schedulewithintheIimitsofclinicalneeds.Strategy3:Individual

absenteeismandcounselingEachmonth,managerswouldanaIyzethe

AsimilareffectwasfoundfromtheimpIementationofthethirdstrategy.

Manyofthenurseshadnotrealizedtheimpacttheirbehaviorwashaving
