1、保稅區論文：張家港保稅區競爭力提升對策探究【中文摘要】隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入，保稅區已經走過了 20多年的歷程。 保稅區早發展的過程中取得了較大的成績并積累了 許多成功經驗。但是,經過多年的發展，也暴露出越來越多的問題。加 快我國保稅區的轉型和升級已是刻不容緩的事情。目前，各家保稅區正在積極探索自身的發展道路。文章介紹了國外自由貿易區的有關情 況,并且總結了我國保稅物流園區、 出口加工區、 保稅港區的各自情 況和特點，介紹了保稅區運作的主要情況以及暴露出的問題，并分析 了成因。進而為下文分析保稅區競爭力的影響因素做好理論準備。在相關理論分析的基礎上，構建了一套合理的保稅區競爭力評價指標體

2、系。進而提出了符合我國保稅區競爭力評價客觀實際的因子分析評價 方法,建立了因子分析評價體系，構建了因子分析評價模型及其求解 方法。最后，選取全國 13 個保稅區作為樣本，對保稅區競爭力進行，驗證了評價方法的可行性與準確性，并對評價結果進行分析，并為張 家港保稅區競爭力評價提供可行的建議。【英文摘要】 With the continuous deepening of China s reform andope ning up, Free Trade Zone has gone through more tha n 20 years.Free Trade Zone in the early pro
