RequirementsNegotiationInplanningarequirementsengineeringprocess,itisimportanttoleaveenoughtimefornegotiation.Findinganacceptablecompromisecanbetime-consuming.Thefinalrequirementswillalwaysbeacompromisewhichisgovernedbytheneedsoftheorganizationingeneral,thespecificrequirementsofdifferentstakeholders,designandimplementationconstraints,andthebudgetandscheduleforthesystemdevelopment21
