那么,面對即將到來的變革,城市和當(dāng)?shù)毓疽_保成功,應(yīng)該采取哪些措施呢?首先,城市管理部門應(yīng)該開始評估其社區(qū)應(yīng)對技術(shù)變革的準(zhǔn)備情況。人工智能應(yīng)用和其他技術(shù)傳播速度快,在不同的地區(qū)或快或慢地得到了應(yīng)用。這就意味著,城市難以追蹤特定技術(shù)的影響速度和程度。但城市可以通過及時、縝密的勞動力分析,并建立公私伙伴關(guān)系來解決這一問題。7
