7、方案為嚴格按該工程合同各項技術要求和施工進度的落實，確保防火卷簾安裝施工質量，達到消防驗收，現作如下安裝施工組織方案：一、技術管理機構二、施工組織1、人員培訓為加強防火卷簾門的施工監管，確保施工質量達到設計和規范要 求，參加施工的人員行實全員培訓，所有業務人員，技術人員，技工 和施工人員都在公司內進行對該項目和施工質量要求進行短時間培 訓，教育，經考核合格后方可上崗。2、安全教育所有參加施工作業的人員貫徹以“預防為主，安全第一”的方針, 實行工地施工安全責任制到人的分工責任制，遵守國家施工工程安 全管理協議的法規，嚴格執行各項規章制度，作好安全管理工作。 所有參加現場作業人員必須遵紀守法，遵守

20、指導工作中出現的不規范作法。要求施工人員嚴格按施工工藝進行施工。（ 3）凡抽檢或整體檢查時必須作好施工記錄，發現有問題及時反應，并立即采取措施，及時整改。不能有質量問題，如出現有質量問題應立即糾正，不能馬虎從事。（ 4） 現場設置兼職安全員一名，對施工現場的安全情況進行監督，發現有不安全的地方或安全隱患時及時指出，立即整改，決不能帶著問題工作。（ 5）為確保質量和安全作到責任到人，分工明確，任務包干，安全措施到位。實行到現場施工人員的考核制，不合格者不錄用的原則，確保施工質量。（ 6）做好質量驗收工作，施工時，把好原材料關，產品質量關，技術質量關，施工質量關，真正做到施工前，檢查施工現場的各部

21、尺寸，安裝要求及措施，產品規格、型號、數量是否與設計相符。施工中的安裝技術要求和進度數、質量必須嚴格管理，嚴格要求，作到心中有數，對于不合格應及時處理。施工后的質量自檢和整改工作的落實和填寫各種驗收報告等工作。（ 7）項目經理為施工工程的質量第一責任人，應及時作出記錄、臺帳，不能遺漏。必須全面參與質量管理，并組織和明確施工隊長和施工人員的質量控制目標、方法、操作要點和責任。2、現場質量管理（ 1）乙方對整個工程施工過程中的質量工作負責，監理方負責工程質量的監督，驗收工作。（ 2）乙方根據實際環境制定施工方案或其它，并經甲方，監理方負責人簽字認可方可施工。施工過程中如需做適當更改，乙方必須提出書面申請，經甲方負責人簽字認可方可施工。
