1、廣西 2020 年普通高考英語聽力口語考試說明廣西壯族自治區(qū)招生考試院2019 年 12 月廣西 2020 年普通高考英語聽力口語考試說明一、命題指導(dǎo)思想英語聽力口語考試遵循有助于高等學(xué)校選拔人才，有助于中學(xué)推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育，有助于考試公平公正、科學(xué)、平穩(wěn)、有效實(shí)施的原則，以普通高等學(xué)校招生全國(guó)統(tǒng)一考試英語考試大綱為依據(jù)，反映中華人民共和國(guó)教育部 2003 年 4 月第 1 版制訂的全日制普通高中英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（實(shí)驗(yàn)）對(duì)于聽力技能培養(yǎng)的相關(guān)要求， 并結(jié)合廣西中學(xué)英語教學(xué)的實(shí)際， 重視 “新教材、 新情境” 的創(chuàng)設(shè)與運(yùn)用， 考察學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力，尤其是注重考查考生在某一語境下獲取和處理信息， 用

2、英語進(jìn)行思維和表達(dá)的能力， 以適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展特別是我國(guó)改革開放和擴(kuò)大對(duì)外交往的需要。英語聽力口語考試堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)性、準(zhǔn)確性、客觀性、公正性、規(guī)范性為前提，使試卷有較高的信度、效度，必要的區(qū)分度和適當(dāng)?shù)碾y度，強(qiáng)調(diào)英語聽力理解和口頭表達(dá)的緊密聯(lián)系，即聽說合一，充分發(fā)揮考試對(duì)中學(xué)英語教育的積極導(dǎo)向作用。二、考試內(nèi)容和要求1語言知識(shí)要求考生掌握并能運(yùn)用英語語音、詞匯、語法基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)以及所學(xué)功能意念和話題， 考查考生在某一語境下獲取和處理信息，用英語進(jìn)行思維和表達(dá)的能力，要求掌握 2500 個(gè)單詞及 400 左右常用短語。2. 語言運(yùn)用聽力考試部分 ，主要考查考生的英語聽力水平，聽懂用正常語速進(jìn)行日常生活中所

3、熟悉話題的對(duì)話或獨(dú)白， 在聽的過程中，考生應(yīng)能：（ 1）聽懂有關(guān)某話題的談話內(nèi)容并能抓住要點(diǎn)；（ 2）在正常語速下獲取和處理語段中的信息；（ 3） 聽懂正常語速聽力材料中對(duì)人和物的描寫、 情節(jié)發(fā)展及結(jié)果；（ 4）識(shí)別語段中的重要信息并進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的推斷；（ 5）理解說話者的意圖、觀點(diǎn)，識(shí)別不同語氣所表達(dá)的不同態(tài)度。口語考試部分， 主要考查考生的英語語音語調(diào)以及口頭表達(dá)能力。考生應(yīng)能：（ 1）根據(jù)指定話題，稍作準(zhǔn)備后，用一定的句型和詞匯，清楚、連貫、有條理地作簡(jiǎn)短的陳述或評(píng)論；（ 2）做到語音正確、語調(diào)自然，用恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z速和節(jié)奏表達(dá)自己 的思想感情和意圖。三、考試形式與試卷結(jié)構(gòu)英語聽力口語考試為閉卷考

4、試，試卷由聽力和口語兩部分組成，采用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助考試的形式，在專用考場(chǎng)內(nèi)進(jìn)行，并全部在計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)中完成。聽力題均為單項(xiàng)選擇題，考生用鼠標(biāo)在計(jì)算機(jī)屏幕上點(diǎn)擊選項(xiàng)完成答題。口語題由考生口述計(jì)算機(jī)錄音完成答題。整個(gè)考試過程約 35 分鐘。聽力部分 共 15 小題 , 分為兩節(jié)。考試用時(shí)約 25 分鐘第一節(jié)：聽3 個(gè)長(zhǎng)對(duì)話。每聽完一個(gè)長(zhǎng)對(duì)話，回答3 個(gè)問題，共 9 小題。每小題給出A、 B、 C、 D 四個(gè)選項(xiàng)，每小題考生有15秒的時(shí)間用鼠標(biāo)點(diǎn)擊最佳選項(xiàng)。每段對(duì)話讀兩遍。第二節(jié) : 聽 2 段獨(dú)白。每聽完一段獨(dú)白，回答3 個(gè)問題，共6小題，每小題給出A、 B、 C、 D 四個(gè)選項(xiàng)，每小題考生有15 秒的

5、時(shí)間用鼠標(biāo)點(diǎn)擊最佳選項(xiàng)。每段獨(dú)白讀兩遍。注意：計(jì)算機(jī)考試試題不可回放，考生應(yīng)在答題時(shí)間內(nèi)用鼠標(biāo)點(diǎn)擊所選的選項(xiàng)字母前的按鈕，否則該題無分。口語部分 分為兩節(jié)。考試用時(shí)約 10 分鐘第一節(jié)：模仿朗讀。考生先聽一遍朗讀錄音（配朗讀文稿） ，接著考生有1 分鐘的時(shí)間作準(zhǔn)備，然后按屏幕所給的朗讀文稿用 1 分鐘時(shí)間進(jìn)行模仿朗讀。模仿朗讀要求語音正確、語調(diào)自然、語速均勻、快慢適中。第二節(jié)：口頭表達(dá)。考生先用 20 秒時(shí)間看屏幕中給出的話題和要求，然后用 2 分鐘的時(shí)間作準(zhǔn)備，最后根據(jù)給出的話題和要求用英語進(jìn)行口頭表達(dá)，回答時(shí)間為 2 分鐘。口頭表達(dá)要求考生要充分發(fā)揮想象力和創(chuàng)造力，要緊扣所給出的話題內(nèi)容和
