電子信息產品污染控制管理辦法

根據歐盟RoHS指令的要求,從2006年7月1日起,所有相關產品限用4種重金屬(鉛、鎘、汞和六價鉻)以及溴化阻燃劑PBB和PBDE。ChinaRoHS

也于2007年3月1日生效。RoHS法令限定值：

鎘：100ppm;

鉛、汞和六價鉻以及溴化阻燃劑PBB和PBDE:1000ppm.

對于包裝材料還必須符合以下規定：

鉛、鎘、汞和六價鉻含量合計小于：100ppm.1/22/20012六大有害物質的危害有毒物質消化系統呼吸管道中樞神經心臟系統生殖系統肝臟皮膚血液腎臟骨胳鉛++++++鎘++++++鉻（VI)++++汞+++溴化阻燃劑PBB和PBDE在不完全燃燒的情況下，會產生劇毒的二惡英。1/22/20013SS-00259第6版相關定義環境管理物質:在部件、輔助材料、設備及材料等所含有的物質中,被斷有對地球.環境和人體存在顯著影響的物質.禁用物質:

在這些環境管理物質中,必須遵從法律及規定,不得在部件中故意使用的物質.

1級:將該物質及其用途規定為：禁止用于零部件和材料中。.

2級:對于該物質及其用途規定一定時期予以禁止.表中規定的該日期到來時（即禁止供貨日期之期限日）變更為‘一級’。3級:雖然目前沒有規定日期及及削減目標,但指定了全廢的使用部件、材料中含有的物質及其用途。把被判斷為可以確立代替部件、開發材料和代替技術的產品轉變為2級，逐步實現全廢。1/22/20014
