3、低要求的含量99.96% 99.99%，（參考 2.5 化學成份表） ，買方有權拒絕接收貨物。6.0貨物價格和合同價值：6.1 買方使用人民幣（rmb）支付貨款給賣方。6.2 本合同中的價格: ￥ xxxx 元 / 噸（增值稅票）, 金額 :￥ xxxxxx 元。6.3 本合同雙方簽署后，貨物價格將被鎖定不變，交易雙方都必須履行本合同的條款。7.0交付及接受貨物：7.1 交易雙方根據本合同條款和內容交付和接收貨物。7.2每批貨出貨前（不含貨到當天）買方和賣方均有權委托當地省級或市級質量技術監督局對貨物作重新檢驗，及提出異議，檢驗費由申請檢驗方承擔，檢驗符合規格標準買方在收到賣方出貨通知文件后

4、,3 天內必須付款及提貨。7.3 當收到買方貨款后，賣方即時交貨給買方，不得借故推遲交貨。8.0當事方義務：8.1 賣方保證貨物已辦理合法的手續并繳清稅款，所有費用由賣方全部承擔。9.0簽約條款和流程：9.1買方出具簽約當天的銀行資金證明原件（金額在人民幣肆億伍仟萬元左右） ，并復印作附件。9.2賣方出具該批貨物的中國商檢報告原件，證實銅含量純度最少為99.96% 99.99%和貨物的數量 。9.3買賣交易雙方簽署購銷合同。9.4買方對交易貨物檢驗、確認后，買、賣方在買方銀行的主持下進行貨物交接，買方直接將貨款轉入賣方銀行，并取得貨權。9.5賣方貨款收到后即辦理貨物移交手續給買方，買方自行提走

5、貨物，交易完成。10.0必須交付憑證：賣方開具￥xxxx 元 / 噸的增值稅票。11.1不可抗力： 本合同中當事人雙方免除不可抗力事件產生的責任：戰爭，敵對活動， 任何性質的軍事行動，國內騷動，破壞活動，檢疫封鎖，政府活動，火災，水災，爆炸事件，傳染病，罷工以及其它超出人力控制范圍的, 。11.2 對已經交付單證之后，如果不可抗力事件發生，不能免除買、賣方的責任。12.0檢驗貨物：12.1 電解銅： 99.96% 99.99%以上標準，須由國際或國內認可檢驗機構發出檢驗合格證明書，其質量必須根據本合同內的條款， 符合進口電解銅 a 級標準，純度不能低于 99.96%99.99% ，重量和取樣則
