17、結2009-2010學年，在學院、系部各級領導的支持和幫助下，物流管理專業根據管理系、經管系的安排和本教研室的工作計劃，以就業為導向，以服務學生為宗旨，以專業建設、課程建設、師資隊伍建設和物流實訓中心建設為重點，發揚務實進取開拓創新的精神，全面較好地完成了各項任務。一、教學工作1教學任務完成情況物流管理專業有22個教學班，學生人數共計745人，其中08級253人，09級211人，10級271人（含網絡生23人），專業老師7人。教師的教學任務艱巨，教學工作量大。2010年，專業教研室教師累計授課課程21門，全年完成教學工作量達3740課時，人均課時量達533課時。但是我專業教師面對艱巨的任務沒有

18、退縮，以高度的責任心和使命感完成了學校布置的教學任務，教學效果評價分值都在80分以上，受到了學生的好評。2教學質量控制（1）做好教學準備工作，保障教學秩序。面對學生人數多，專業班級多，教學任務繁重的實際情況，教研室配合系領導，提前做好教學任務安排和教材征訂工作。本學期開學后課程開出率和教材的到位率均達到了100%。要求并檢查教研室老師的教案準備情況，確保教學活動正常有序的運行。（2）抓好聽課、評課工作。教研室有計劃地進行業務摸底，交流教學經驗，促進新教師的教學水平的提高。依據院督導員聽課、系領導聽課、學生信息員調查、系期中教學檢查和教師相互聽課等形式進行教學質量監控。每學期對教師進行課堂教學質

19、量問卷調查，并將相關結果反饋給相關教師。通過檢查，對教學過程進行嚴密監控，規范了教學行為，有力提升了教學質量。（3）抓好考試管理工作。嚴格執行學院針對考試管理制定相關政策，包括對考試命題的要求、試卷管理、評分、成績登記上交等事項的具體規定。部分專業課正進行試題庫或試卷庫建設，多位教師同時開設的相同課程統一教材、教學大綱、教學要求，統一命題。根據學院規定考試課程考試后必須填寫試卷分析表，對學生成績進行分析，檢查試卷的難易程度和教學目標的實現程度。（4）認真組織教研活動。上半年，教研室組織開展教研活動近8次，基本做到了平均兩周一次教研活動，并認真作了會議記錄。下半年，由于系部及專業的調整，教研活動

20、主要以說課比賽為切入點，進行了4次教研活動。教研活動針對教學評估、高職教改、專業建設、課程建設、產學研結合等諸多問題進行了交流，充分發揚民主。鼓勵教師參與各類科研活動。（5）積極開展職業資格認證工作。積極與社會聯系開展助理物流師、中國物流職業經理等證書的認證。2010年物流管理專業助理物流師189人參加考試，178人通過并獲取證書，通過率達到93.1%；97人參加中國物流職業證書考試，82獲取證書，通過率達到84.5%。二、科研工作在繁重的教學任務之余，本專業教師積極參與科研工作。一年來，在各級刊物上累計發表文章12篇，主編、副主編、參編教材3本，參與院級課題1項。三、服務社會一年來，專業負責

21、人饒坤羅老師走出校園，積極為咸寧經濟社會服務。先后為咸寧交通物流發展局制定咸寧市十二五交通物流發展規劃；為咸安交通物流發展局制定咸安交通物流園區可行性研究報告；為通山金龍物流有限公司制定通山金龍物流配送中心可行性研究報告；為赤壁聯合運輸總公司制定赤壁聯合動輸總公司配送中心建設項目可行性研究報告；現正為通山景晨物流有限公司作物流園區規劃，這些技術咨詢服務，服務了當地社會，極大地促進咸寧物流業健康有序發展。與此同時，向省、市政協提交了關于加快咸寧市物流業發展的建議、關于加強國有資產監管的建議等多篇高質量議案，受到了省市有關部門的高度重視。四、專業建設1質量工程建設一年來，本專業教學團隊完成了湖北省

22、高等職業教育物流管理實訓基地建設項目申報并獲湖北省教育廳批準；進行了“國際物流實務”課程改革并于2010年被我院評為“院級精品課程”。2教學方法與手段改革以精品課程建設為契機，切實加強課程建設和教學改革。我專業教師在教學中大量使用項目式、研討式教學方法，取得了較好的教學效果。3師資隊伍建設一是提高專業教師的學歷。根據專業教師培養計劃，本專業現有聶晗、欽方、萬嫻等3位教師在職攻讀物流管理（物流工程）碩士學位，預計到明年將可取得碩士學位。二是加強“雙師素質”教師隊伍建設。根據學校的安排。署期派萬嫻、欽方兩位教師到企業一線進行頂崗，提高了教師的實踐能力和動手能力。三是安排教師參加各種培訓會、研討會、

23、教材編寫會，通過交流與學習，提高了教師的教學能力和專業水平。4加大校內校外實訓基地建設在原有實習基地基礎上，新增了武漢志通物流有限公司、上海榮慶物流有限公司等實習基地，并簽訂了校企合作協議，形成了較為穩固的合作關系。五、專業取得榮譽情況12010年湖北省高等職業教育物流管理實訓基地建設項目獲湖北省教研廳批準；2湖北省道路運輸行業協會授予我院“物流管理先進助學單位”稱號；3中國交通企業管理委員會授予我院“中國物流人才培養基地”稱號；4“國際物流實務”課程被評為2010年院精品課程；5饒坤羅老師被評為第二屆院“十佳教師”；6饒坤羅老師被評為“湖北省物流職業教育先進個人”；7饒坤羅老師被評為“中國物

24、流教育優秀教師”；8聶晗老師在2010年學院首屆說課比賽中獲第5名的好成績。六、存在主要問題及改正措施1師資問題。我專業師資問題主要是年齡結構、職稱結構不合理，教師總量不足。新教師多，職稱低，缺少工作經驗。今后應同時加強教學方法和雙師素質方面的培訓；針對年輕教師面臨學歷提高、晉升職稱等問題，學院需要有配套的保障措施以穩定師資隊伍；同時，在師資引進方面我們開始加強引進高職稱實踐經驗豐富的教師。2實驗室問題。物流實驗室建設已經啟動，但目前只具備基本的場所，硬件設備和相關軟件還不足。我教研室將進一步論證物流實驗室建設方案，同時建議學院從增強教學硬件實力出發，加大這方面的投入。3科研問題。在專業帶頭人
