14、面全部采用螺旋鰭片管。熱水器出水分三部分,第一部分供AQC鍋爐鍋筒使用,第二部分供SP爐的鍋筒。第三部分供閃蒸器。AQC鍋爐鍋筒設有兩套玻璃水位計(一套石英玻璃水位計和一套石英管雙色水位計),兩套水位平衡容器和一套電極點式液位報警器接口,以便于對鍋爐水位的觀察與監控,確保鍋爐安全。Of tube-panel structure, this boiler is composed of, from top to bottom, over heater panel, two evaporator panels and two water heater panels, with heating sur

15、facing of spiral extended surface tube structure. Water coming from water heater is divided into three routes, one for steam drum of AQC boiler, the second for steam drum of SP boiler, and the third for flasher. In order to facilitate monitoring water level, AQC boiler steam drum has two sets of gla

16、ss type water level gauges (one is quartz glass, the other is quartz pipe and two colors), two water level balance tanks and one connector for electric pole type liquid level alarm.AQC余熱鍋爐為水泥窯余熱發電系統中回收水泥窯廢氣余熱的重要設備,其安裝于水泥窯熟料冷卻機廢氣出口至收塵器間的管道上,因此其簡稱“AQC”余熱鍋爐。該鍋爐設計入口廢氣溫度355,廢氣流經過熱器、蒸發器、熱水器后,廢氣溫度降至113.8左右

17、,然后再進入熟料冷卻機原有的電收塵器并經風機排入大氣。AQC waste heat boiler is a key equipment applied mainly for power generation through cement kiln waste heat recovery, which is installed on the cement kiln pipeline between the exhaust gas outlet of the clinker cooler and the dust collector, thus called AQC waste heat boil

18、er. The design temperature at the exhaust gas inlet of the boiler is 355. The exhaust gas temperature will drop down to 113.8 after the gas passes the superheater, evaporator and water heater. The gas then enters the dust collector installed on the clinker cooler where a fan discharges the gas into

26、操作臺分配10.5t/h熱水(水溫180)引入蒸汽段鍋筒,然后自鍋筒引出,經下降管后流入蒸發器,在這里被加熱后的汽水混合物再引回鍋筒,而后從鍋筒引出飽和蒸汽進入過熱器,在過熱器中被加熱后生成額定壓力的過熱蒸汽。鍋爐的熱源來自水泥窯窯頭熟料冷卻機排出的廢氣,其廢氣溫度較低(380),粉塵含量一般(20g/Nm3),運行中受熱面的磨損較嚴重。鍋爐過熱器、蒸發器、熱水器換熱管采用環向繞翅管,能在較大程度上減輕磨損,延長檢修周期。受熱面全部采用錯列布置形式。1.1.4 結構簡介Brief description of the boiler construction1.1.4.1 鍋筒內徑為1500,材

27、料SA-516 Gr.70。主要鍋內設備有:一級分離器、二級分離器、給水裝置等。進入鍋筒的汽水混合物,先經一級分離器進行一次分離,再經二級波形板分離器和勻汽孔板進行二次分離后引出。此外,鍋筒上還設置了加藥管和排污管等。1.1.4.2 過熱器由進口集箱、出口集箱和管束組成。集箱由219.1×12.7的鋼管制成,材料為SA-106 Gr.B;管束由38×3.5的管子(材料為SA-210 Gr.A-1)加焊環向繞翅片制成。繞翅片規格:螺距6.35mm;高度21mm;厚度1.2mm。1.1.4.3 蒸發器由進口集箱、出口集箱和管束組成。集箱由219.1×12.7的鋼管制成

37、1.2.3 設計要點Major characteristics of the design鍋爐為立式自然循環余熱鍋爐。180給水通過省煤器后引入鍋筒,經下降管流入蒸發器,在這里被加熱后的汽水混合物再引回鍋筒,而后從鍋筒引出飽和蒸汽進入過熱器,在過熱器中被加熱后生成額定壓力的過熱蒸汽。本鍋爐的熱源來自水泥窯窯尾預熱器排出的廢氣,其廢氣溫度較低(335),粉塵含量較大(70g/Nm3),運行中受熱面的積灰較嚴重。為了防止積灰,鍋爐采用機械振打裝置予以清灰。1.2.4 結構簡介Brief description of the boiler construction1.2.4.1 鍋筒內徑為1500,

