一、藍擎歐Ⅲ柴油機的常規檢查

Regularinspect啟動前查看冷卻液液面,檢查柴油機冷卻系統有無泄漏。

Beforestartingtheengineshouldcheckcoolantlevel,checkwhetherthecoolingsystemisleakingornot.運行中注意觀察柴油機水溫是否在合適的范圍內。

Checkwhetherwatertemperatureisattherequiredrangeornotwhentheengineisrunning.1.冷卻系統

Coolingsystem當水溫過高時，請檢查：Whenwatertemperatureistoohigh,pleasecheck:①水泵皮帶張緊度thetensionofwaterpumpbelt②風扇皮帶張緊度thetensionoffanbelt③節溫器thermostat駕駛室水溫表示意圖diagramofwatertemperatureincab

海拔3000米以下正常水溫80~95℃Thenormalwatertemperatureunderthesea-levelof3000metersis80~95℃啟動前查看冷卻液液面,檢查柴油機冷卻系統有無泄漏。1.冷卻系當氣溫低于4℃時必須使用冷卻液！Mustuseliquidcoolantwhenambienttemperatureisbelow4℃!

推薦使用Recommendation

長效冷卻液Long-actingliquidcoolant牌號Brand-25-35-45適用溫度appliedtemperature-25℃以上-35℃以上-45℃以上當氣溫低于4℃時必須使用冷卻液！推薦使用Recommend1、每天開車前請檢查機油液面高度；

Checktheheightofoillevelbeforedriveeveryday.2、如何正確檢查？車輛停在平坦路面、開車之前或停車15分鐘發動機冷卻后，拉出機油油尺，查看機油液面，當液面低于油尺的下刻線或高于油尺的上刻線時，禁止啟動柴油機！

2.潤滑系統Lubricatingsystem1、每天開車前請檢查機油液面高度；2.潤滑系統

更換機油時，首先擰下油底殼底部的放油螺塞，將舊機油放凈后旋上放油螺塞；然后打開加油口蓋，注入CF-4機油直至達到刻度要求，最后擰緊機油加注口蓋。

請根據環境溫度選擇使用正確牌號的機油，否則易造成柴油機故障。

藍擎歐Ⅲ柴油機采用博世高壓共軌系統，主要系統部件如圖所示。LandkingEuroⅢdieselenginesapplyhighpressureCRmadebyBosh,andpartsofthemainsystemsastherightFigure:3.燃油系統藍擎歐Ⅲ柴油機采用博世高壓共軌系統，主要控制電腦（ECU）噴油器fuelinjector共軌管commonrail高壓油泵highpressurefuelpump柴油濾清器fuelfilter控制電腦（ECU）噴油器共軌管commonrail高壓油泵新柴油機、長期停用的柴油機或由于柴油箱吸空、管路漏氣，可能會在柴油機低壓油路中混有空氣，導致柴油機啟動困難，啟動前需要進行手動排氣，方法如下：

Mixedair-fuelinthelowpressurefuelpassagecouldpossiblybecausedbynewengines,oldenginesnotusedforalongtime,orfueltankempty,pipeleakage,whichcanresultindifficultstarting.Therefore,deflatingairbyhandbeforestartisnecessaryasthefollowingway:3.1、燃油系統排氣DeflatingAirfromFuelSupplySystem

新柴油機、長期停用的柴油機或由于柴油箱吸空、管路漏3.1、燃油系統排氣DeflatingAirFromFuelSupplySystem

1.排氣前要保證油箱中有足夠的柴油；

Makesureenoughfuelinthetankbeforedeflateair.2.松開放氣螺栓；（參照右圖）

loosendeflatingbolt(refertotherightFigure).3.按動手油泵直到放氣螺栓無氣泡冒出；

Presshandpumpuntilnoairbubblesprayingoutfromthedeflatingbolt.4.擰緊放氣螺栓，啟動柴油機。

Tightendeflatingbolt,thenstarttheengine.松開或擰緊放氣螺栓時切勿用力過猛，以防損壞。Don’toverexertlooseningortighteningdeflatingbolt,soastoavoiddamaging.3.1、燃油系統排氣1.排氣前要保證油箱中有足夠的柴油；松開小提示：SpecialAttentions:1.請勿在低壓油路排氣前一直用起動機強行帶動柴油機啟動！這會損害電氣系統，甚至燒壞起動機；

