Project Profile力仕鴻華綜合商業發展項目工程位于長寧區繁華地段，北臨紫云路，南瀕仙霞路，西抵遵義路，東接聯建新村。工程占地面積為17770m2，總建筑面積約140327m2，地下建筑面積約63153m2，項目主要包括一幢高層塔樓（133.7 米）和四層裙房，地下四層。本工程由上海力仕鴻華房地產發展有限開發,設計單位為同濟大學建筑設計研究院 （集團）有限公司，施工單位為中國建筑第八工程局有限公司。本方案主要針對認

8、證綠色建筑的要求進行編制，在施工過程中與國際綠色建筑目標保持一致。LuxChina mixed-use commercial development project is situated in crowded areas of Changning District, bordering Ziyun Road in the north, Xianxie Road in the south, Zunyi Road in the west and Lianjianxincun Community in the east. This project covers 17770m2 land with

9、GFA (gloss floor area) of 140327m2. Underground GFA approximates 61353m2. The project mainly consists of a high-rise tower (133.7m), 4-storey podiums and 4 underground floors. This project is developed by Shanghai LuxChina Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, designed by Institute of Architectural Desi

10、gn and Research (Group) of Tongji University and contracted by China Construction Eighth Engineering Division. Preventive Measures against Pollution during Construction土方開挖期間、 結構施工、裝飾裝修階段及最后室外工程階段由于工序、工種較多，將投入大量的人力、機械，根據現場情況，我司將采取有效措施，控制土地侵蝕，水道沉積及揚塵，以減少建筑活動帶來污染方面的責任。A large quantity of labor and machine will be invested during earthwork excavation, structural construction, decoratio

We will take effective measures according to the actual situation of the site to control land erosion，channel sediments and dust so as to ease liabilities for pollution caused by construction activities.1.1 目的1.1 Purposes根據現場施工情況， 我司將采取措施， 加強對施工現場文明施工的管理，減少施

15、工現場作業產生的各類污染。We will take measures according to on-site construction conditions to reinforce management for orderly construction and minimize various pollution generated fro various works and operations.1.2 防止雨水沖刷形成水土流失的措施1.2 Measures against Soil Erosion after Rain wash（1）穩固泥土以防止侵蝕措施（1）Stabilizing

16、soil to prevent erosion根據施工現場實際情況， 在土方開挖階段在工地主要出入口及人行通道處澆筑砼硬地坪，并利用部分原浙江地礦施工的地坪。 車行道為鋼筋砼路面， 寬 10m，厚 20cm，C20 商品砼，內部設置 16300的雙向鋼筋網片，人行道澆筑 10cm厚的商品砼。Concrete-cast terrace is laid at major entries and sidewalks during excavation according to site situation and partial terrace constructed by Zhejiang Ins

17、titute of Geology and Mineral Resources is utilized. Roadway pavement shall be reinforced concrete in 10m width and 20cm thickness. C20 commodity concrete is selected while16300 bi-directional welded fabric is inserted inside. Sidewalks are cast with10cm thick commodity concrete.（2）當發生侵蝕后保留泥土措施（2）Po

18、st-erosion soil-retaining measures場地內設置排水溝、三級沉淀池等排水設施，以達到場地排水的目的。This site is provided with drainage facilities like drain ditch or three-levelsedimentation tank to ensure site drainage.工地排水采用明溝排水系統，明溝沿電纜溝設子， 排水溝寬 0.3m，深 0.3m，溝底縱坡不小于0.3%，排水溝每隔 30m 設置一個寬 0.3m，深 0.6m 的沉沙井，土方開挖階段沿基坑四周增設寬0.3m，深 0.3m 的排水

19、溝確保現場施工排水通暢。Open ditch is applied. Open ditch shall attach against cable trench. Drainage ditches shall be 0.3m wide and 0.3m deep with the bottom longitudinal gradient0.3%.A sand sediment trap (0.3m wide, 0.6m deep) is arranged along drainageditches every 30m. During excavation, drainage ditches (0

20、.3m wide, 0.3m deep) are arranged along the circumference of the foundation pit to ensure free drainage.現場雨水集保潔用水經排水明溝集流，匯入三級沉淀池， 經三級沉淀后， 排入市政管網系統。Site water and cleaning water converge in the three-level sedimentation tank via open drainage ditch and drain into municipal water network after three-l

21、evel sedimentation.（3）土方堆置防止水土沉積污染（3）Earthwork stacking to prevent water and soil sedimentation在施工作業過程中，基坑周圍10m 內禁止堆放大體積土方，所產生的堆土土方須堆放至指定地點，并在48 小時內需用專用濾網覆蓋嚴密。若遇突發事件施工須暫時停止，須在停止的十四天內對裸露的堆土及時清運或用濾網覆蓋。During construction, large volumetric earthwork shall not be stacked within 10m along the circumferen

