1、 國際商務外貿英語函電實訓指導書一、實訓目的和要求校內模擬實訓是國際商務專業課程實踐教學的重要組成部分,根據高等教育教學大綱規定和學院教學計劃安排及培養學生職業技能的要求,我院國際商務專業學生將于畢業學年的第四學期進行為期兩周的外貿函電校內實訓。 本次綜合實訓以學生為主,教師指導為輔,要發揮課堂組織作用,學生自行練習為主。老師認真組織,充分調動學生的積極性與主動性,在規定的時間內按計劃有步驟地完成課程設計的各項內容,教學采用情景模擬或案例訓練形式。教師事先提示各個業務環節工作的要領及注意事項,然后在實訓教師指導下,學生獨立完成每筆業務。在學生練習完畢后,教師要針對學生操作過程中出現的常見問題及

2、典型病例進行集中點評,達到預定的教學目的。二、實習性質、實習地點、實習時間安排,適用專業班級該實訓為校內模擬實訓。根據高等教育教學大綱規定和學院教學計劃安排及培養學生職業技能的要求,國際商務專業學生第二學年的第二學期進行為期兩周的外貿函電校內實訓。實訓時間:2014-2015學年第二學期第7、13周實訓班級:國際商務131班實訓地點: 實訓樓三、實習內容利用案例模擬、情景模擬操作、學生練習等形式,針對國際商務活動中常見的業務如:建立業務關系、詢盤及回復、發盤與還盤、訂貨等有針對性的強化訓練,使學生掌握商務信函的寫作要點、習慣表達方式以及獨特的語言結構,培養學生閱讀、翻譯和寫作能力,使學生能用英

3、語處理進出口業務往來函電。為今后學生參與畢業實習、順利求職就業,并熟練掌握本專業崗位工作奠定基礎。四、實習準備工作熟悉實習任務,明確實習內容,訂出實習計劃或階段性實習內容。五、實習過程內容及方法、步驟 實訓項目一:建立業務關系信函的翻譯與寫作一、實訓目的 建立業務關系是對外貿易工作中的一項十分重要的環節。業務關系好,客戶多,做成生意的機會也就多。在國際貿易中,買賣雙方通常相距遙遠,直接獲取對方資料的機會比較少,但我們可以通過以下幾個渠道獲得有關信息:互聯網、廣告、銀行、 國內外商會、中外使館商務參贊處、廣交會或展覽會、貿易行行名錄等。與外商接洽和交往的方式可以是:口頭溝通、書面往來函電或電子郵

4、件等。撰寫商務信函時,一般包括以下幾個要件:你獲得對方信息的來源、你的意圖、自我介紹、有關你公司的財務狀況和信譽。如果寫信人是出口商,為使新客戶對自己所經營的產品有所了解,往往在首次交往時給對方寄去目錄、樣品、價目單;如果寫信人是進口商,有意購買對方的產品,則索要這些材料。信函結束時說明你的期望。二、實訓時間: 2學時三、實訓場地(設備):實訓中心四、實訓方法: 教師指導學生進行訓練。五、實訓內容與步驟:實訓1:Write an English letter in a proper form based on the following information:Write a letter t

7、價。收到后,當即航寄報價及樣品。盼早復。學生討論、教師點評(2學時)六、實訓考核方法與標準 要求學生獨立完成,教師進行點評。按A、B、C、D四級評分。實訓項目三:資信調查信函的翻譯與寫作 一、實訓目的 資信調查在國際貿易中既必要,也十分重要。外貿企業在與從未進行過交易的國外企業做買賣前,必須先了解對方的資信狀況。資信調查在國際貿易中是相互的,無論是對進口商還是出口商來說,在進行交易前需要互相提供可靠資信調查的第三者的姓名(公司名)及詳細地址。這里的第三者就是商貿活動的資信證明人。值得注意的是對方往往會挑選為其說好話的證明人,因而,應該謹慎對待來自這些證明人的報告。二、實訓時間: 6學時三、實訓

19、成,教師進行點評。按A、B、C、D四級評分。實訓項目五: 報價,發盤與還盤信函的翻譯與寫作一、實訓目的 報價或報盤是商談出口貿易的一個重要步驟。報盤,就是賣方為簽署合同而向買方提出的一種建議。或者說,報盤是指發盤人(offerer)向受盤人(offeree)提出的某種交易條件,并愿意按此條件同受盤人達成交易。這些條件主要包括商品名稱、牌號、規格、數量、價格、包裝、支付、交貨期限等。因此,一收到國外的詢盤函電,我們必須向海外客戶報價,并就對方所詢問的有關貿易條款和條件,根據可供存貨及該商品的市場情況向對方說明。賣方收到還盤以后,可以根據具體情況,權衡利弊,決定接受或拒絕,也可以對還盤提出新的修改

