①“so＋主語＋be動詞/情態動詞/助動詞”

意為“的確如此”。例：—Peterisinterestedinmaths.彼得

對數學感興趣。—Soheis.的確如此。②如果表示前面的否定情況也適用于后者，

用“neither/nor＋be動詞/情態動詞/助動

詞＋主語”結構，表示“……也不……”。

例：Tomdidn'tgototheGreatWall，and

miss

v.未出席;未出現其后可直接接名詞作賓語。例：Ididn'tmissanyclasslastterm.上學期我沒缺過一節課。miss作動詞還有“想念；錯過；漏掉”的意思。miss作名詞意為“女士;小姐”,此時m必須大寫,常用于姓名或姓之前,尤指未婚女子。例:MissBrown。3.Icanlookaftermyself,althoughitwon’tbeeasyforme.

lookafter意為“照看，照顧”，相當于takecareof。

例：Don'tworry；yoursoncanlookafterhimselfatschool.不要擔心，你的兒