22、ce of foundation pits. Excavated earthwork shall be stacked in appointed area and covered with special strainer within 48 hours. In case of accidental suspension of construction, uncovered earthwork shall be removed or covered with strainer within 14 days upon suspension.（4）土方回填方案的制定控制塵土污染（4）Prepari

23、ng backfill plan to control dust pollution土方回填施工過程中， 挖掘機及運土車輛按照指定的行車路線行駛，施工道路上安排專人進行每日定期灑水，并將散落的塵土及時清理。 現場的車輛須沖洗干凈后，方可出門。During earthwork backfilling, excavators and dump trucks shall run on appointedroadways. Personnel shall be appointed to water construction roads daily and removescattering dust i

Vehicle in the site shall be cleaned before exiting.1.3 文明施工及揚塵控制措施1.3 Civil Construction & Dust Control Measures（1）施工準備工作（1）Construction preparations首先采取措施從源頭上控制灰塵的產生。通過事先策劃制定具體的措施以控制灰塵的產生并對產生的灰塵及時進行處理以避免造成揚塵污染。施工場地用商品砼澆筑硬地坪，達到有效控制揚塵的目的。安排好主干道路，泥溝漿，大門口設置洗車水槽，污水排入三級沉淀池。Measures ar

Waste water drains into three-level sedimentation tank. 工地圍墻及大門Enclosed wall and gate根據文明施工要求， 設置圍墻高度 2.5m，在紫云路設置 1 個、遵義路設置 2個出入口，供主要施工機械、設備和材料出入。大門寬度為8m，為移動門。大門邊表明夜間施工告示、文明施工承諾等。According to civil construction requirements, enclosed wall shall be 2.5m high. Ziyun Road an

27、d Zunyi Road are provided with one and two exits, respectively for accessibility of major construction machinery, equipment and materials. The gate is an 8m wide mobile door. Night Construction Instructions and Orderly Construction Commitment are hung on the side wall of the gate. 施工場地Construction s

28、ite根據文明施工要求，本工程現場全部實施硬地坪， 以確保達到防塵污染要求；設置三級沉淀池、排水溝等排水設施，已達到場地排水目的。According to orderly construction requirements, the site ground shall be hard ground to reach anti-dust requirements. Drainage facilities including three-level sedimentation tank and drainage ditch shall be provided to ensure site drai

29、nage.（2）施工過程中的控制措施（2）Control measures during construction 鋼筋制作施工Reinforcing bar processing搭設鋼筋加工棚， 電焊弧光線污染采取屏攔和遮護。鋼筋加工前先申請三級動火許可證，現場每天三次定時灑水打掃，并做好落手清工作。Reinforcing bar processing shed is erected. Light pollution like electric arc welding shall be shielded or screened. Three-level fire permit shall b

30、e applied for and obtained before fabrication. The site shall be watered and cleaned three times per day. Each operation performed shall be cleaned immediately. 現場材料卸貨Material unloading工程現場所用鋼筋，一律采用吊車進行卸貨，嚴禁貨車自行卸貨；Reinforcing bars used in the site shall be unloaded with crane. Self-dumpingfrom truck

31、s is unallowable.導墻及硬地坪用商品砼采用泵車澆筑，鉆孔灌注樁及地下連續墻用商品砼采用砼運輸車自卸澆筑；Guide wall and hard ground shall be cast with commodity concrete via pumptruck. Cast-in-situ bored pile and diaphragm wall shall be cast with commodity concrete in self-dumping manner via concrete carriers.水泥基本采用散裝水泥， 用密封的罐車裝運至現場， 通過專用管道輸送至

32、現場密封水泥罐。 水泥罐回氣管末端置于專用過濾池，避免因水泥粉塵彌漫空氣中而影響環境；Bulk cement is used, carried to the site with sealed tank trucks and conveyed to sealed cement tanks in the site via special tubes. The tail end of air return pipe ofcement tanks shall be placed in special filtration tank to prevent cement dust raising and

33、damaging environment.零星材料、構件。進場由人工搬運、以減少噪聲影響；Scattered materials and components shall be manually carried into the site to minimize noise.現場塔吊吊裝區域用圍欄做防護。Tower crane area in the site shall be fenced.材料堆放Material stacking本工地現場使用密封的灌裝水泥，禁止使用袋裝水泥以減少揚塵；Cement used in the site shall be sealed in tank rath

34、er than sacked cement to reduce dust.現場使用的黃沙、砂石，建筑垃圾在48 小時內不外運必須用安全密目濾網覆蓋，并作灑水等防塵措施；Sand, sandstone and construction wastes used in and not removed outside the site within 48 hours shall be covered with safe, sealed strainer and watered to preventdust.現場使用的材料堆放整齊，用標識牌標識。Materials used in the site sh

35、all be piled up tidily and marked with labels.工地衛生Sanitation工地現場設置施工場地衛生包干圖和工地環境衛生須知；The site shall be provided with Division of Sanitary Responsibilities andInstructions for Site Environmental Sanitation.現場宿舍、辦公室、廁所按標準建造， 派專人定時清掃； 生活垃圾袋裝化，到環衛指定點處理；Dormitory, office and toilets shall be erected acco

