47、求，并做好有關(guān)部門(mén)監(jiān)督檢查的配合工作;4.3嚴(yán)格遵守甲方OA電能科技2004年度市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案中關(guān)于市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo) 秩序維護(hù)及經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商行為約束方面的相關(guān)規(guī)定；4.4不得擅自生產(chǎn)、偽造甲方之產(chǎn)品, 并要協(xié)助甲方做好保護(hù)甲方專(zhuān)利、商標(biāo)等知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的工作；嚴(yán)守甲方的商 業(yè)秘密；4.5乙方必須安裝專(zhuān)用的通訊設(shè)備， 保持與甲方的持續(xù)溝通，及時(shí)反饋各 種市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)信息；4.6乙方印制各種針對(duì)甲方的宣傳資 料前必須呈甲方審核，并經(jīng)甲方書(shū)面許可后方能發(fā)布；4.7遵守甲方頒布的年度營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案、2.7 Party A shall not disclose theother third p arty.3.