20、意見,這就構成了對還盤的“反還盤”。一筆交易的達成,就是這樣經過多次磋商,最后取得一致意見,簽訂合同的。 通過練習使學生了解詢盤、報盤和還盤的書寫內容。二、實訓時間: 6學時三、實訓場地(設備):教室、語音室、四、實訓方法: 教師指導學生進行練習五、實訓內容與步驟:實訓1:將學生分為4個小組2組為進口商;2組為出口商。根據下列的內容進行詢盤、報盤和還盤直到達成交易。(4學時)要求:模擬進口商和出口商分別撰寫詢盤、報盤和還盤的信函,雙方信函必須內容照應,用詞確切、禮貌。Training Situations:(背景資料)Training Material:(訓練材料)Hint 1: Intere

29、權拒收。付款方式按照以往的慣例。期待你方早日回復。教師點評(2學時)六、實訓考核方法與標準期末考試要求學生根據背景資料寫一封詢盤、報盤和還盤信函。書寫信函占試卷1015。實訓項目六: 訂單,接受和回絕信函的翻譯與寫作一、實訓目的 在國際貿易中,交易的一方明示接受另一方的交易條件,交易即達成,然后簽訂具有合同性質的文件。如果買方發出訂購信;寄出訂單或者購貨確認書,要求賣方按上面所列出的條件供貨,要求賣方簽回一份,就是對自己訂貨和對賣方的確認。訂單信通常需要明確以下條件:商品名稱, 質量要求和規格,訂購數量,價格及價格條件、總額等。買方通常強調交貨時間或者敦促對方盡快交貨,根據需要還可能提出付款方

47、fforts(以助你方推銷).We look forward to the pleasure of hearing from you soon.(盼不久能收到你方回音)Yours sincerely,實訓4:讓學生根據老師所給圖片信息仿照上述信函,寫一封促銷信函。用ppt 演示六、考核方法與標準:前三項要求學生獨立完成,教師進行點評。按A、B、C、D四級評分。后一項團隊合作給出平均分。實訓項目八:支付方式-催開信用證和修改信用證信函的寫作一、實訓目的 信用證實國際貿易中最常用的支付方式,不僅適用于個人交易,也適用于系列交易。有時,進口方由于某種原因而未能按合同規定的時間開立信用證,這時,出口方

48、應催促進口方迅速辦理開證手續,特備是大宗商品進口貨進口方要求特制的商品,更應結合備貨情況及時催證。在國際貿易中,支付條件的規定遠比國內貿易復雜。國際貿易最普遍使用的支付方式是信用證(縮寫為L/C),它對買賣雙方來說既安全又有保障,但這種方式操作起來比較復雜。有時候為提高工作效率,進口商/買方要求按付款交單(D/P)或承兌交單(D/A)方式通過銀行托收。這種情況下,銀行只作為中間人,代賣方遞單和收取貨款,并不承擔進口商一定付款的責任。如D/P要求付款后交單。其中有見單即付( D/P at sight)和見單后XXX天付款( D/P at xx days s sight)。前者要求進口商立即付款才

49、可取得單證,而后者的情況是給進口商一段寬限期,在出示單證30天、45天、60天或90 天后再付款,但進口商在付款之前不能取得單證。D/A要求在出口商/賣方開出的匯票被承兌后即需提交單證。這種支付方式由于是商業信譽,對賣方不利。就賣方利益而言,L/C比D/P好。D/P見票即付比D/P見票后xx天后付款好,而D/P則比D/A好。在國際貿易中,只有在進口商財務狀況良好,或在過去的業務過程中付款可靠,從而取得出口商信任,才接受托收貨款的做法。通過這一章的學習訓練使學生了解國際貿易中幾種支付方式,看懂信用證。同時讓學生明白催證信函的寫作技巧,其目的是勸說對方緊密合作,并且履行其義務。二、實訓時間: 6學

50、時三、實訓場地(設備):教室、語音室四、實訓方法: 教師指導學生進行練習五、實訓內容與步驟:實訓1:撰寫要求各種支付方式的信函。(2學時) 要求:將學生分為2組,一組為賣方,另一組為買方。賣方寫催證函、買方寫展期信函。兩組就對方的信函條件進行書信交流。先給學生寫信的基本框架和例句,然后他們分別翻譯例句。然后給他們相應的英文和中文信函各一篇,做出翻譯稿后,讓學生模擬翻譯稿的內容,扮演角色寫信函。寫作背景材料:催證信函的寫作步驟:1、提醒買方我方貨物已備妥待運或交貨期已臨近,但尚未收到相關信用證。e.g. In regard to 25000 yards of cotton prints unde