36、rding to standards and regularly cleaned by appointed cleaners. Domestic wastes shall be sacked and disposed at the appointed place.經常宣傳，教育工人做好個人衛生工作，并做好上海市“七不 ”規范；Sanitary propaganda shall be used to help workers organize personal sanitationwell and do our endeavors to comply with-donts“SevenofShan

37、ghai.每天對道路、 場地灑水，干燥天氣適當增加次數； 定期對三級沉淀池進行清理；Roads and the site shall be watered daily and more frequently in dry season.The three-level sedimentation tank shall be regularly cleaned.施工現場焚燒建筑垃圾及廢料。建筑垃圾處理前辦好有關處置證，按制定線路運輸到指定點。Construction garbage and wastes shall be burnt in situ. Relevant disposal licen

38、ses shall be obtained before disposal of construction wastes and all wastes shallbe transported to appointed place along the preset route.（3）日常管理控制措施（3）Control measures during routine management 施工現場保潔Site cleaning施工區內派清掃班每天定時進行清掃，及時灑水，確保路面清潔； 日常車輛進料，必須對車輛進行沖洗，保證灰塵不帶入工地；生活區、辦公區由保潔員每天進行保潔清掃工作；Cleaner

39、s shall take shift by turn to daily clean, water the site to ensure surface cleanness. Loading trucks shall be washed out before access to keep dust away from the site. Cleaners in living quarters and office area shall do cleaning daily.清掃前，必須對路面、 地面進行灑水， 防止清掃時產生揚塵而污染周邊環境；Road and ground shall be wa

40、tered before cleaning to prevent dust raising and influencing surrounding environment.每日進行 1 至 2 次清掃，清掃的塵土和垃圾必須及時處理至垃圾存放點，不得滯留；Cleanings shall be done once or twice daily. Cleaned dust and wastes shall be timely disposed at refuse disposal site without delay.車輛進料必須進行登記，出門須洗車，若拒不執行，一律不予放行，并及時報告項目部；Lo

41、ading trucks shall be registered before entry and washed out before exit.Vehicles violating the aforesaid rules are not admitted with a report to the project management department.做好環衛工作，與本工程無關的揚塵污染源禁止帶入工地；Environmental sanitation shall be well kept. 42、are not admitted to this site.生活區垃圾箱必須及時更換垃圾袋，及時清運、及時上蓋。Refuse bags of refuse bins in living quarters shall be timely replaced. Refusebins shall be timely cleaned and covered. 沉淀池管理Sedimentation tank management工地內沉淀池必須做到三級沉淀；The sedimentation tank in the site shall be three-level sedimentation tank.

43、日常每周一次對沉淀池進行清理，保證管道暢通；Sedimentation tank shall be weekly cleaned to ensure free flow in pipes.不得將漂浮物和固體物件排入沉淀池內；Floating objects and solids are not allowable to be discharged into thesedimentation tank.專池專用，不得代替其他排水池；The sedimentation tank is for sedimentation only and cannot be used as substitute o

44、f drain tank.不得損壞沉淀池；Sedimentation tank shall not be damaged定期對沉淀池排污情況進行檢查，保證排污達標。Sedimentation tank s discharging capacity shall be regularly inspected to keepin level with standards. 運輸車輛的管理Transportation vehicle management垃圾及砂石材料的運輸，易發生撒、漏、揚等不良現象，造成揚塵污染和其他環境影響，必須進行控制。Rubbish, sand and gravels are

Dust pollution and other environmental impact thereof shall be regulated垃圾的清運和砂石材料的進場必須由車廂自動翻蓋的車輛實施封閉運輸，無此設備的車輛禁止進場運輸；Refuse to be removed and sandstone materials to access the site shall be carried in a sealed manner with vehicle with aut

46、omatic-flip carriage. Vehicles withoutsuch equipment or feature are not admitted.禁止超載，車廂必須封閉完整，不留漏縫；Overloading is not permitted. The carriage shall be closed tight without leak.車輛出門必須用水沖洗；Vehicle shall be washed before exiting.車輛卸料時時必須緩慢進行，禁止猛加油門而造成排氣管沖灰產生揚塵。Materials shall be unloaded from vehicle

Fierce stepping on gas is not allowable to prevent dust from ash ejector of exhaust pipe.1.4 減少噪聲和光污染的措施1.4 Measures to Reduce Noise and Light Pollution（1）施工所用機械設備經上海建設工程機械檢測中心檢測合格后投入使用，同時定期進行保養、 維修，嚴禁帶病運轉， 以減少由于設備不正常運轉產生的噪聲污染。（1）All mechanical equipment used during construction shall be ex

48、amined and accepted by Shanghai Construction Engineering Machinery Testing Center before operation. Regular maintenance and repair shall be conducted to avoid operation with failure and reduce noise pollution arising out of abnormal operation of equipment.（2）合理安排各工藝施工作業時間，以降低夜間噪聲。（2）All processes an