Don’tforciblystartenginebythestarterbeforedeflateairfromthelowpressurefuelpassage,otherwise,theelectricsystemcouldbedamaged,andthestarterevencouldbeburntout.2.在燃油指針到達紅線警示時必須加油，否則油路容易進氣！Fuelmustbefilledinwhenfuelpointerreachestheredwarningline,otherwise,aircouldeasilypenetrateintothefuelpassage.小提示：如果燃油系統進入水分，容易引起高壓油泵、噴油器損壞或失效！Ifthere’swaterinthefuelsupplysystem,highpressurefuelpumpandfuelinjectorcouldbeeasilydamagedorinvalidated.3.2、柴油粗濾器放水DrainWaterfromFuelPre-filter請經常定期檢查粗濾下濾杯中是否有水，并及時放出。Pleaseperiodicallyinspectwhetherthere’swaterinthefiltercupofpre-filterornot,soastodrainwaterintime集水器放水drainwaterfromwatercollector如果燃油系統進入水分，容易引起高壓油泵、噴油器損壞或失效！33.2、柴油粗濾器放水DrainWaterfromFuelPre-filter放水方法：Themethodtodrainwater:1.打開集水器底部的放水閥，讓水排凈；

Opendrainplug(2)atthebottomofwatercollector(1)todrainoffwater;2.重新擰緊放水閥。

Tightenthedrainplugagain.

開關塑料放水閥用力要輕，以防損壞。

Lightlyloosenortightentheplasticplug,soastopreventitfromdamaging.集水器放水drainwaterfromwatercollector小提示：由于各地油品差異，新加油后請開車兩小時左右觀察集水器水位。SpecialAttention:Becauseoffuelqualitydifferencesindifferentplaces,abouttwo-hourdrivinglater,pleaseinspectthewaterlevelofwatercollectorafterrefillfuel.3.2、柴油粗濾器放水放水方法：集水器放水小提示：由于各地油藍擎歐Ⅲ柴油機對油品沒有比機械泵柴油機更特殊的要求，但請盡量避免加注劣質柴油！There’snomorespecialrequirementsaboutfuelqualityforLandkingEuroIIIdieselenginesthanthatformechanicalpumpdieselengines.Pleasetryyourbesttoavoidusinglowqualityfuel!小提示：

