4、chi ng pla ns, less on pla ns, homework making, etc.), curriculum design (2) 如果乙方不能滿足合同中要求的工作表現，甲方將解除與乙方 的合同。甲方將考慮給予乙方 15 天的工作改變期來改善乙方的 工作，如果在 15 天工作改善期之后乙方之工作仍然沒有改善， 甲方將解除與乙方的合同。乙方將不能得到額外的補償。 If Party B fails to satisfactory perform his/her duties and responsibilities, the contract will be terminat

6、ny additional pay; (3) 乙方在得到執業醫師證明的前提下，如不能完成或者繼續完成 其合同工作超過 30 天，甲方將解除與乙方的合同。 在這種情況 下，乙方將不能得到額外的補償。 If, in the judgment of a qualified medical doctor, Party B is unable to resume his/her duties and responsibilities after the expiration of 30 days of sick leave.
