1、鑫春益（）科技xin chun yi (Shenzhen) Technology Co.,使用操作說明1.三個數碼顯示的內容如下:D1 顯示實時水溫度，設定狀態時顯示設定項目。D2 顯示設定值，設定狀態時顯示設定項目的值，時顯示錯誤代碼。D3 顯示制冷系統工況的監測溫度，一直按可調節 LED 功率時顯示功率值。出廠設定默認值：C0:15 C1:1.5 C2:60 C3:1 C4:20 C5:30 C6:3 C7:502.按鍵功能介紹：AUTO:(智能模式)進入方式：按一次進入模式，再按一次 D1 顯示室溫，3 秒后自動返回顯示水溫。CONSTANT(恒溫模式) 進入方式：與智能模式進入方法和功

2、能一樣SET(設置)：進入方式：按一下進入設置狀態，可調所有默認參數 C0 到 C8，超過 10 秒無操作按鍵或者第再按 SET 鍵設定并保存參數.- +（減加鍵）：所有參數的修改通過加減鍵來操作。（上下鍵）：進入 SET 狀態時按 上下鍵可切換 C0 到 C8；未進入 SET 狀態按上下鍵可調節 UV燈功率（是否可調根據 UV 廠家實際情況而定）長按 SET 鍵 4 秒，復位所有設定值為初始狀態。3.模式選擇與工作方式詳細說明CONSTANT(恒溫模式)：(出廠默認值:26）D2 顯示當前設定溫度值，直接按加減鍵改變設定值，實時水溫（D1）=設定溫度 （D2） 回差值（C1）。設定范圍 5-

3、40，默認 30。此外設定溫度值不可超出上限（C5）、下限(C4)溫度的范圍。AUTO:(智能模式)(出廠默認值:-2)D2 顯示屏顯示數值是水溫與室溫溫差值，直接按上下鍵改變設定值，設定溫度偏差范圍（-5-+5)，水溫（D1）范圍 =室溫溫度+（D2） 回差值（C1）。當 D1 范圍不在 C4-C5 之間時，水溫上限（C5 回差值（C1）、或下限(C4 +回差值（C1）)。例設定 D2=1,室溫=25,實時水溫度 D1=26 回差值（C1）,實際水溫 D1在 24.5 至 27.5間。不論智能模式或者恒溫模式，如果水溫低于（下限 C4-0.5），則不再制冷,水溫高于（下限 C4+0.5)恢復

4、正常。如果水溫低于（加熱棒的設定溫度 C6-0.5）時打開加熱棒；水溫高于（加熱棒的設定溫度 C6+0.5）時停止加熱。(加熱棒可根據需要配備，默認不配)4.設定項目參數代碼介紹：C0:調節差值（5.0-15.0 度）：在恒溫模式下，表示目標值與設定值的差超過 CO 值時輸出信號；智能模式下：當水溫與（室溫+智能模式的偏差值）的差超過 C0 值輸出信號。2C1:回差值（0.1-2.0，默認 1.5）：智能模式和恒溫模式時水溫與目標溫度太小時壓縮機啟動會頻繁。上下差值,此值C2:冷水機系統監測溫度設定值（1-100）：此參數由廠家設置默認為 60 度。要修改此參數請C3:缺水廠家。延時時間（1S

5、 100S）：檢測到缺水的時間小于此值時繼續正常工作。C4:下限溫度設定（1-25），低于此值時不再制冷；此值不能高出恒溫模式的設定溫度值。C5:上限溫度設定（25-50），水溫保持在（C5+C1）的數值以下。此值須比加熱棒啟動溫度 C6 高 2以上，也不能低于恒溫模式的設定溫度值,否則無法調節。C6:加熱棒啟動溫度（1-20）:C6 要比 C4 低 2 度以上，否則無法調節。C7:最高室溫功能（42-50）：當室溫超過這 C7 時輸出信號冷水機壓縮機停止工作。C8：啟動模式，ON-通用參數說明：上電即啟動，OFF-通電后按開機鍵才啟動所有溫度的測量顯示范圍：-2099.9。在調節時當出現以下

6、情況時會造成，將停止調節，同時蜂鳴器響 3 聲表示調節無效：.恒溫模式的設定溫度超過上限溫度 C5 的值；.恒溫模式的設定溫度低于下限溫度 C4 的值；.啟動加熱棒的溫度高于（下限溫度 C4-2）；當出現以上錯誤而不能調節時，可以返回與之的項目對其進行修改以解決。5.故障保護功能：故障代碼的意義如下:E0：2 塊電路板通信異常。一般是因為 2 塊板子的連接線有損壞或松動 。E1:水溫過高保護。水溫超過（目標值+C0）時，過高保護故障輸出中斷信號。E2:水溫過低保護。水溫低于（目標值-C0）時，水溫過低保護故障輸出中斷信號。E3:缺水保護。水泵不泵水，水管管路堵塞或水流不暢啟動缺水保護，輸出中斷

7、信號。E4:制冷系統故障。造成故障有排風扇壞，冷凝器被灰塵堵塞，進風口進風不良等，輸出中斷信號。E5:高壓保護。高壓開關斷開啟動保護。輸出中斷信號。E6:低壓保護。低壓開關斷開啟動保護。輸出中斷信號。E7:室溫過高保護。輸出中斷信號。保護或解除保護延時時間 2 秒，小于 2 秒視為干擾不啟動保護。如果不需要 E3/E5/E6 這 3 項保護，可以直接把傳感器的線短路即可。故障保護啟動后，關閉壓縮機和發熱棒，打開保護輸出，打開電磁閥。故障解除時自動恢復工作狀態。但如果是 E3 和E4 保護，則只對保護繼電器動作，其它工作不受影響。在剛開機時，水溫與目標值的差值可能超過高、低溫限值，這時并不能，而

8、是同時檢測溫度變化趨勢：如果是朝目標值方向變化，且每 30 秒變化超過 0.3 度，則是正常。如果連續 3 次*30 秒變化都不符合要求，然后程序檢測如果溫差達到值則啟動。出現錯誤后，先排除故障，或修改設定參數，然后按開關鍵重啟，或斷電重啟可繼續工作。如果水溫過高或過低造成的，在調節過溫度后或轉換恒溫/智能模式后也可以暫時取消。3(高新專利,防造!)(high-tech patent products, no copy allowed!)OPERATION INSTRUCTION MANUAL1.
