相應的計算處理后,所得的結果可以反饋給用

2、戶或控制系統,為提高產品質量、降低成本提供信息和手段;在科學研究上,數據采集系統可以為我們提供大量的動態信息,成為探索科學奧秘的重要手段。目前,數據采集幾乎無孔不入,它已滲透到了地質、醫藥器械、雷達、通訊、遙感遙測等各個領域,為我們更好的獲取信息提供了良好的基礎。 無線數據采集特別適用于復雜地形條件、高腐蝕性、建筑群、爆炸等場合,或者被采集對象是運動、旋轉等情況。隨著數字電路和射頻電路制作工藝、低功耗電路、高能電池、微電子技術及集成電路技術的進步,無線通信技術取得了飛速的發展,無線通信的實現越來越容易,傳輸速度越來越快,可靠性越來越高,并且逐漸達到可以和有線網絡相媲美的水平。 無線傳輸越來越多

3、的被應用在工業及民用的數據采集上,解決了一些布線復雜、甚至無法布線的情況。無線方式具有如下幾個顯著的特點:傳輸介質采用的是電磁波,節省了架設電纜的所需的占地和各種花費及其給其他建筑的建設帶來的不便,應用起來更加方便;在應用單片機編解碼接口技術的無線通信系統中,采用多字節地址編碼,收發器的數量不受限制;具有電路簡單、功耗小、體積小、成本低等優點,非常便于使用;設計設施都很簡便適合更換場合反復利用。 溫度作為一個重要的物理量,是工業生產過程中最普遍、最重要的工藝參數之一。隨著工業的不斷發展,對溫度測量的要求越來越高,而且測量的范圍也越來越廣,對溫度的檢測技術的要求也越來越高。因此,溫度測量的研究也

4、是一個重要的研究課題。 總之,本課題將數據采集與無線傳輸相結合,發揮無線傳輸的優勢,并且解決硬件、軟件及通信協議優化等問題。二、課題研究現狀(1)國外溫度測控系統研究國外對溫度控制技術研究較早,始于20世紀70年代。先是采用模擬式的組合儀表,采集現場信息并進行指示、記錄和控制。80年代末出現了分布式控制系統。目前正開發和研制計算機數據采集控制系統的多因子綜合控制系統。現在世界各國的溫度測控技術發展很快,一些國家在實現自動化的基礎上正向著完全自動化、無人化的方向發展。(2)國內溫度測控系統研究我國對于溫度測控技術的研究較晚,始于20世紀80年代。我國工程技術人員在吸收發達國家溫度測控技術的基礎上

5、,才掌握了溫度室內微機控制技術,該技術僅限于對溫度的單項環境因子的控制。我國溫度測控設施計算機應用,在總體上正從消化吸收、簡單應用階段向實用化、綜合性應用階段過渡和發展。在技術上,以單片機控制的單參數單回路系統居多,尚無真正意義上的多參數綜合控制系統,與發達國家相比,存在較大差距。我國溫度測量控制現狀還遠遠沒有達到工廠化的程度,生產實際中仍然有許多問題困擾著我們,存在著裝備配套能力差,產業化程度低,環境控制水平落后,軟硬件資源不能共享和可靠性差等缺點。三、課題研究發展趨勢隨著移動通信需求和遠程數據采集量的增加,加之有線傳輸的費用日益增長,人們正逐漸認識到在許多檢測領域采用無線傳輸的必要性。在過

6、去的幾年中,無線通訊領域取得了很大的進展,這其中包括數字電路和射頻電路制作工藝的進步、低功耗電路、高能電池以及微電子技術的采用。以上諸多方面的發展使移動通信設備更加靈巧、經濟、可靠。與上述技術一樣,數字通信技術和數字調制技術的發展也發揮了很大的作用,他們使無線通信網絡向更加經濟、更加容易操作的方向發展。所以如果我們能夠很好地了解無線通信的基本原則以及這些技術的特點,就能更好地理解并完成傳感數據的無線采集。無線數據通信技術可分為兩大類:一是基于蜂窩的接入技術,如蜂窩數字分組數據(CDPD),通用分組無線傳輸技術(GPRS) 、EDGE 等。二是基于局域網的技術,如 IEEE802.11 WLAN

7、、藍牙技術Bluetooth)、紅外通信技術(IrDA)、微功率短距離無線通信技術等。與目前已經具備相當規模的無線長距離通信網絡相比,短距離無線通信系統在基本結構、服務范圍、應用層次及通信業務(數據、話音)上,均有很大的不同。四、課題研究(論文)研究方案及工作計劃(含工作重點與難點及擬采用的途徑)研究方案:在這次課題研究中,溫度的檢測有許多方法,可供選擇的器件和運用的技術也有多種。因此,系統的總體設計方案應在滿足系統整體性能指標的前提下,充分考慮系統使用的環境,所選的結構要盡量簡單實用、易于實現,器件的選用要著眼于合適的參數、穩定的性能、較低的功耗、低廉的成本以及較好的互換性能。重點:1、溫度

