You are suggested to read this chapter before applying the instrument.31安裝注意事項Installation precautions311安裝環境要求：The ambient requirement1. 專機專房必須安裝在獨立的房間內；Set aside a special room for the instrument- It must be installed in an independent room.2. 房間要進行特別的防X射線裝修處理（如采用防輻射墻料和門窗）；The room must be decorated with X-ray shielding material.(e.g. material on wall, door or window should be resistant to radiation)3. 房間內要配備冷暖空調、電腦、打印機等設備；The room must be equipped with air-conditioner, computer and printer.4. 房間內不宜有水源、熱源、強電磁干擾、易燃物和大量積塵，以及陽光直射。There shouldnt be water source, heat source, strong electromagnetic interference, inflammable material or bulk dust in the room. The room should not be exposed to direct sunlight either.312避免將本機安裝在以下環境：Avoid installing the instrument to the following environments.l 濕度極高和溫度極低的環境An environment with rigid high or low temperature.應避免將本機安裝在水龍頭、熱水器、加濕器等附近，以及溫度過低的環境中。如果溫度過低，當儀器溫度升高（至常溫）時，儀器內會形成潮氣，這樣會毀壞電路板；雨水、濕氣、和液體含有礦物質，會腐蝕精密部件。Avoid installing the instrument near a tap, water-heater, humidifier or any place in low temperature. If the ambient temperature is too low, then when the instrument get warm (rising to normal temperature), humidified vapor will be formed inside, which will damage the circuit board. The raindrop, humidified vapor or liquid usually contain minerals that erode the precision parts of the instrument.l 高溫環境 High temperature environment高溫會縮短電子器件的壽命、毀壞電池。High temperature will shorten the lifespan of the electron devices and damage the battery.l 大量積塵的環境Bulk dust environment 灰塵會污染儀器的光路系統，導致儀器檢測不準甚至無法檢測。Dust may pollute the light path system of the instrument and lead to inaccurate measurement results or inability of measuring.l 易揮發或易燃物的附近。Near volatile or flammable material 切勿將本機安裝在酒精、油漆稀釋劑或其他易燃物附近，如果易燃物質與本機內部的電氣部件接觸，可能會導致火災或觸電事故。Please do not install the instrument near ethanol, paint thinner or other flammable materials. When the flammable materials contact with the electronic parts inside the instrument, a fire or electric shock may occur. l 易受震動的位置Place vulnerable to vibration 應避免將本機安裝在不平穩的桌子或支架上，如柔軟表面、不平穩或易受劇烈震動的位置，否則可能導致本機跌落或翻倒，造成人身傷害和財產損失。Avoid installing the instrument on unstable desks or brackets. Nor soft surfaces or other places uneven or vulnerable to vibration. Otherwise, the instrument may fall or turn over, which may cause harm to people or damage to property. l 強電磁干擾的環境中。Strong electromagnetic interference避免將本機安裝在電視機、高壓電纜、大功率天線、電焊設備、收音機或類似電子設備的附近。Avoid installing the instrument near TV set, high-voltage cable, high-power antenna, electric welding devices, radio or electronic equipments like this. l 狹窄的空間或靠墻角處 Narrow space or against a corner.應為本提供充足的安裝空間，儀器每一側距墻、門或其它器物的距離應保持在30cm以上，以便本機操作時不受限制。Ample room should be set aside for this instrument. The distance from the sides of the instrument to wall, door or other objects in the room should be over 30 cm. This benefits the operation of the instrument.32儀器連接(Connecting the instrument) （略）(Omitted)四、儀器操作Operating the instrument41操作注意事項Operation precautionsl 切勿嘗試拆卸或改裝本機，非專業人員對儀器的處理會損壞儀器。Do not try to disassemble or remold this instrument. Any actions taken by laypeople may damage the instrument.l 不要濺入液體或讓任何異物掉入本機內。如果異物與本機內的電氣部件接觸，可能會引起短路并且導致火災或觸電事故。