38、鍋筒總長大約4650,材料SA-516 Gr.70。主要鍋內設備有:一、二級汽水分離器、給水裝置等。進入鍋筒的汽水混合物,經一、二級汽水分離器分離后引出。此外,為了進一步提高汽水品質,鍋筒上還設置了加藥管和排污管等。1.2.4.2 過熱器進出口集箱規格為219.1,材料為SA-106 Gr.B。過熱器蛇形管束為光管結構,順列布置。管子規格38×4,材料為SA-210 Gr.A-1。1.2.4.3 蒸發器由進口集箱、出口集箱和蛇形管束組成。進出口集箱規格為219.1,材料為SA-106 Gr.B,蛇形管束為光管結構,順列布置。管子規格42×3.5,材料為SA-210 Gr.A

39、-1。蒸發器管束共6組,每組管束與進、出口集箱在現場焊接。1.2.4.4 吹灰及檢修Soot blowing and the maintenance在過熱器和蒸發器每組之間兩側布置了振打頭的機械振打清灰裝置,并設有人孔以便檢1.2.4.5 爐墻The boiler walls鍋爐采用輕型護板爐墻,爐墻材料為硅酸鋁耐火纖維板。The boiler is enclosed by the light-weighted boiler casing, made of alumino-silicate refractory fiber sheets.1.2.5 鍋爐汽水質量標準 Quality stand

51、程對設備進行重點檢查。檢查鍋爐本體及煙道,明確下列各項:2.1 爐墻完整、嚴密、無嚴重損壞現象。2.2 對流管束及煙道內清潔無雜物。2.3 各人孔門應完整無損、開閉靈活、嚴密無漏。2.4 各測量儀表和控制裝置的位置正確、完整無損壞、暢通。2.5 汽包水位計完整無損壞,指示準確,汽、水等放水閥開關靈活。2.6 汽水系統、排污系統、冷卻水系統的閥門靈活好用,各部完整,開關指示正確。2.7 擋板完整嚴密、傳動裝置完好、開關靈活、位置指示正確。2.8 無積灰及雜物,腳手架已拆除。2.9 鍋爐內部檢查完畢后,確認內部無人工作時,關閉各人孔、檢查孔。2.10 檢查傳動裝置,明確下列各項:2.10.1 各風

52、門閘板開關靈活、方向正確、傳動裝置牢固可靠。2.10.2 各傳動、減速機構,裝置完整,并有適量的潤滑油。2.11 檢查轉動機械應符合下列要求:2.11.1 各轉機周圍清潔、無障礙物。2.11.2 所有安全遮攔及保護罩完整牢固、靠背輪聯接完好、傳動皮帶完整齊全、緊度適當、地腳螺絲不松動,電機接地線良好。2.12 DCS控制系統經試驗工作正常,所有測點指示正確完整。2.13 檢查汽水管道應符合下列要求。2.13 .1 支吊架完好、管道能自由膨脹。2.13 .2 保溫完整、表面光潔。2.13 .3 管道上有明顯表示介質流動方向的箭頭。2.13 .4 與系統隔絕用的堵板拆除。2.13 .5 檢查各閥門、風門、應符合要求。2.13 .6 管道連接完好、法蘭螺絲已堅固。2.13 .7 手輪完整、固定牢靠、門桿清潔、無彎曲及銹蝕現象、開關靈活。2.13 .8 閥門的填料應有適量的壓緊余隙、絲堵已擰緊,主要閥門的保溫良好。2.13 .9 傳動裝置的連桿、接頭完整、各部銷子連接牢靠固定,電控或油控裝置良好。2.14 具有沖洗時防止燙傷工作人員的防護罩。2.15 照明充足。2.16 檢查安全閥應符合下列要求:2.16.1 排汽管與疏水管、完整、裝置牢固。2.16.2 彈簧完好、壓緊。2.17 檢查壓力表應符合下列要求:2.17.1 表盤清晰,鍋筒壓力表在工作
