2.TermofLease

3.Rent

5.MaintenanceandRepairs
TheLessorshallmaintainthePropertyingoodconditionandshallrepairanydamagecausedbynormalwearandtear.TheLesseeshallpromptlyreportanydamagetotheLessor,andtheLessorshallundertakethenecessaryrepairswithinareasonabletime.
6.Insurance
TheLesseeshallbesolelyresponsibleforinsuringthegoodsstoredatthePropertyagainstanyloss,damage,ortheft.TheLesseeshallprovidetheLessorwithproofofinsurancecoveragepriortothecommencementoftheleaseterm.
7.DefaultandTermination
IntheeventofanydefaultbytheLesseeunderthisContract,theLessormayterminatethisleasebygivingwrittennoticetotheLessee.TheLesseemayterminatethisleasebygiving[NumberofDays]days'writtennoticetotheLessor.
8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
