I have a stomache./I have a sore back./I have a cold. He/She has a sore throat. Listening and speaking practice.2 .Autonomous and cooperative approach.Teaching Aids:CAI, A tape recorder.Teaching Procedure:Step 1 Warming-upWatch an English video about body parts, and sing along with the video.Step 2 Word study T: Look at the picture,Can you say the body parts in English? S: Yes.(Teacher points at the pictures about different kinds of body parts, and students say them in English.)2. Present a picture of a baby and Yao Ming. let the Ss say the parts of the body. 3. Play a game. Invite four Ss to the front of the class, and let another student say ten kinds of body parts, and let the four Ss point at their body parts,decide which one does the best.4. 1a. Write the correct letter (a-m ) for each part of the body,then read them.Step 3 Presentation and Practice1. T: When theres something wrong with our body, we should know how to describe the problems. So lets learn the way to describe the health problems?Ss: Ok.T: Look at the picture and description “I ate too much. Now there is something wrong with my stomach.” Whats the matter? I have/He has a stomachache.OK, read the sentence after me .2. Present other pictures, talk about health problems of the persons in the pictures.Whats the matter?