Dont splash liquid on or let other objects fall into the instrument. When alien objects contact with the electronic parts inside the instrument, it may cause short circuit and lead to a fire or electric shock. l 如果本機冒煙或發出異常噪音，應立即關閉主電源開關，從電源插座拔出電源線，然后致電當地的授權Skyray經銷商。在這種情況下繼續使用本機，可能會導致火災或觸電事故。同時應避免在電源插頭附近放置物品，以便隨時能夠拔出本機的電源插頭。If the instrument gives off smoke or makes unusual noises, turn off the mains supply as soon as possible and pull out the plug from the socket. Call the local authorized Skyray agent. Under this circumstance, to go on using the instrument will lead to a fire or electric shock. Meanwhile, avoid piling up things around the power supply. Ensure the plug can be pulled out at any time. l 為安全起見，長時間不使用本機時（例如在夜間）請關閉本機的電源開關。此外，作為附加的安全措施，長期不使用本機時（例如連續的假期期間），請用防塵罩蓋好，放在干燥、通風的安全之處，關閉主電源開關并且拔出電源線。For security reason, the instrument should be disconnected with power supply when it is not used for period of time (e.g. at night). Furthermore, the instrument should be covered with dust-proof cover and seated in a dry, ventilated place as additional safety measures. 42儀器操作Operating the instrument421如何打開儀器電源：How to turn the machine on:首先檢查電源、計算機、儀器之間是否已連線，并確定之間的連線正確無誤后開啟電源。開啟電源的正確操作為：Check if mains supply, computer and instrument are correctly connected and turn the power on if everything is OK. Carry out the procedures in the following sequence:1. 打開總電源開關Turn on the mains switch.2. 打開X熒光分析儀器主機電源開關Turn on the power of the XRF spectrometer3. 打開打印機電源開關Turn on the power of the printer4. 打開計算機主機電源開關Turn on the power of the computer422如何把樣品放入儀器檢測：How to put the sample into the instrument for detection?1. 抓住儀器蓋把手往上推開打開樣品腔。Grasp the handle of the cover and push upwards- open the sample chamber.2. 然后把待檢測的樣品放進樣品腔中的測量窗口。Place the sample on the detecting window in the sample chamber.3. 抓住儀器蓋把手往下壓關閉樣品腔。Grasp the cover and press downwards-close the sample chamber.4. 重復以上步驟把檢測完的樣品取出Repeat the above steps to take the sample out after detection.五、儀器的維護和保養Repair and Maintenance天瑞儀器是具有優良設計和工藝的產品，屬高科技貴重精密儀器，應小心使用和保養。我們給予的以下建議，可幫助用戶遵守保修條款和延長儀器的使用壽命。Skyray instruments are products of good design and fine workmanship. They are precious high-tech instruments which are highly sophisticated. They must be handled carefully and maintained properly. The following suggestions may help you to follow the warranty terms and prolong its service life.建議：Suggestions1 儀器應由專人使用并負責保管，任何其他人員在未經允許的情況下不得接觸、操作和搬動儀器。The instrument should be used and watched by a specifically-assigned man. Without permission, anyone else should not touch, operate or move it.2 儀器應配有交流凈化穩壓電源，以保證電源穩定。The machine must be configured with AC purified regulated supply to assure a stable power supply.3 不要嘗試拆開儀器，非專業人員對儀器拆卸和組裝會損壞儀器精密部件。Do not try to disassemble the instrument. Actions done by laypeople may damage the machine.4 儀器在使用、搬動和保管的過程中要特別小心，以免磕碰損壞內部元件和損傷外觀。Be particularly careful in moving the instrument. It is easy to damage the internal devices or spoil the appearance of the instrument once stumbled.5 儀器在測量中要避免受到干擾，例如：受到電機、振動、電焊、電磁、高壓等的干擾。In process of detection, the instrument must be protected from interferences such as electric motor, vibration, electric welding, electromagnetism and high voltage.6 儀器要時刻保持干燥，雨水、濕氣和液體含有礦物質，會腐蝕精密部件。Keep the machine dry. And mineral substances in rainwater, humidity and other liquids may corrupt its precise parts.7 儀器不要在有灰塵或骯臟的地方存放和使用，否則會污染光路系統導致測量結果不準。Do not use or store the machine in dusty or dirty environments.
