2、了數(shù)據(jù)的集中 管理，使數(shù)據(jù)易于操作，便于管理。設(shè)計最終完成了數(shù)據(jù)庫連接，提 供數(shù)據(jù)庫，添加，修改，刪除，實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)簡明處理方便使用。用數(shù)據(jù) 庫約束完成數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)則約束，用存儲過程實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)讀取和對接操作， 同時還設(shè)計相應(yīng)觸發(fā)為數(shù)據(jù)操作帶來便利。設(shè)計過程中先對用戶需求 進行相應(yīng)分析，進而總結(jié)出設(shè)計流程關(guān)系，各個功能模塊給出了相應(yīng) 的界面截圖。 關(guān)鍵詞：圖書管數(shù)據(jù)管理，vb.net，數(shù)據(jù)庫，sql vb.net library data management abstract: the library contains a large number of data need to be processe

10、開始階段第一次運行程序，沒有數(shù)據(jù)庫為基礎(chǔ)，無法連接數(shù)據(jù)庫 在服務(wù)器上創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫：bookdatabase 在 bookdatabase 上創(chuàng)建兩張表分別用于存放圖書信息和用戶信息 根據(jù)不同的需要對兩張表進行相應(yīng)約束 通過存儲過程 vb.net 可以獲取到數(shù)據(jù)庫里的記錄并加以應(yīng)用 創(chuàng)建一個觸發(fā)方便管理者錄入信息的操作 創(chuàng)建示例記錄即添加數(shù)據(jù)到表中這一步是可選的，如果管理者熟悉約束規(guī)則 就無需添加示例記錄。 數(shù)據(jù)庫至此創(chuàng)建完成，下面就可以進入管理界面面進行數(shù)據(jù)管理。 數(shù)據(jù)管理 2.312.31 管理功能需求管理功能需求 保證數(shù)據(jù)交互，在界面修改的數(shù)據(jù)同時也要在數(shù)據(jù)庫中進行修改，修改后的 數(shù)據(jù)也可以

11、繼續(xù)被程序所讀取。添加、刪除的數(shù)據(jù)以行為單位，每條記錄并非是 字符而是數(shù)據(jù)庫中相應(yīng)的屬性。保證數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性，穩(wěn)定性，對于非法數(shù)據(jù)禁止 添加。對于刪除的信息保存后再次讀取的數(shù)據(jù)不應(yīng)繼續(xù)含有該信息，保證刪除數(shù) 據(jù)不留痕跡，保證數(shù)據(jù)清爽整潔易于管理。 2.412.41 系統(tǒng)性能需求系統(tǒng)性能需求 (1) 穩(wěn)定性 保證數(shù)據(jù)不被誤操作所損毀，對于惡意操作進行截留不允許輸入到數(shù)據(jù)庫中， 保證數(shù)據(jù)庫中數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定，真實。 (2) 可擴展性 提供足夠的擴展空間保證系統(tǒng)可以應(yīng)對盡可能多的問題，對于可能發(fā)生的故 障有一定預(yù)見性，并提前做好防范。 (3) 系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性 系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計開發(fā)使用過程中都要涉及到很多計算機硬件、軟

12、件。所有這些都 要符合主流國際、國家和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 (4) 系統(tǒng)的易用性和易維護性 圖書管理系統(tǒng)是直接面對使用人員的，而使用人員往往對計算機并不時非常 熟悉。這就要求系統(tǒng)能夠提供良好的用戶接口，易用的人機交互界面。要實現(xiàn)這 一點，就要求系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該盡量使用用戶熟悉的術(shù)語和中文信息的界面；針對用戶可 能出現(xiàn)的使用問題，要提供足夠的在線幫助，縮短用戶對系統(tǒng)熟悉的過程。 (5) 系統(tǒng)的先進性 目前計算系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)發(fā)展相當(dāng)快，做為圖書管理系統(tǒng)工程，在系統(tǒng)的生命周 期盡量做到系統(tǒng)的先進，充分完成企業(yè)信息處理的要求而不至于落后。這一方面 通過系統(tǒng)的開放性和可擴充性，不斷改善系統(tǒng)的功能完成。另一方面，在系統(tǒng)設(shè) 計和
