8、Party A responsibility:(1) 在確定效果圖制作時，應向乙方提交本合同第 二條規定的內容，并對其完整性、準確性、時限性負責。(1) Whenmaking rendering, Party A shall submit party B the provisions of the second article in thiscontract to Party B and responsible for its integrity, accuracy, time limit .(2) 甲方變更委托制作工程、規模、條件或因提交的資料有較大錯誤或所提資料作較大修改，以致造成乙方制

9、作有較大返工時，比方：變更已確認相機角度、修改已確 認塌陷的模型、改變已確認的光照條件等，甲方應據實際 工作量的增加情況，另加付費用，并適當順延成品交付時間雙方另行協商簽定補充合同或另訂合同。2Party A changes the project, scale, conditions or application materials that have major mistake or proposed data has major change, so that Party B has to rework largely such as: change the camera angle,

17、complete rendering production.(2) 在制作過程中，由于乙方自身原因工作延誤并造成 甲方損失，乙方應當賠償因此給甲方造成的損失，逾期超過 10日的，甲方有權解除本合同，乙方自接到解除通知之日起5日返還已收取的預付款，并向甲方支付合同總價款30%的違約金。(2) During the production process, delay and cause Party A' s losses due to Party B own reason, PartyB should compensate for the losses, delayed more than