Selection藍擎歐Ⅲ柴油機對油品沒有比機械泵柴油機

－40－30－20－100102030408度以上﹥8℃4度以上﹥4℃5#0#-5度以上﹥-5℃-20#-35#-50#柴油的牌號并不是指柴油所適應的氣候溫度，而是指在某溫度下柴油失去流動性的凝固點。Fuelbranddoesn’tmeantheambienttemperaturethefuelcanfit,butthefreezingpointatwhichthefuelcan’tflowundercertaintemperature.-10#-14度以上﹥-14℃-29度以上﹥-29℃-45度以上﹥-45℃小常識：Commonsense環境溫度℃ambienttemp.－40－30－20－1004.電器系統ElectricalSystem藍擎歐Ⅲ柴油機帶有控制電腦（ECU）、傳感器、電控噴油器等電子元件，過高電壓、過大電流可對電器系統造成毀滅性損害；藍擎歐Ⅲ系列柴油機發電機額定電壓是28V，帶有晶體管調節器（雪崩二極管）。因此，在整車進行電焊操作時請注意：LandkingEuroIIIdieselenginesarewithECU,sensorsandelectricallycontrolledfuelinjectors,etc.Toohighvoltageorcurrentcandamageelectricalsystem.GeneratorsofLandkingEuroIIIseriesdieselengines,withratedvoltageof28v,havetransistorregulators(breakdowndiode).Therefore,pleasepayattentiontothefollowingaspectswhenelectricallyweldwholevehicle:進行電焊操作前必須斷開電源；Cutoffelectricitysupplybeforeweld;必須使用藍擎歐Ⅲ專用發電機。SpecialgeneratorsforLandkingEuroIIIenginesmustbeused.4.電器系統藍擎歐Ⅲ柴油機帶有控制電腦（ECU）、傳感器（1）關閉蓄電池總開關、斷開電瓶負極Closethecontrolswitchofbattery,andcutoffnegativeelectrodeofbatteryjar.（1）關閉蓄電池總開關、斷開電瓶負極在進行ECU供電電源連接的時候，務必確認好電源的正負極，以免燒壞電控單元。IdentifypositiveandnegativeelectrodeofelectricitysupplywhenconnectECUwithelectricitysupplytoavoidECUburningout.將接插件從ECU上取下步驟:Pulloutthecollectorasthefollowingsteps:撥開接插件鎖緊片,壓到底;

pushasidethelockingsliceofcollector,andpressitintoitsbottom.將接插件取出。

pulloutthecollector.注意不要左右晃動,以免折彎ECU針腳!Don’tshaketoavoidECUstitchbending.（2）拔掉與ECU連接的線束接插件

PulloutthewiringharnessconnecterconnectingwithECU.在進行ECU供電電源連接的時候，務必確認好電源的正負極，以（3）進行電焊操作Weldingoperation（3）進行電焊操作Weldingoperation接插件插上ECU步驟:plugintothecollectorinthefollowingsteps:將接插件擺正輕輕放入ECU插槽,將插接件壓到底;GentlyandproperlyputthecollectorintheECUgroove,andpressitintoitsbottom;

合上鎖緊片。Shutdownthelockingslice.注意：不允許頻繁插拔ECU接插件！以免影響ECU的信號連接。

Notice:NotallowedtofrequentlypulloutandplugtheECUcollector,therebyavoidinginfluencingmessageconnectingofECU.（4）插上與ECU連接的線束接插件

PlugintothewiringharnesscollectorconnectingwithECU.接插件插上ECU步驟:（4）插上與ECU連接的線束接插件對ECU插拔時務必關閉ECU電源，不要用手觸摸ECU的管腳。MustcutoffelectricitysupplyforECUbeforepulloutorplugECU.Don’ttouchECUstitchbyhand.不要硬拉硬拽整車的電線和（或）電氣線束。當需要斷開接插件時，要拿住插接器斷開鎖扣，不可拉電線，以防損壞！Don’tforciblydrawelectricalwireofwholevehicleorelectricwiringharness.Holdthedisconnectionlockingbucklewhenneedtodisconnectconnectors.Don’tdrawtheelectricalwireagainstdamaging.ECU插拔操作注意事項WhenpulloutorplugECU,payattentionto:（5）接上電瓶負極、打開蓄電池總開關Connectnegativeelectrodeofbatteryjar,openthecontrolswitchofbattery.對ECU插拔時務必關閉ECU電源，不要用手觸摸ECU的管腳。

柴油機運行前應檢查柴油機外部的機械傳動系，如皮帶的張緊度和磨損程度等。

Inspectmechanicaltransmissionsystemofexternaldieselenginesbeforerunning,suchastensityandwearingofthebelt.皮帶通過皮帶張緊輪自動張緊，可通過手壓皮帶檢查皮帶的松緊。

更換柴油濾芯、機油濾芯；

Replacefuelfilterelementandoilfilterelement;清理檢查空氣濾芯，每清理5次后必須更換。

柴油機工作點影響柴油機的燃油經濟性，行車時擋位的選擇對節油也有很大的影響，一般而言高擋節油。
