1、科學部落格倡導為未來而學施昌魏浙江省溫州市教育教學研究 院小學(學前)教研室主任浙江省基礎教育課程改革專業(yè)指導委員會委員浙江省STEM教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新 中心專家組成員美國科普作家卡爾薩根說過,每個人在他們幼年 的時候都是科學家,因為每個孩子都和科學家一樣,對 自然界的奇觀滿懷好奇和敬畏。傳統(tǒng)的科學課堂,教 學時空固化,學習內(nèi)容窄化,學習方式單一,難以滿足 學生的好奇心和求知欲。針對這些問題,溫州市區(qū)域 推進小學生“科學部落格”實踐。科學部落格,是一種“線上+線下”的“混合”學習, 它將在線學習和傳統(tǒng)教學的優(yōu)勢結(jié)合,學生帶著自己 的問題進行課外科學觀察實驗活動,通過網(wǎng)絡平臺發(fā) 布自己的觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)和研究

2、成果,并與他人開展基于網(wǎng) 絡的研討與交流,促進觀察研究活動不斷深入。科學 部落格,倡導學生不做知識的搬運工,而是做知識的發(fā) 現(xiàn)者和探索者,重建了學生對“知識”的理解,打開了學 生“認識學習之門”,為未知而學,為未來而學。科學部落格先行探索培養(yǎng)學生的核心素養(yǎng)。學生 發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng),指學生應具備的、能夠適應終身發(fā)展和 社會發(fā)展需要的必備品格和關鍵能力“中國學生發(fā)展 核心素養(yǎng)”以培養(yǎng)“全面發(fā)展的人”為核心,分為文化基 礎、自主發(fā)展、社會參與3個方面,綜合表現(xiàn)為人文底 蘊、科學精神、學會學習、健康生活、責任擔當、實踐創(chuàng) 新等六大素養(yǎng)。核心素養(yǎng)最終需要在具體教育教學實 踐中落地。科學部落格的實踐就聚焦了

3、“學會學習” “科學精神”“實踐創(chuàng)新”等,有助于建構(gòu)課程育人的專 業(yè)話語,體現(xiàn)了每一位教育人為學校課程共同解決同 類問題所提供的“區(qū)域方案”和“學科方案”。科學部落格是跨學科學習方式的先行探索。科學 部落格是一種以項目學習、問題解決為導向的課程組 織方式,它將科學(探究)、文學(寫作)、技術(信息運 用)、數(shù)學(數(shù)據(jù)分析)等有機地融為一體,學生以某一 真實情境下的問題開展學習,運用科學知識進行探究, 使用數(shù)學知識進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,將研究過程和成果以文 字形式記錄,再利用網(wǎng)絡技術工具進行文件上傳、網(wǎng)絡 互動、溝通交流等,形成基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的線上學習共同 體,促進知識的傳播和共享,有利于學生綜合分析問 題

4、、解決問題能力、創(chuàng)新實踐能力的培養(yǎng)。科學部落格是信息技術與科學教育的融合。教育 部科技司司長雷朝滋指出,教育信息化2.0時代需要發(fā) 展基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的教育服務新模式,整合線上線下資源, 為各級各類教育和終身學習提供豐富的教育資源。信 息技術與教育教學的融合,其核心不是用技術去強化 傳統(tǒng)教學,而是運用信息技術改變原有的教育教學過 程與模式,實現(xiàn)教學方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。科學部落格就是“用 技術創(chuàng)新教學”的一種創(chuàng)新實踐,讓學生通過網(wǎng)絡平臺 (QQ空間、博客、校園網(wǎng)等)發(fā)布自己的觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)和研 究成果,整合線上線下資源,借助信息技術幫助學生提 高發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、解決問題的能力,增長學生的智慧,提升 學生的學習興趣。科學部

5、落格是探究式科學學習的創(chuàng)新實踐。在科 學部落格活動中,學生不僅是知識的主動獲取者,也是 情境的主動創(chuàng)設者。認知情境的創(chuàng)設不再是教師來主 導,而是學生通過社會和自然環(huán)境等場域主動創(chuàng)造個 性化的學習情境。在這樣的情境中,學生以科學觀察 和實驗為主要方法,強調(diào)以證據(jù)為基礎,強調(diào)信息分析 和邏輯推理,強調(diào)基于網(wǎng)絡平臺公開研究結(jié)論,強調(diào)與 他人開展基于網(wǎng)絡的研討與交流,強調(diào)項目的不斷更 新和深入。科學部落格是新課標背景下學生科學探究 式學習的一種重要范式。Science Blog Advocates Learning for theFutureSHI Changwe iDirector of the T

The traditional science classroom, with fixed teaching time and space, narrow learning content and single learni

8、ng method, is difficult to meet students curiosity and thirst for knowledge. In view of these problems, Wenzhou region promotes the practice of Science Blog for primary school students.Science Blog is a hybrid learning of Online + offline. It combines the advantages of online learning and traditiona

Students c arry out extracurricular scientific observation and experimental ac - tivities with their own problems, publish their own observation findings and research results through the network platform, and carry out network-based discussion and exchange with others to promote the deep

10、en - ing of observation and research activities. Science Blog advocates students not to be knowledge porters, but to be knowledge discoverers and explorers, recon - structs students understanding of knowledge, opens students door to understanding and learning, and learns for the unknown and for the

11、future.Science Blog first explores and cultivates students core literacy. The core quality of students development refers to the necessary character and key ability that students should have and can meet the needs of lifelong development and social development The core quality of Chinese students de

12、velop - ment focuses on cultivating people with all-round development, which is divided into three aspects: cultural foundation, independent development and so - cial participation. It is comprehensively reflected in six elements: Humanistic Heritage, scientific spirit, learning to learn, healthy li

13、fe, responsibility and practical innovation. Finally, core literacy needs to be implemented in specific education and teaching prac - tice. The practice of Science Blog focuses on learn - ing to learn , scientific spirit and practical innovation, which helps to construct the professional discourse o

14、f curriculum education, and reflec ts the regional scheme and discipline scheme provided by each educator for the school curriculum to jointly solve similar problems.Science Blog is the first exploration of interdisciplinary learning. 19、logy and education and teaching is not to use technology to strengthen traditional teaching, but to use information technology to change the original education and teaching process and mode and realize the transformation of teaching methods. Science Blog is an innovative practice of innovative teach
