1、    重點(diǎn)大學(xué)城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)生的生涯定向基于跟蹤調(diào)研的過程研究    本研究的一個獨(dú)特貢獻(xiàn)在于揭示大二暑期活動對學(xué)生生涯定向清晰度發(fā)展的重要性。大二暑期是學(xué)生生涯定向橫向分流的起始點(diǎn)，也是縱向軌跡上學(xué)生投入的分水嶺。大二春季學(xué)期時，學(xué)生的大二暑期計(jì)劃尚無明顯差異，但大二暑期活動后，學(xué)生的生涯發(fā)展方向出現(xiàn)分流，生涯已決者在所投入的高影響力活動上范圍進(jìn)一步收窄、方向越來越明確。這一發(fā)現(xiàn)對于高校生涯教育實(shí)施提供了重要的啟發(fā)：學(xué)生的生涯定向發(fā)展過程存在重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，大二暑期前可能是學(xué)校提供生涯定向支持的關(guān)鍵時間窗口。幫助和促進(jìn)學(xué)生落實(shí)和投入暑期高影響力教育活動，使得學(xué)生在

2、這個生涯規(guī)劃的重要階段能有效利用重點(diǎn)大學(xué)的優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，從學(xué)術(shù)性和社會性活動中受益。不過，大二暑期高影響力教育活動從計(jì)劃到實(shí)際的差異反映的是學(xué)生主動性的缺乏還是機(jī)會的缺乏，這一問題我們尚難以回答。另外，本研究的實(shí)證發(fā)現(xiàn)還從一個側(cè)面給提升弱勢學(xué)生的生涯教育提供啟發(fā)。分析表明，家庭背景固然重要，大二暑期高影響力活動參與對于農(nóng)村學(xué)生的生涯方向確立而言具有奠基性的意義：大二暑期所參與的高影響力活動使農(nóng)村學(xué)生免于落入盲目無從的低清晰度狀態(tài)，并且活動的類型促使其形成清晰生涯方向。如果這一發(fā)現(xiàn)具有穩(wěn)健性和普遍性，大學(xué)似乎有必要設(shè)立專門促進(jìn)弱勢學(xué)生大二暑期期間在高影響力活動上的參與。最后需要補(bǔ)充的是，雖然本研

3、究把盲從讀研歸類為生涯定向低清晰度，把通過讀研了解自己歸類為生涯定向中清晰度，但在學(xué)生沒有清楚生涯方向時，通過讀研給自己多一段時間認(rèn)識自己的興趣和能力、提升相應(yīng)技能也未嘗不可。在學(xué)歷貶值、文憑要求見長的如今39，學(xué)生在未曾深入探究過生涯規(guī)劃的情況下選擇讀研去提高人力資本并無可厚非，對于缺乏家庭文化資本的弱勢學(xué)生可能更是如此。倘若學(xué)生能夠帶著明確生涯規(guī)劃選擇繼續(xù)深造，很可能會在生涯發(fā)展之路上更加從容。然而如果簡單地把讀研變成倉促之下的緩兵之計(jì)，一紙碩士文憑很可能“源于就業(yè)難、終于就業(yè)難”40。致謝：本文數(shù)據(jù)獲取得到x大學(xué)學(xué)工部、信息辦大力支持，特此致謝。參考文獻(xiàn)：1gould, s. chara
