1、2015年(1月、6月)浙江省普通高中學業水平考試標準英 語浙江省教育考試院 編制考試性質與對象浙江省普通高中學業水平考試是在教育部指導下,由省級教育行政部門組織實施的全面衡量普通高中學生學業水平的考試。其主要功能是引導普通高中全面貫徹黨的教育方針,落實必修課程教學要求,檢測高中學生的學業水平,監測、評價、反饋高中教學質量。考試成績是高中生畢業的基本依據,也是高等院校招生錄取和用人單位招聘的重要參考依據。高中英語學業水平考試標準根據教育部頒布的普通高中英語課程標準(實驗)和浙江省普通高中學科教學指導意見英語(2012版)和現行普通高中課程標準實驗教科書英語的必修教學要求,結合學業水平考試的性質
2、和特點制定而成。高中英語學業水平考試實行全省統一命題、統一施考、統一閱卷、統一評定成績,每年開考2次。考試的對象是在浙江省中小學學生電子學籍系統中注冊獲得普通高中學籍且修完英語必修課程的所有在校學生。考試目標與要求(一)考試目標高中英語學業水平考試按照普通高中英語課程標準(實驗)七級要求和浙江省普通高中學科教學指導意見英語(2012版)(英語1(必修)英語5(必修)來命題,具體從語言技能、語言知識、文化意識、情感態度和學習策略五個方面要求。(1)語言技能l 說能在日常交際中對一般的詢問和要求作出反應;能運用所學的語言功能意念知識,根據情境進行詢問以獲得所需信息。l 讀能從一般性文章中獲取和處理
3、主要信息; 能確定文章或段落的主旨大意; 能根據文章或段落作出判斷和推理; 能確定文本的體裁與寫作方法;能理解作者的意圖、觀點和態度。l 寫能根據文字及圖表信息進行簡單的表述;能用正確格式寫作便條、日記、信函/電子郵件和一般通知; 能清晰地表達自己的見解。(2)語言知識l 語音在口頭表達中做到語音、語調準確、自然和流暢; 根據語音、語調了解話語中隱含的意圖和態度。l 詞匯理解話語中詞匯表達的不同功能、意圖和態度等; 運用詞匯給事物命名、進行指稱、描述行為和特征、說明概念等; 學會使用2000個左右單詞和350個左右習慣用語或固定搭配; 了解英語單詞的詞義變化以及日常生活中新出現的詞匯。l 語法
4、掌握描述時間、地點和方位的常用表達方式;理解并掌握比較人、物體及事物的常用表達方式;使用適當的語言形式描述事物,簡單地表達觀點、態度或情感等;掌握語篇中基本的銜接和連貫手段,并根據特定目的有效地組織信息。l 功能了解日常交際功能的主要語言表達形式; 在語境中恰當地理解和表達問候、告別、感謝或介紹等交際功能; 在日常人際交往中使用得體的語言進行表達,例如:發表意見或進行判斷等; 運用已學過的功能項目表達情感、意圖和態度。l 話題能用英語表達個人、家庭和社會文化等方面的話題; 了解英語國家有關日常生活習慣的話題。(3)情感態度有正確的英語學習動機,明確英語學習的目的是為了溝通與表達;能在交流中用英
5、語簡單介紹本國文化;能了解并尊重異國文化,體現國際合作精神。(4)學習策略利用推理和歸納等邏輯手段分析和解決問題;在學習中借助圖表等非語言信息進行理解或表達;有效地使用詞典等工具書;通過盡可能多的資源獲得更廣泛的英語信息。(5)文化意識初步了解主要英語國家的政治和經濟等方面的情況;了解主要英語國家人們與中國人的生活方式的異同;通過中外文化對比,加深對中國文化的理解。(二)考試要求普通高中英語學業水平考試對考試內容掌握程度的要求分為四個層次,從低到高依次為:識記、理解、應用、綜合,分別用字母a、b、c、d表示,其含義如下:(1) a識記再認或再現已學過的知識。例如:知道單詞的拼寫規則、單詞重音和
6、句子語調等語音知識;認識并能拼寫學過的單詞,記住詞義和詞類;了解構詞法知識;記住常用時態和語態以及非謂語動詞的構成等。(2) b理解對所學內容進行轉換、釋義、匹配等。例如:正確理解英語單詞在句子中的含義;辨別兼類詞和多義詞在句子中的不同意義;用英語解釋常用單詞或短語;用不同方式表達同一意思;獨立閱讀難度相當于七級的閱讀材料,并理解其表層含義等。(3) c應用將所學知識運用于新的情景,解決問題。例如:正確運用所學的詞匯、語法等知識造句;就學習內容作出恰當的回應;恰當地使用所學日常用語進行簡單的語言交際等。(4) d綜合對語言知識進行分析、概括、推理和判斷。能根據所給材料,運用語言表達自己的觀點。
7、例如:就學習內容進行問答和表述;用自己的語言改寫、縮寫或擴寫所給的材料;在有提示語的條件下,寫出100個左右的短文;能理解七級難度閱讀材料的深層含義等。(三)學業水平高中英語會考將考生的學業成績分為優秀、良好、合格、不合格四個等第,依次分別用A、B、C、E表示。各等第標準如下:A優秀掌握附錄中2000個左右的單詞;掌握考試內容中所列的基本技能和基礎知識;具有較強的遣詞造句和書面表達能力;能閱讀語言難度相當于七級要求的短文,理解其深層含義;具備初步運用英語進行交際的能力;具有較強的英語自學能力和繼續學習的扎實基礎。B良好較好掌握附錄中2000個左右的單詞;較好掌握考試內容中所列的基本技能和基礎知
8、識;具有相當的遣詞造句和書面表達能力;能閱讀語言難度接近于七級要求的短文,理解其基本大意,并能作出簡單的推理;具有相當的英語自學能力。C合格初步掌握附錄中2000個左右的單詞;初步掌握考試內容中所列的基本技能和基礎知識;具有初步的遣詞造句和書面表達能力;能閱讀淺易的短文,理解其基本大意;具有初步的英語自學能力。E不合格學業水平考試成績為E等的考生,在知識、能力方面尚未達到C等第的要求。考試內容以下依據普通高中英語課程標準(實驗)和浙江省普通高中新課程學科教學指導意見英語(2012版),按照學業水平考試的性質和特點,結合本省高中英語教學的實際,從知識(能力)條目和考試要求兩方面,采用表格的形式,
9、具體列出普通高中英語學業水平考試的要求。第一部分 基本技能技能類別能力條目考試要求說(1) 能進行簡單的日常會話(含功能意念項目)c讀(2) 能獨立閱讀語言難度低于七級要求有少量生詞(不超過3%)的材料,閱讀速度為60wpm左右d寫(3) 能在一定語境中正確運用常用詞匯d(4) 能在有提示語(圖示表格等)的條件下,寫出100個詞左右的短文,書寫規范,意思清楚,表達連貫,無嚴重語言錯誤;能對某個話題作出自己的評價d第二部分 基礎知識知識類別知識條目考試要求語音(1) 運用音標和基本拼讀規則讀單詞b(2) 連貫朗讀語言難度接近七級水平的語言材料,語音、語調基本正確b詞匯(3) 掌握約2000個常用