8、數據的采集; 2、無線通信技術的合理應用; 3、系統軟件的各項調試;難點:1、無線溫度檢測系統設計方案的確定; 2、無線溫度檢測系統穩定性和安全性的確定;工作計劃:第1周 接收指導老師編制的畢業設計任務書。第2-3周 查資料寫開題報告和計劃進度表。第4-6周 查閱資料,充分了解其工作原理。第7-8周 對上述工作進行整理和完善。第9周 根據論文撰寫規范,寫出論文框架。第10-13周 以所得成果為依據,撰寫論文。第14周 根據老師指導,改善不足之處,完成論文。第15周 查閱資料,找出知識點,準備答辯。第16周 整理答辯自述和問題準備答辯。五、主要參考文獻(不少于10篇,期刊類文獻不少于7篇,應有一

43、數據采集設備和系統多屬于專用的系統。20世紀70年代后期,隨著微型機的發展,誕生了采集器、儀表同計算機溶為一體的數據采集系統。由于這種數據采集系統的性能優良,超過了傳統的自動檢測儀表和專用數據采集系統,因而獲得了驚人的發展。從70年代起,數據采集系統發展過程中逐漸分為兩類,一類是實驗室數據采集系統,一類是工業現場數據采集系統。 20世紀80年代隨著計算機的普及應用,數據采集系統得到了很大的發展,開始出現了通用的數據采集與自動測試系統。該階段的數據采集系統主要有兩類,一類以儀表儀器和采集器、通用接口總線和計算機組成。這類系統主要應用于實驗室,在工業生產現場也有一定的應用。第二類以數據采集卡、標準

44、總線和計算機構成,這一類在工業現場應用較多。20世紀80年代后期,數據采集發生了很大的變化,工業計算機、單片機和大規模集成電路的組合,用軟件管理,是系統的成本減低,體積變小,功能成倍增加,數據處理能力大大加強。 20世紀90年代至今,在國際上技術先進的國家,數據采集系統已成功的運用到軍事、航空電子設備及宇航技術、工業等領域。由于集成電路制造技術的不斷提高,出現了高性能、高可靠的單片機數據采集系統(DAS)。數據采集技術已經成為一種專門的技術,在工業領域得到了廣泛的應用。該階段的數據采集系統采用模塊式結構,根據不同的應用要求,通過簡單的增加和更改模塊,并結合系統編程,就可擴展或修改系統,迅速組成

45、一個新的系統。盡管現在以微機為核心的可編程數據采集與處理采集技術的發展方向得到了迅速的發展,而且組成一個數據采集系統只需要一塊數據采集卡,把它插在微機的擴展槽內并輔以應用軟件,就能實現數據采集功能,但這并不會對基于單片機為核心的數據采集系統產生影響。相較于數據采集板卡成本和功能的限制,單片機具多功能、高效率、高性能、低電壓、低功耗、低價格等優點,而雙單片機又具有精度較高、轉換速度快、能夠對多點同時進行采集,因此能夠開發出能滿足實際應用要求的、電路結構簡單的、可靠性高的數據采集系統。這就使得以單片機為核心的數據采集系統在許多領域得到了廣泛的應用。在日常生活和工作中,我們常常用到溫度控制,溫度控制

46、系統廣泛應用于汽車, 鍋爐, 電子, 化工等各個領域。早期常用的一些溫度控制系統都使用模擬電路設計制作的,有些使用熱敏電阻,有些使用鉑電阻,有些使用熱電偶,還有些使用PN結,其準確性和精度都不是很理想,現在基本上都是基于數字技術的新一代產品,這種產品功能強,是前者的換代之物。隨著單片機性能價格比的不斷提高,新一代產品的應用也越來越廣泛,大可構成復雜的工業過程控制系統,完成復雜的控制功能。小則可以用于家電控制,甚至可以用于兒童電子玩具。它功能強大,體積小,質量輕,靈活好用,配以適當的接口芯片,可以構造各種各樣、功能各異的微電子產品。在本設計上按照個人的意圖稍加擴展,就可以實現更多更強大的功能。隨著社會的發展、科技的進步以及人們生活水平的逐步提高,現如今自動化、信息化程度越來越高,單片機和傳感器的應用領域越來越廣。各種方便于生活的自動控制系統進入了人們的生活。單片機和傳感器在自動控制中的應用越來越廣泛,它實用性強,使用方便,技術先進,它們的廣泛應用是科技進步的標志。 現實中溫度控制不適當導致的發霉,腐爛問題是倉庫日常工作急需解決的問題,是衡量倉庫管理質量的重要指標。它直接影響到儲備物資的使用壽命
